Love is in the air for all these stars, who are committing to tying the knot after accepting proposals. From couples who have been together for years, to more recent romances, these are the celebs who have said “yes” to getting married.
Mel B and Rory McPhee
Melanie “Mel B” Browns will tell you what she wants (what she really, really wants) — and that’s to marry her long-time boyfriend, Rory McPhee.
As reported by PEOPLE, the Spice Girls singer dished on her recent engagement to Celebrity Gogglebox in the U.K. on Friday.
“He said, ‘I love you, you’re my best friend and I want to spend the rest of my life with you,'” Brown told her friend, comedian Ruby Wax. According to Brown, McPhee — who is a hairstylist and worked with Brown on The Masked Singer — proposed while they were on vacation in Berkshire.
“There were rose petals everywhere, a log fire, a hotel — which was Cliveden. It was very romantic. I love flowers,” she said.
Lindsay Hubbard + Carl Radke
Summer House stars Lindsay Hubbard and Carl Radke are one step closer to walking down the aisle. According to PEOPLE, the romantic proposal was caught on camera for the show’s forthcoming seventh season.
The lovebirds made their way to Southhampton’s Dune Beach, where Radke convinced Hubbard that they had to set up for a group bonfire. When they arrived, Hubbard was instead surprised by an intimate picnic. “He said, ‘Will you marry me?’ and I said, ‘A thousand times, yes!’” Hubbard explains. “And he said, ‘Hold on, let me get the ring’ and I was like, ‘I don’t care! When should we get married? Now? I’m ready!’”
Jean Elie + Randall Bailey
The Insecure alum and his long-time girlfriend are taking the next step! Elie, who portrayed Ahmal Dee (Issa Rae’s brother) in the hit HBO series popped the question during a trip to Mykonos, Greece in the midst of an seaside fireworks display. “I said, this is beautiful. It can’t be anything better than this,” he recalled to the outlet of watching the fireworks by the water. “I said, ‘There’s a lot of things I want in life, and right now the only thing I want is you. Will you marry me?’ She said yes, and then she was like, ‘This is f—ing really happening!’ I said, ‘Yes, the f— it is!'” The star described the event in Essence. The pair met at a bonfire in Los Angeles in 2015.
Beanie Feldstein + Bonnie-Chance Roberts
The Impeachment: American Crime Story star, 28, is engaged after girlfriend Bonnie-Chance Roberts, 31, got down on one knee to propose. Feldstein captioned the sweet pic with an “I do, bon,” sharing the happy news with her fans. The actor met the producer in 2019 while filming How to Build a Girl. The couple celebrated the engagement with a small circle of friends and family, including Feldstein’s brother Jonah Hill.
Perrie Edwards + Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain
The Little Mix singer, 28, said yes to soccer player Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, 28, after he popped the question over the weekend. “Last night the love of my life got down on one knee and I said… YES!” Edwards shared on Instagram along with a series of photos of the proposal at a beach.
The couple already shares a son together, who they welcomed last August.

Tom Hiddleston + Zawe Ashton
Hiddleston, 41, has confirmed he is engaged to be married to Zawe Ashton, 37. The Loki actor actually proposed three months ago and shared he’s very happy. The pair has also taken it slow from the beginning, dating since 2019 and making their red carpet debut together in September 2021. The pair were costars on the series Betrayal before dating. Hiddleston previously also briefly dated Taylor Swift in 2016.

Post Malone + the mother of his newborn daughter
Yep, you read that right! Post Malone is not only a new poppa to a baby girl, but is also engaged to be married to the girls mother. The news came by way of his appearance episode of the The Howard Stern Show. When Stern pressed, the Grammy nominee and “Rockstar” singer clarified that the mother of his daughter should be referred to as his fiancée. Post Malone first revealed he was going to be a dad in May.
Rita Ora + Taika Waititi
The “For You” singer and New Zealand actor, filmmaker and comedian are getting married! Reportedly, the duo almost popped the question to each other at the same time and are planning a low-key event for sometime later this summer. Ora, 31, and the Jojo Rabbit star and Academy Award winner, 46, were first romantically linked in the summer of 2021.
