As another year kicks off, more celebs are growing their families. While some of them are keeping us in the loop by updating us on social media so we can follow their pregnancy journeys, others are surprising the world with their newborns. Whatever the journey, we’re keeping track of them all here. These are all the famous babies born in 2022.
Khloé Kardashian + Tristan Thompson
Khloé Kardashian, 38, and her ex, Tristan Thompson, 31, are parents again. A representative for Kardashian confirmed to PEOPLE that the pair — who are already parents to a four-year-old daughter, True — welcomed a baby boy via surrogate.
While Kardashian is following her little sister Kylie Jenner’s example by taking some time to decide on her newborn son’s name, family and friends have started to share in joy — as E!News reports, Caitlyn Jenner shared congratulations online, tweeting: “Congratulations major @khloekardashian I love you so much! You are such a strong woman. And what an amazing mother!”
Kardashian and Thompson’s second baby comes amid some ups-and-downs, as Thompson, who is also the father of son Prince, 5, with his ex Jordan Craig, also recently fathered another son, Theo, with Maralee Nichols — apparently during his relationship with Kardashian.
Leona Lewis + Dennis Jauch
The “Bleeding Love” singer welcomed her first child with husband Dennis Jauch. “And then there were three,” the couple revealed on Instagram.”Our little Carmel Allegra arrived 22.7.22.” The couple got married three years ago in Italy.

Nick Cannon + Bre Tiesi
Nick Cannon deserves a celebrity babies born feature all on his own. Cannon, 41, and Tiesi, 31, welcomed their first child together (his eighth). Tiesi posted, “I did it. An all natural unmedicated home birth. This was the most humbling / limit pushing yet awakening and completely empowering experience,” thanking her care team. “This experience has changed me forever and I couldn’t of asked for a more amazing and supportive partner. Daddy showed the f up for us.. I couldn’t of done it without you. I can’t believe he’s here.” The baby boy, named Legendary, was born June 28, weighing in at 8 pounds 10 ounces.
The pair waited to share the news of the pregnancy, due to the passing of Cannon and Alyssa Scott’s son Zen’s death. “I wanted to definitely respect the grieving process with Alyssa, and Bre was respectful enough and held off making her announcements and speaking on social media,” Cannon had shared in a previous interview.
Sophie Turner + Joe Jonas
The Game of Thrones alum, 26, and Jonas brother, 32, welcomed their second child together. The newborn baby girl is joining older sis Willa, who was born in July 2020. “Joe and Sophie are happy to announce the arrival of their baby girl,” a reps for the couple said, according to PEOPLE. The latest addition comes not long after brother Nick Jonas and his wife Priyanka Chopra Jonas welcomed their own child via surrogate.
Pippa Middleton + James Matthews
Kate Middleton’s younger sis is now a momma of three! Middleton, 38, and Matthews, 46, welcomed a little baby girl, who is joining big brother Arthur, 3, and big sister Grace, 1. Middleton reportedly delivered in the same hospital wing where Kate herself delivered. The youngest is another little cousin for Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.
Sarah Levy + Graham Outerbridge
Schitt’s Creek very own Twyla Sands actor welcomed her first child! She and husband Graham Outerbridge shared the sweet news of Baby James Eugene’s arrival via Instagram with an adorable photo of the newborn’s little feet, captioning, “He decided to make an early entrance but we are so glad sweet James Eugene Outerbridge is in the world.” The baby’s middle name appears to be a reference to the star’s famous father Eugene Levy.

Elon Musk + Shivon Zilis
Well, looks like Elon Musk has been busy in the past year in more ways than one. While he and Grimes welcomed a child in December last year via surrogate, we’re now hearing that the Tesla mogul has also secretly welcomed twins with his project director at his Neuralink company. The babies were reportedly born in November in Austin, Texas, according to court documents published by by the Insider Wednesday. The documents show Zilis is requesting Texan county court to change the babies’ names so they would “have their father’s last name and contain their mother’s last name as part of their middle name.” The names or sexes of the twins have been redacted in the document.
Nicky Hilton + James Rothschild
“We are officially a party of 5!” wrote the fashion designer, 38, on the Instagram announcement, sharing the happy news of her baby boy’s arrival. “Welcome to the world sweet boy. Mom, dad and big sisters could not be more smitten.” She and hubby, the financier James Rothschild, are already parents to daughters Theodora “Teddy” Marilyn, 4, and Lily-Grace Victoria, 5. The pair are celebrating their seventh wedding anniversary this summer.
Quentin Tarantino + Daniella Pick
The filmmaker, 59, and Israeli model and singer, 38, are officially parents of two! Pick gave birth at the beginning of July to a little girl who will now join 2-year old Leo, the pair’s first child. The Golden Globe winner wed Pick in 2018 and at the time shared, “I’ve never [gotten married] before and now I know why,” he explained. “I was waiting for the perfect girl.” The pair first began dating in 2009 as he was promoting his latest film Inglorious Bastards.
Sharna Burgess + Brian Austin Green
Professional dancer Sharna Burgess and Beverly Hills, 90210 star Brian Austin Green welcomed their son, Zane Walker Green, on June 28. The couple, who competed together on season 30 of Dancing with the Stars, shared the news and the first photos of the newborn on social media, as reported by People.

