The seventh season of The Real Housewives Of Potomac is underway and we can’t wait to see what kind of new dramatics are in store for these ladies — especially with returning friend of the wives, Charrisse Jackson-Jordan, and new friend, Jacqueline Blake, here to shake things up.

Whichever way the dynamics unfold with Gizelle, Karen, Ashley, Robyn, Candiace, Dr. Wendy and Mia, we know we can count on one thing in Season 7: more questionable fashion choices by the one and only Gizelle Bryant.
In honour of the star’s refusal to hire a stylist and the running gag that is her onscreen outfits, we’ve rounded up 10 of her not-so-great style moments from red carpets and other events over the years.
Beauty and the bra
Look, we love this sleek silhouette and the sheer detailing on top. However, we wish Gizelle would have found a bra to match. The look is a little jarring and to be honest, we hope that thing is taped up good because one wrong move and that look could be nipple-gate.

Busting out
Gizelle is clearly a fan of this bra. So much so that she busted it out again for the recent Washington premiere of The Woman King. On the plus side, we enjoy how she coordinated her heels with the polka dot pattern.
An optical illusion
Gizelle’s jacket or dress would be stunning on their own, but together there’s just way too much going on. Add in that chunky necklace and hoop earrings, and we’re not quite sure where to look.

Stripes on stripes
Here’s another example of a top and bottom that just don’t coordinate, even though they appear to match at first glance. These pants would be stunning paired with a more straightforward top, but the fringed design of this tank just looks uncomfortable.
Granny sweater
There’s nothing wrong with a granny sweater, but this one just isn’t our favourite Gizelle look. The red paired with the hue of her hair and those chunky earrings makes her look washed out (or as though she’s spent too much time on Roseanne’s couch).

Lacy ambitions
Gizelle is almost like a doily come to life in this jumper, which may have been flattering without the balloon sleeves. Meanwhile, she frosted herself with those rings and earrings, adding a bit too much glitter for the lacy look. Add in the slicked-back hair, and we think she’s just got too much going on here to make it work.
To slit or not to slit
Gizelle’s outfit on this appearance of Watch What Happens Live alongside Terry Crews is very top-heavy — especially with those frilled sleeves and the pussy bow. It’s not her most flattering look. The short skirt is slanted to add extra emphasis on her thighs, where an awkward slit just promises to cause trouble…

Ring around the Gizelle
We don’t hate this look, but we can’t help but wonder if we would have loved it more if Gizelle had put her hair into a bun or chignon and ditched the dangly earrings. With a collar like that, you want to accentuate the dress and make it look longer, but those curls are just hiding the glam potential.
When winter meets summer
We love this turtleneck mini, but again wonder why Gizelle would hide the collar with those locks. Meanwhile, the shimmery sandals are a complementary colour and don’t weigh the dress down, but she might be mixing up her seasons too much with this look.

The winner
Okay, so if we’re going to dissect Gizelle’s fashion choices, we should celebrate a good look, right? In that vein, we’re fans of her outfit for this taping of Watch What Happens Live, in which she pulled the best of leather-and-lace together with a busty (but not bra-baring) dress. Paired with those red heels, a red lip and loose curls, we have to say this is one of our favourite Gizelle looks yet.