Derek Hough + Hayley Erbert
Dancer Derek Hough has found his dance partner for life. After seven years together, the Dancing With the Stars judge popped the question to fellow dancer Hayley Erbert and posted a cute picture of the engagement on Instagram. “It’s only the beginning…the beginning of forever,” he captioned the post of Erbert wearing her new ring.
Hough proposed in the couple’s home while surrounded by candles and roses, according to Us Weekly. Erbert was completely shocked.
Margaret Qualley + Jack Antonoff
The Maid actress is officially engaged to musician Jack Antonoff. Rumours of an engagement swirled at the Cannes Film Festival, when Qualley was spotted with a giant ring on her finger on Monday. Now, the actress has taken to Instagram to show off her new bling with her arm wrapped around her fiance. “Oh I love him!” she wrote, in a pic of the two together.
Qualley, 27, and Antonoff, 38, were first linked back in August 2021 when photos emerged of the two kissing.
Becca Kufrin + Thomas Jacobs
The former Bachelorette popped the question to Bachelorette alum, Thomas Jacobs. “In the ultimate plot twist…HE SAID YES!” Kufrin wrote on Instagram. “We’ve been keeping this secret just between us and close family & friends for a while but we’re so excited to shout it from the rooftops!”
The two reality stars met on the seventh season of Bachelor in Paradise, but left the beach separately during the finale. However, they reunited not long after and have been going strong ever since.
Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez + Riley Roberts
AOC is officially engaged to longtime partner Riley Roberts! While the pair has yet to set planning in motion, we do know the engagement took place sometime last month in the New York Congresswoman’s family hometown in Puerto Rico. Ocasio-Cortez, 32, and Roberts have been sweethearts since their days as undergraduates at Boston University.

Marc Anthony + Nadia Ferreira
The 53-year old crooner (and J.Lo’s ex) and 23-year-old former Miss Universe contestant announced they are engaged! Ferreira shared a story on her Instagram showing off her hardware along with the caption, “Engagement Partyyyyy!!!” The story showed a closeup of an emerald-cut diamond, flanked on either side by tapered baguette diamonds. It also showed the couple’s hands together, including Marc Anthony’s covered-up Jennifer Lopez tattoo on his ring finger (over ten years old now). The pair spent the day celebrating in Miami. Anthony had been married three prior times, including former Miss Universe Dayanara Torres in 2000, JLo in 2004 before splitting in 2011, and model Shannon De Lima in November 2014 before finalizing their split in 2017.
Kat Graham + Darren Genet
Kat Graham is engaged! The 32-year old actor accepted the filmmaker’s proposal on his Mexican birthday trip. The pair first started seeing each other in 2017 while Graham was shooting Vampire Diaries, where Genet, 52, also worked. The pair have been pretty private about their relationship, but have shared snaps here and there of moments with each other, such as when the pair celebrated Hanukkah and Christmas together. Graham has previously been engaged to actor Cottrell Guidry, but the pair split in 2014.
Sofia Richie + Elliot Grainge
Sofia Richie is officially a bride-to-be. The 23-year-old model announced on Instagram that she is engaged to Elliot Grainge, who she revealed was her boyfriend last April. In a caption for the shot of Grainge down on one knee, Richie wrote: “Forever isn’t long enough @elliot.” Grainge proposed with a huge emerald cut ring, which Richie showed off in another pic.
After announcing the news, Richie’s ex, Scott Disick, posted an image on his Instagram with a caption referencing Good Luck Chuck. The film is about a man whose exes find the loves of their lives after dating him, which, for Disick has also happened with his other ex, Kourtney Kardashian, who married Travis Barker.
Tia Booth + Taylor Mock
Tia Booth is engaged to boyfriend Taylor Mock! In what may have been the most dramatic “live on stage” proposal for the ages, Taylor Mock proposed to Booth during a “Bachelor” event in Atlanta. “Never been more shocked or sure in my life I love you so much Tay, my FIANCÉ!!!” the “Bachelor in Paradise” star, 30, wrote alongside the Instagram post, sharing the moment with her fans. Mock first surprised Booth on stage at the Fox Theatre, and chatted with her before ultimately getting down on one knee. “Are you kidding me?” was Booth’s shocked response when she realized what was going on. Booth happily accepted the proposal and gave her new fiancé a hug as the audience stood and cheered.