Shay Mitchell + Matte Babel
The Pretty Little Liars alum has shared that she is honouring the special connection she shared with her late grandma by naming her baby daughter after her. “We’re so happy you’re here Rome, named after my best friend, my soulmate, my ‘person,’ my Grandma Romaine,” she concluded. Mitchell, 35, and the Canadian on-air personality, 41, secretly welcomed their second daughter recently. Atlas, 2, is now officially a big sis. Mitchell shared news of her pregnancy back in February, one week after losing her grandma. “Saying goodbye to a loved one while simultaneously experiencing the joy of welcoming another into this world is the great cycle of life,” wrote the actor. “It is also my most challenging season to date. I can’t help but think this was the universe’s plan all along, knowing I would need other worldly joy to cushion the blow of losing one of the most important people in my life.”
Linda Phan + Drew Scott
Property Brothers star Drew Scott, 44, and podcast producer Linda Phan, 37, welcomed their first baby together on May 4. As they announced on their podcast At Home, baby Parker James Scott was born on the couple’s fourth wedding anniversary. As Scott said in an Instagram post sharing photos of the family, “Our lives are forever changed.”

Ed Sheeran + Cherry Seaborn
The singer, 31, shared on his Instagram that he and wife Cherry Seaborn secretly welcomed their second daughter. He captioned the adorable photo with, “Want to let you all know we’ve had another beautiful baby girl,” adding, “We are both so in love with her, and over the moon to be a family of 4 x.” The pair are parents to 1-year-old daughter Lyra Antarctica. It isn’t clear when exactly the birth took place. The pair began dating in 2015 and married January 2019.
Katherine Schwarzenegger + Chris Pratt
They did it again! Both Schwarzenegger and Pratt shared the same happy announcement on Instagram, sharing with their fans the news of the birth of their second daughter Eloise. Pratt, 42, captioned, “Mama and baby are doing well. We feel beyond blessed and grateful. Love, Katherine and Chris.” This is a second child for the author, 32 (the daughter of Arnold Schwarzenegger), and third for Pratt. The pair has kept the details under wraps, as with their firstborn, Lyla, and didn’t publicly confirm the news until March. Pratt and ex-wife Anna Faris also share 9-year-old son, Jack.
Rihanna + A$AP Rocky
The powerhouse music couple has reportedly welcomed their first child together, a baby boy. According to TMZ, the Fenty Beauty mogul gave birth on May 13. There is no word yet on the child’s name, but we’re sure it will be something unique.
We can’t wait to see how RiRi and ASAP will dress the child, especially given how chic Rihanna looked throughout her pregnancy.
Madlyn Ballatori + Colby Kissinger
The Ultimatum couple has given birth to their first child together, a daughter named Josephine Riley Kissinger. The couple shared a cute video on Instagram to show off their new baby, writing: “Big thanks to the incredible team of doctors and nurses who helped us throughout our stay. We are so thankful to be home together as a family now.”
Now that they’re parents, the couple has shared they’re currently planning their wedding. “We’re planning our wedding here soon,” Kissinger told E!. “So you’ll get kind of a remake of what y’all saw on TV.”
Andy Cohen is twice the poppa! The popular TV host welcomed a baby girl via surrogate, sharing the news on his Instagram. He posted the sweet pic holding his newborn along with the caption: “HERE’S LUCY!!!!! Meet my daughter, Lucy Eve Cohen! She’s 8 pounds 13 oz and was born at 5:13 pm in New York City!!! Her big brother can’t wait to meet her!” Cohen already has a son, Benjamin Allen, he also welcomed via surrogate in 2019. He also made a shout-out to his surrogate: “Thank you to my rock star surrogate (ALL surrogates are rockstars, by the way) and everyone who helped make this miracle happen. I’m so happy.”

