Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles is back for its 14th season – but this time with a much smaller cast. A high-stakes new trailer is here, and it previews a pretty huge cast shakeup.
Real estate agents Josh Altman, Tracy Tutor and Josh Flagg have made their return to the beloved reality show, rounding out a pared-down cast as Fredrik Eklund, James Harris and David Parnes have made their leave.
While the cast is smaller, that doesn’t stop the deals and drama from being bigger than ever. From Altman’s wife, Heather, serving as partner and co-CEO of the Altman Brothers to working under the same agency umbrella for the first time ever, it looks like we’re in for an unpredictable new season.
“We’re a broken record when it comes to breaking records,” Altman teases in the clip, as we see the trio navigating an ever-changing market.

The new Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles season 14 trailer previews Altman, Tutor and Flagg teaming up to sell luxe properties that have been owned by big name Hollywood stars like John Legend and Marilyn Monroe. Despite teaming up together and celebrating their wins, they’re still at each other’s throats.
“Don’t f—ck this deal up for me,” Tutor says to Flagg.
Meanwhile, Flagg’s got some personal struggles going on after announcing his split from ex-husband Bobby Boyd.
“I have a house coming up… Caveat, it’s lister with my soon-to-be ex-husband,” Flagg teases. Later on, when Tutor tells Flagg that she and Altman had seen his ex, he claps back with, “You wanna have a friendship with the person? Have a friendship with the person. F—ck both of you.”
From friendship feuds to winning some big money, get ready to catch up with the new high stakes dynamic of the pared down cast in the highly anticipated 14th season of Million Dollar Listing.