Jennifer Lopez + Ben Affleck
JLo and Ben Affleck are engaged to be married – again! The actors rekindled their romance last year and have been going strong ever since. Lopez shared the news with her “inner circle” via her On the JLo newsletter shortly after she was seen sporting a green dazzler on that finger. The star also fawned over the ring in that message – a beautiful green emerald gem – signifying renewal (and it also happens to be JLo’s favourite colour). JLo teased the major news on her IG post and has previously said of their current relationship, “We’re older now, we’re smarter, we have more experience, we’re at different places in our lives, we have kids now, and we have to be very conscious of those things.”

Avril Lavigne and Mod Sun are engaged after a romantic proposal in Paris, complete with a huge heart-shaped ring. The “Complicated” singer and the punk musician kept the engagement a secret for nearly two whole weeks, but have now shared their news with the world on Instagram. Mod Sun wrote a lengthy post about his pop-punk fiancee and the proposal: “The day we met I knew you were the one. Together forever til our days are done. I had a dream where I proposed in Paris. I pulled out a ring + asked you to wear it. I was on one knee as I looked in your eyes. You’re too beautiful for my words to describe. I grabbed your hand + took one last breath… I said ‘will you marry me?’ + she said ‘yes,’” he wrote. “I love you Avril.”
Shaina Hurley + Christos Lardakis
Love Is Blind star Shaina Hurley engaged following a public split from her Netflix co-star Kyle Abrams. People reports that the star, 32, accepted a proposal from Lardakis and that the pair is planning to tie the knot in Greece this coming summer. The pair have been dating for almost a year and a source told the outlet that Lardakis has stood by Hurley through all of the Love Is Blind drama. The star took the relationship IG official shortly after the proposal with a sweet post from the pair’s Grecian vacation together, writing, “My ride or die forever.”
Sydney Sweeney + Jonathan Davino
The Euphoria actress was spotted with a huge diamond ring on Feb. 28, and now according to E! News, she’s engaged to her boyfriend of four years, Jonathan Davino. “She and Johnny refer to each other as fiancés,” a source told E! “They’re very cute and happy together,” they said.
Sweeney has yet to confirm anything, but she shared with Cosmopolitan earlier this year, that she dated non-famous people (Davino is a restauranteur) for a reason: “I don’t date actors or musicians or anyone in entertainment because I can just be normal Syd that way and it’s easiest,” she said. “I have a great support system. I have people who will battle for me and allow me to be on the pedestal and shine without making me feel like, ‘Oh no, I’m shining too bright and I need to step back.’”
She also stressed the importance of someone funny: “I look for a best friend. I need to be able to be with someone who I can literally hang out with 24/7 and never get sick of and we laugh every single day.”
Joey King + Steven Piet
After three years of dating, actor Joey King is engaged to her beau, Steven Piet. The 22-year old made the announcement on Instagram with a series of pics kissing the 30-year old producer and showing off a diamond ring on that finger. The Kissing Booth star wrote, “I never knew happiness could be so powerful that it can take the air from your lungs, overwhelming every part of you that you can’t help but feel your eyes well from the undeniable joy.” She added, “The date was 2/2/22 when you asked me to marry you and made me the luckiest lady alive. I love you more than an Instagram caption could ever do justice. Hanging out with you forever sounds like a real dream, so let’s do it.” The pair are seen in a desert landscape, with King flipping the ring finger to the camera in one of them.
Colton Underwood + Jordan C. Brown
The former Bachelor is officially off the market! Colton Underwood is engaged to sweetheart Jordan C. Brown less than a year after the pair began dating. The reality star shared the news with People, saying, “Starting 2022 off with my best friend, teammate and now fiancé is something I never thought was going to be possible.” Colton, 30, made the call during a trip to Big Sur along the Central Coast of California with Brown, 39. The star was first linked to the political fundraiser in September 2021, when the twosome were spotted showing some PDA at the Four Seasons in Maui, Hawaii. The relationship went Instagram-official later in December.
