Rhinoplasty may be one of the most common forms of plastic surgery, but getting a nose job isn’t always a cosmetic thing. For many, nose job surgery stems from a real health concern, and a deviated septum is usually the culprit. That being said, while many celebs have had work done on their noses to help them breathe better, there are other celebrities who fully admit to having had nose jobs for appearance’s sake — and there are also celebrities who prefer not to comment or admit to plastic surgery at all. Whatever the case, it’s their prerogative.

Tyra Banks
The model and actress revealed in her memoir, Perfect is Boring, that she got a nose job early in her career. "I had bones in my nose that were growing and itching," Banks told People. "I could breathe fine, but I added cosmetic surgery. I admit it! Fake hair and I did my nose. I feel I have a responsibility to tell the truth." She added: "Fix it or flaunt it — I think women should be able to do both. There is a boundary line, either you're super-natural or you live at the plastic surgeon. It's okay to hop back and forth over that line. You want a hair weave? Fine. You want permanent eyebrows? Fine. We as women need to stop judging." Yaaas, queen.

She admitted that she wanted to keep it real with her fans, who she didn't want thinking she was doing it for cosmetic reasons. "I did this to help my health. Agron's character on Glee had a nose job and she revealed to David Letterman in 2011 that she had one as well, thanks to breaking her nose. Twice. The first time was when she was accidentally punched at a high school party, the second time happened while filming the Glee concert tour.
"I didn't go to the doctor the first time because I didn't want to tell my mom what had happened and she would never let me out of the house," Agron said on Late Night. "The second time, I couldn't get it fixed because we were in the middle of doing this concert tour and we were filming. We had a day off and I met up with some of my friends and we were dancing. And again, there was another collision of sorts — I must be turning too quickly, people don't see me coming or something — but it's fixed now!"

It’s something that's personal to me. It's one of the very few things that is personal in my life at this point."
