Melissa Gorga Reacts to Being Left Out of Teresa Giudice’s Bridal Party

We knew sister-in-laws Melissa Gorga and Teresa Giudice weren’t the best of friends, but thought surely the two could set aside their differences for Giudice’s upcoming wedding. Apparently not.

This week on Watch What Happens Live, Giudice revealed that she would have eight bridesmaids — and Gorga wouldn’t be one of them. The reveal was pretty savage, considering Giudice hadn’t even told her sister-in-law yet.

“Will this be news to her?” Cohen asked on Tuesday’s episode.

“I guess so. I mean, hello! We’re on national TV,” Giudice responded. Ouch.

Surprisingly, Gorga has been taking the news with grace… sort of. On Thursday’s episode of her On Display podcast, Gorga admitted that she found out on TV with everyone else, but she understands the decision. “I did find out on TV that I’m not going to be in Teresa’s wedding and I’m not a bridesmaid, which I’m OK with, I’m fine with. I understand. To each their own,” Gorga said, graciously.

Of course, she didn’t just leave it there. “She probably would put me in an ugly dress anyway!”

Gorga gave a cool response, but anyone would be hurt if they were excluded from their sister-in-law’s wedding. She finally gave a hint of hurt, wondering if Teresa’s other sister-in-laws would be invited.

“I guess my big question is, you know, are her new sister-in-laws in the wedding?” Melissa asked. “Is it like a no-fam wedding other than the four daughters, her four beautiful daughters, and a couple of her friends? If that’s the case, then I think that makes perfect sense.”

Something tells us this isn’t the last we’ll hear about this bridal party snub.
