We’re going to need Teresa Giudice to sign that prenup. Fans have already been wary of her fiancé Luis Ruelas’ character, starting with concerns over that video and extending to what appears to be a history of being in legal trouble.

Now, there’s more reason to be worried for her. Page Six secured copies of at least three complaints spanning 2021, which accuse Ruelas’ digital advertising company of violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. If true, this would mean that his company, Digital Media Solutions (DMS), is allegedly taking part in illegal business practices.

Page Six points to legal experts, explaining that the act “restricts telemarketing certain phone calls, text messages, and facsimiles. It also places restrictions on the use of automatic dialing systems and artificial or prerecorded voice messages.”

In one complaint (which has since been dismissed), filed Jan. 1, 2021 in Florida, the plaintiff alleged that Ruelas’ company sent “unsolicited text messaging with no regard for consumers’ privacy rights.” In some of the messages uncovered by Page Six, the company solicited goods and services like “free months of insurance” and car deals.

Ruelas’ other alleged shady business dealings

The accusations don’t stop there. Aside from violating privacy rights, Digital Media Solutions was accused with copyright infringement in May 2021. The plaintiff, Insurance King Agency, Inc, accused DMS of false advertisement and copyright infringement in relation to their company. DMS denied the allegations, but the case is still open.

In September 2021, Ruelas was named in a case that accused him of mismanaging funds from a vendor he was in business with. Ruelas and his business partners asked the judge for the case to be dismissed.

Teresa Giudice still doesn’t want a prenup

All of this is a bit concerning, considering Teresa Giudice publicly admitted on What What Happens Live that she wouldn’t have a prenup ahead of her wedding to Luis. In the clip, Teresa seemingly doesn’t see the need for the legal arrangement and wholly trusts her partner. Even her daughter Gia (who’s studying criminal justice in college), agreed that there’s no need for a need for a prenup.

Considering the financial ruin caused by her last marriage, we’re sincerely hoping Teresa has a change of heart before the big day.