Amy Schneider + Genevieve Davis
One of the longest-running Jeopardy! champs just won the jackpot! Amy Schneider shared via Instagram that she is taking the next step with her girlfriend Genevieve Davis. Schneider, who earned more than $1.3 million during her 40-game winning streak on the game show, shared an image on her Instagram with two hands, showing two nearly identical diamond rings. The winner shared, “She said yes! Well, actually I said yes, but then I wanted to propose too, so she said yes as well lol.” She added, “I couldn’t be happier or more proud to be marrying the very best person in the entire world, and I’m so glad to be sharing my life with her. It’s great to be able to introduce her to people as ‘Genevieve, my fiancée.” Schneider is the first openly transgender contestant to reach the Tournament of Champions and the first woman to make it past the $1 million in earnings. We couldn’t be happier for the pair.
Simone Biles + Jonathan Owens
Gymnastics phenom Simone Biles, 24, announced her engagement to Houston Texans safety Jonathan Owens, 26, on Instagram Feb. 15, saying in her caption, “The easiest yes!” In the photo, the happy couple captured the special moment when Owens got down on one knee and popped the question under a gazebo. Owens sweetly commented under the post, “Ready for forever with you.”
The two confirmed their relationship in 2020 and celebrated their first anniversary while Biles was away competing in the Tokyo Olympics. Their love has since continued to blossom and we can’t wait to see what’s next for the young couple!
Lana Condor + Anthony De La Torre
The star of To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before is engaged to her long-time beau, Anthony De La Torre. Lana Condor shared the happy news on her Instagram, sharing, “Saying YES was the easiest decision I’ve ever made. I consider myself the absolute luckiest woman alive to live in your sphere.” The 24-year old met the Lord of Chaos star, 28, at a party for Emmy nominees in 2015. Macaulay Culkin + Brenda Song
Four years after the the actor duo started dating and less than a year after welcoming their first child, Macaulay Culkin and Brenda Song are ready to say “I do.” Song, 33, showed off a dazzler of a ring on her ring finger. The couple welcomed Dakota Song Culkin in last April. Culkin, 41, met Song while filming the movie Changeland, sparking dating rumours in 2017.

The Fuller House star shared the happy news on her Instagram two days ahead of her 40th birthday. Sweetin accompanied the pic with a quote from poet and author Maya Angelou before adding, “I love you Mescal, for always. You’re my person. I can’t wait to see the life that lies ahead for us.” The star also shared the marquis-style engagement ring and capped the post with “Here’s to us, @ghostfacelito and our life of adventures. Together, I think I’m really gonna like turning 40.” Sweetin has been married three times before, and shares two daughters with exes Cody Herpin and Morty Coyle. This is Sweetin’s fifth engagement. The couple have been dating for four years. The engagement comes just over a week after the unexpected death of former costar and comedian Bob Saget.
The Fuller House cast released a joint statement saying they are grieving as a family. “Thirty-five years ago, we came together as a TV family, but we became a real family. Megan Fox + Machine Gun Kelly
After more than a year of dating, actress Megan Fox, 35, and rapper Machine Gun Kelly, 31, are taking their gothic, whirlwind romance to the next level with an engagement. Kelly popped the question with a custom emerald and diamond ring (emerald is Fox’s birthstone and diamond is his) and wrote on Instagram that the gems act as “two halves of the same soul forming the obscure heart that is our love.”
Fox shared a video of the proposal on her own Instagram account, writing, “and just as in every lifetime before this one, and as in every lifetime that will follow it, I said yes.” She also added that the two drank each other’s blood to seal the deal, and we’re not sure if she’s joking or not; however, we wouldn’t be surprised if they actually did.
The two self-described twin-flames met while filming the movie Midnight in the Switchgrass in 2020, and began dating shortly after. The two have come a long way since Kelly’s teenage years when he had a poster of Fox in his bedroom. Fox was previously married to Beverly Hills 90210 alum Brian Austin Green, with whom she shares three sons, while Kelly has a daughter, Casie, with ex Emma Cannon.
Simon Cowell + Lauren Silverman
Simon Cowell, 62, finally popped the question to socialite Lauren Silverman, 44, after 13 years together, according to Page Six. During a family vacation in Barbados, Cowell reportedly asked Silverman to marry him. The X Factor judge allegedly got down on one knee in front of the couple’s seven-year-old son and Silverman’s son from a previous marriage.
Cowell has publicly admitted to having an affair with Silverman years ago when she was still married to her then-husband, Andrew Silverman. Their divorce was finalized in 2013. Cowell was previously engaged to makeup artist Mezhgan Hussainy from 2010 to 2011.
