In news that came as a surprise to even some of her close friends and family, Khloé Kardashian, 38, is expecting a second child via surrogate with her ex-partner, basketball player and Drake music video extra, Tristan Thompson, 31.
“We can confirm True will have a sibling who was conceived in November,” a representative for Khloé Kardashian told PEOPLE.
“Khloé is incredibly grateful to the extraordinary surrogate for such a beautiful blessing,” the representative said, adding that, “We’d like to ask for kindness and privacy so that Khloe can focus on her family.”
Page Six reports that sources say the baby is a boy.

The Kardashians star and Thompson are already parents to a four-year-old daughter, True. Thompson is also the father of two other children: son Prince, 5, with his ex Jordan Craig, and an infant son, Theo, with Maralee Nichols.
Kardashian and Thompson ended their romantic relationship in January after news of Thompson fathering his baby son with Nichols was made public. Thompson initially denied he was the father, then it was revealed via a paternity test that Nichols’ child was his. The baby was born in December 2021 — and was conceived while Thompson and Kardashian were still in a relationship.
