Ramona Singer: Upper East Side
Good morning, Upper East Siders! A good half of our RHONY ladies are grown up Gossip Girls who, like the cast of that show, live in one of Manhattan's most desirable neighbourhoods. Ramona, of course, lives on the Upper East Side within walking distance of Central Park. Ramona bought her apartment more than two decades ago, then gave it a serious post-Mario facelift in 2017, opting for an all-white-everything colour scheme.

Sonja Morgan: Upper East Side
Sonja lives on the south end of the Upper East Side in Lenox Hill, just off Lexington Ave. Sonja’s five-storey townhouse is the very picture of an Upper East Side home. Well, it at least it *was*. The house has been in various states of disrepair since Sonja joined Housewives years ago and she’s failed to sell it despite numerous listings. According to StreetEasy, she’s tried listing it at $7.2 million, $9.95 million and $12 million to no avail. The site reported she's currently hoping to rent it out for $32,000 a month but so far there haven't been any takers.

Dorinda Medley: Upper East Side
The last of our Upper East Siders, Dorinda, lives around the corner from the Metropolitan Museum of Art in Carnegie Hill. She’s lived there since before she married her late husband Richard in 2005.

Luann de Lesseps: Upper West Side
Luann’s new digs are over on the other side of Central Park. When she split from Tom, Lu moved out of his famous penthouse, which was Martha Stewart’s very first apartment in New York. Her new spot may not have any notable previous inhabitants (that we know of!), but it does apparently have "killer views of the Hudson River."

Bethenny Frankel: Soho
In August 2017, Bethenny picked up what’s considered a steal in Soho: a $4.2 million dollar 4,000-square-foot artist’s loft. Her previous pad was just south of her current abode in New York’s most expensive neighbourhood, Tribeca, which she sold in just a day (with a little help from Million Dollar Listing New York’s Fredrik Eklund, her co-star on Bethenny & Fredrik). Early in 2018, there were reports she was renting the place out for $13,500 per month, but she showed it off to Architectural Digest in May, so perhaps she’s decided to nest instead.

Carole Radziwill: Soho
Carole’s not just Bethenny’s frenemie – she’s also her neighbour. A downtown girl if RHONY’s ever had one (sorry, Kelly Bensimon; *not* sorry, Cindy Barshop), Carole moved to Soho after the death of her late husband Anthony in 1999. In 2017, she gave the whole apartment a facelift, which you can see over at Architectural Digest.

Tinsley Mortimer: Midtown
Our very own adult Eloise, Tinsley, has become accustomed to hotel living. She moved into a hotel after she left Sonja’s townhouse, but this isn’t the first time she’s stayed in a hotel longterm. She did the same thing when she was filming her 2010 reality show High Society. Her current hotel of choice is the Marmara Park Avenue hotel in Murray Hill, where Tinsley’s reportedly living with her on-again boyfriend Scott the Coupon King, but word is the couple has been spotted apartment shopping in RHONY’s cool girl neighbourhood du jour, Soho.

Ramona Singer: The Hamptons
On to the summer homes! Ramona’s luxe home in the Hamptons is, as we all heard her tell Bethenny earlier this season, in THE place to be – south of the Montauk Highway. For what it’s worth, Million Dollar Listing New York’s celeb broker Ryan Serhant said he agrees with Ramona about the real estate lines of desirability in the Hamptons, but LBR, she did sound a little snobby when she said it to Bethenny. Ramona bought the 7,000 square foot home for $875,000 back in 1994, according to Curbed, and now she rents it out in the summer for a hefty $165,000 a month.

Bethenny Frankel: The Hamptons
Bethenny’s main Hamptons home (yep, she’s got two) is in Bridgehampton and it’s – gasp! – north of the Montauk Highway. Despite the location lacking Ramona’s approval, it was listed at $3.2 million before Bethenny scooped it up, so it’s not exactly a dump. Actually, it’s really, really nice! Like, five bedrooms, three and a half bath, gorgeous gardens and gunite pool nice. Sorry, Ramona. We're team Bethenny on this one.
Bethenny's second Hamptons home is a former B+B with a cheerful name: The Morning Glory House. This one’s not North of the highway… it’s literally *on* the highway. Yep, the actual address is a number on Montauk Highway. Which means it’s lacking the kind of privacy Bethenny needs, so she’s probably never going to live there. She is, however, already listing it for $150,000 a month.

Luann de Lesseps: Sag Harbor
In her years with the Count, Lu spent the summers in Bridgehampton closer to the rest of the girls. At the time, the 6,500-square-foot farmhouse, which we all saw on RHONY, had a price tag of $9.9 million (the guy who bought it sadly tore it down). Lu’s new place in Sag Harbor is a picture perfect three-bedroom waterfront home with a white picket fence out front. It may not be the sprawling country estate she once had, but it’s a dainty little place with cozy vibes for Lu and her kids.
