The Real Housewives of Miami star Larsa Pippen has been making headlines after sparking up a romance with Marcus Jordan (NBA star Michael Jordan’s son).
Larsa was previously married to former Chicago Bulls player Scottie Pippen for 24 years, as Bravo reports. The pair share four children together, but they recently finalized their divorce in 2021 after being separated for years.
Back in Aug 2022, Larsa opened up about struggling to date after her divorce on The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Melissa Gorga’s On Display podcast, as highlighted by PEOPLE.
“I feel like I am kind of mentally in a place of, like, I was married to a really famous guy that was really cute, that had a good body that was really successful that gave me four gorgeous kids,” she explained. “So, where the hell are you gonna find a guy that can like, fill in – it doesn’t have to be all of those, but like, a few of those boxes.”
Now, things appear to have changed, as Pippen has a new man in her life – and he also has a pretty major tie to the NBA.

Who is Marcus Jordan?
32-year-old Marcus Jordan is former NBA player Michael Jordan’s second-oldest child. Not only is Marcus’ father an NBA legend, but he was Larsa’s ex-husband Scottie’s former teammate.
While Michael and Scottie obviously worked quite closely together, Larsa has insisted that she didn’t know Marcus when they were playing together, as Bravo highlights. But, now that they’ve gone Instagram official, we’re here to look at their relationship timeline, from when they were first spotted together to now.
Marcus Jordan and Larsa Pippen were first spotted getting lunch
Back in Sept. 2022, Marcus Jordan and Larsa Pippen sparked relationship rumours after they were spotted grabbing lunch at a Japanese restaurant, TMZ reports. According to the outlet, the pair were on a double date with another couple at their table.

Later that month, Pippen and Jordan were spotted packing on the PDA at Rolling Loud music festival in New York, Page Six detailed.
“[Larsa] was rubbing up on [Marcus] and caressing his body in the Loud Club,” a source told the outlet. “Marcus looked uncomfortable and wasn’t reciprocating. It appeared she was way more into him.”
Earlier in the evening, the then-rumoured couple had been spotted dancing very closely as they showcased PDA throughout the event.
Larsa Pippen downplays the relationship
In Oct 2022, Larsa Pippen headed to BravoCon where she attempted to shut down rumours of their relationship.
“We’re friends,” Larsa told PEOPLE. “We’ve been friends for a few years and that’s really what it is. We’re friends.”

Back in Nov. 2022, the RHOM star was spotted having a romantic beach day with Marcus Jordan. As TMZ reports, the pair was seen cuddling under an umbrella and sharing a few kisses.

Later in Nov., the pair went a little more public, heading to a San Diego Chargers game. But – as Us Weekly reports – it may have been a bit too soon, as they ended up getting heckled about their romance by a spectator.
“Hey Larsa, that’s what you’re doing? You’re with the boy, Mike’s son?” the spectator reportedly yelled in a video. “You a cold motherf***er ain’t you! You’re cold as a motherf***er, homie.”
Pippen and Jordan amicably shrugged off the situation, staying focused on the court.

Larsa Pippen celebrated the premiere of RHOM season 5 with Marcus Jordan in toe, according to photos obtained by The Daily Mail. Pippen showed up at the event donning a stunning silver dress with hip cutouts, accompanied by Jordan, who donned a patterned shirt and backwards baseball cap.

Then, in late Jan. 2023, the pair were spotted on a “romantic dinner at Coconut Grove,” a source tells Page Six. According to the source, Pippen and Jordan “looked smitten” and “packed on the PDA,” holding hands throughout the dinner.
“They didn’t appear to be hiding and didn’t seem to mind if anyone saw them,” the source added – a big change from earlier sightings of the private couple. Shortly after, Pippen and Jordan took the leap and made their relationship public.

More recently, Pippen and Jordan went Instagram official when the Housewife posted a photo of herself and Jordan online. As Page Six outlines, the photo depicts the new couple posing at the Jordan family retail boutique alongside an extravagant floral arrangement in the shape of Michael Jordan’s infamous number 23 Bulls jersey.
“Checks over stripes,” Pippen wrote in the caption.

Larsa Pippen says she and Marcus Jordan are ‘in love’
Things are getting pretty serious for Larsa Pippen and Marcus Jordan. The RHOM star took to an episode of Tamron Hall’s show to reveal that she “thinks” they’re “in love,” according to OK! News. During the episode, Pippen said that her and Jordan are “in a really good place,” even though some fans are surprised by their 16-year age difference.
“I feel like a lot of people think we’ve known each other for our whole lives and we have not,” she explained. “We met four years ago at a party.”
As Page Six points out, Pippen also said that she had Marcus Jordan’s parents’ “blessing.”
What’s next for Larsa Pippen and Marcus Jordan?
