When Julia Fox and Kanye West stepped out together last week for a date night, the world was collectively shook. West had recently bought a home across from his ex, Kim Kardashian, and all signs pointed to him trying to reunite with the reality star, who has been dating comedian Pete Davidson since October.
As we all wondered whether the Grammy-winner and Fox were an item, they made things official when Fox wrote about their date for Interview Magazine, sharing that the rapper had an entire hotel suite filled with clothes to dress her. The piece was accompanied by shots of them cuddling and making out, confirming that the two were happily dating.

She’s a former dominatrix
Fox entered the sex work industry as a dominatrix while she was still in high school, and she’s opened up about how Cardi B, who was formerly a stripper, has inspired her: “For sex workers, Cardi B is like, a great example. Like, she’s really doing her thing. That’s huge for, you know, a stripper to come out and now be like f*cking Cardi B,” she told Office Magazine. “So, I feel like, you know, music now has accepted it. Hopefully film and television will become a little more accepting.”
She’s an artist
With her art, Fox has been known to push boundaries. In 2017, she held an art exhibit titled “R.I.P. Julia Fox'”, which featured silk canvases that she painted using her own blood. “I wanted the show to be as authentic and personal as possible,” she told HuffPost in an interview at the time. “I extracted the blood with a syringe and used the syringe to paint on the silk.” She has also published two photography books.
She beat out 300 other actresses for her role in ‘Uncut Gems’
Although she wasn’t a big name in Hollywood, thanks to her chemistry with Adam Sandler during her screen test for the film, she nabbed the part of Julia De Fiore in the Safdie brothers’ movie. “We just totally clicked onscreen and the studio couldn’t deny it,” she told Vanity Fair. “But I mean, 300 people auditioned for it. I guess that Josh Safdie was right.”

She hosts a podcast
Aside from acting and modelling, Fox hosts a podcast called Forbidden Fruits that airs weekly on Spotify. Together with her co-host Niki Takesh, the two discuss pop culture and sex. In one episode, they even interviewed Real Housewives of New York star Leah McSweeney.
She’s Italian
The 31-year-old actress was born in Milan, Italy, to an Italian mother and an American father. She spent her early years being raised by her father in New York City, and she moved out on her own when she was 17.