Allison Williams + Alexander Dreymon
Girls actress Allison Williams and actor Alexander Dreymon have welcomed their first child together, a baby boy named Arlo, according to People. The two reportedly had the child this past winter. A source told People that the couple has been together since 2019. They initially met while filming the 2020 film Horizon Line. Williams was previously married to Ricky Van Veen, but the two split up after being together for four years.
Aaron Paul + Lauren Parsekian
Aaron Paul and his wife Lauren Parsekian have welcomed their second child, a baby boy named Ryden. “My little man. Ryden Caspian Paul. So happy you are out in this world you beautiful boy you,” the Breaking Bad star wrote in an Instagram caption. “I promise to make you proud little guy. We have been absorbing this baby boy for the last month and feel it’s time to finally share the news of his arrival. We love you endlessly.”
Michael Cera + Nadine
Michael Cera and his wife, Nadine, welcomed their first child together, according to his Life & Beth costar Amy Schumer. “Michael has a baby, too,” she revealed in a joint interview with Entertainment Tonight. “Is that public knowledge?” she asked. “I just outed him, I just outed his baby.” The Superbad star didn’t disagree with Schumer, revealing to ET, “We’re right at the beginning of it. We’re doing the very basics right now.” There’s no word yet on the baby’s name, sex or age.
Jennifer Lawrence + Cooke Maroney
JLaw is officially a momma! The 31-year old Oscar-winning actress welcomed her first child with husband Cooke Maroney, 37. While the exact details of the birth, including the sex, are unknown, Los Angeles County records obtained by TMZ show The Hunger Games star gave birth. The pair got married at the famed Belcourt of Newport mansion in Rhode Island in October 2019 and confirmed they were expecting in September 2021.
Kylie Jenner + Travis Scott
Stormi Webster is officially a big sis as Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott welcomed baby number two! The proud mom, 24, shared the happy news on Instagram, posting a pic of her newborn’s tiny hand and a simple “2/2/22” alongside a blue heart emoji. While the pair haven’t yet shared the newborn’s name, E! News has confirmed the baby is a boy. The sweet bundle joined the family one day after big sis Stormi’s fourth birthday.
Michelle Branch + Patrick Carney
The singer, songwriter, 38, and Black Keys’ drummer, 41, welcomed a baby girl Willie Jacquet Carney in Nashville, earlier this February. The little bundle arrived weighing 7 lbs., 5oz. and measuring 18.5 inches long. Branch wrote on her Instagram post announcing the news, “Verified
Welcome to the world, sweet Willie girl,” adding, “She’s named after Patrick’s grandmother Willie Madge and has my mother’s maiden name/my middle name. We’re so in love.” Willie joins big bro Rhys James Carney, born August 2018, and Branch’s 16-year old daughter from a previous marriage Owen Isabelle Landau. Branch shared the news of her pregnancy this past August, after revealing the previous December that she suffered a pregnancy loss on Christmas Day in 2020.
Julia Stiles + Preston Cook
Julia Stiles shared this sweet update, announcing she and husband Preston Cook recently became parents of their second child. “Welcome to the world, Baby Arlo!” Stiles posted alongside a sweet pic of a baby’s feet, adding, “The newest addition to our family, reminding me how infinite love can be.” The kicker follows this first shot though, with Stiles writing, “Scroll forward to see how my 4 year old is taking it…” Stiles and Cook married in September 2017, and welcomed their first child, Strummer, a month later. “Who doesn’t love a shotgun wedding,” the 10 Things I Hate About You star joked on Instagram at the time.
Priyanka Chopra + Nick Jonas
All the Jonas Brothers are officially dads, now that Nick Jonas has welcomed his first child with wife Priyanka Chopra. The couple took to Instagram to break the news, letting fans know that their baby had arrived via surrogate. “We are overjoyed to confirm that we have welcomed a baby via surrogate. We respectfully ask for privacy during this special time as we focus on our family,” they each wrote in matching statements posted to their accounts. There is no word on the name or gender of the baby yet.
In an interview with Vanity Fair, Chopra opened up about having children, keeping mum that they were already expecting. “They’re a big part of our desire for the future,” she said. “By God’s grace when it happens, it happens.”
The couple has been married for three years, having tied the knot back in 2018.
Jeannie Mai + Jeezy
The Real‘s Jeannie Mai has welcomed her first baby, the cohost announced Jan. 11. Her husband Jeezy has three kids from a previous relationship. Mai shared on Instagram, “I asked God for a life of love and happiness. He sent me my family. Baby Jenkins is here.” The pic reveals a newborn’s blanket with the sign “Baby Jenkins.” The Dancing With the Stars alum, 42, and the rapper, 44, started trying for a baby ahead of their wedding in March 2021, and were open about suffering a pregnancy loss. Mai contemplated IVF before the pair conceived naturally.
Ashley Graham + Justin Ervin
The model, 34, and hubby Justin Ervin, 32, are now a family of five! The happy couple welcomed twin boys on Jan. 7. Graham and Ervin also share 23-month-old son, Isaac.
“Justin and I are so excited that our baby boys are here,” she wrote on her Instagram Story. “They were born early this morning at home and are happy and healthy. I’m taking some time to heal up and connect with my husband and three boys, but I truly cannot wait to share more with you all. Much love, AG.”
Graham garnered plenty of headlines for her stunning nude baby bump photo shoots, but also for the fact that she went to 41 weeks — which is rare for those carrying twins (they’re usually born between 35 and 37 weeks).
US Olympic figure skater Michelle Kwan is officially a mom! Kwan, 41, revealed on Instagram that she had given birth to her first child, a daughter named Kalista Belle Kwan. “I’ve always wanted to be a mom and, to me, she’s a perfect miracle,” she wrote. “I had a hard time picturing what she might look like yet it seems like she’s been in my life forever. This has been a challenging journey to motherhood (not to mention a very long labor!) and I’m glad I never gave up.” Kwan also added that she felt “grateful to have had the support of so many during this time,” including medical staff, as well as friends and family. She also had a message of support for others trying to conceive, and she wished them “all the success and love,” adding: “You’re not alone on this path and I’m pulling for you.”
