What is Lisa Vanderpump's Net Worth and How Does She Make Her Money?
It seems like Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Vanderpump always has a new business venture on the go, doesn’t it? “My motto in life is find something that you love to do and then you won’t have to work a day in your life,” she says on her website. Lisa Vanderpump is by far the richest Housewife in The Real Housewives franchise — you'll be shocked by her net worth and the number of ways she makes her money.
Lisa Vanderpump started making money at a young age
Lisa began drama school full-time when she was just nine years old, and started working early on in life with appearances in a variety of children’s films and TV series. As a result she and her family lived everywhere, from London and the South of France to the place she currently calls home, Beverly Hills.

Lisa Vanderpump has been in the restaurant business for decades
Lisa and hubby Ken Todd have been launching and running restaurants and bars for more than three decades, and have owned more than 30 establishments at this point. But originally, they found their footing in the U.K. with places like Bar SoHo and the now-defunct but landmark LGBT club, Shadow Lounge.

Lisa Vanderpump didn't launch SUR
Thanks to Housewives, we’re all familiar with SUR. But Lisa and Ken didn’t actually launch that restaurant. That honour goes to Guillermo Zapata, who has also dabbled in acting and has been seen on RHOBH. He opened the restaurant in 1998 when it had just 12 tables. Zapata and his wife Nathalie partnered with Lisa and Ken in 2005, and under Lisa’s stylish eye it became the unique West Hollywood spot that it is today.

Lisa Vanderpump keeps opening more restaurants
These days the couple is focusing on American restaurants and bars. Pump was obviously the focus of Lisa’s spinoff series Vanderpump Rules, and Villa Blanca has been seen on RHOBH. But the couple’s takeover also includes the recently launched TomTom alongside Rulescast mates Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz, as well as the newly opened Vanderpump Cocktail Garden at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
Ken Todd made his own money elsewhere
There’s no denying that Ken and Lisa have done some magical things in the food service industry, but long before Ken started snatching up and developing hot spots he made his money in the textile industry. He and Lisa met in 1982 after he opened his first bar, Corks, in Kensington, and they were married six weeks later.

Vanderpump Pets, Vodka, Rosé and more
When you run an empire, it makes sense to branch out with swag. In that spirit, Lisa has also created a Vanderpump Estate Jewelry Collection, a pet accessories line at her Vanderpump Pets, her own tabletop collection called Vanderpump Beverly Hills, and a few signature bottles of booze including Vanderpump Vodka, Vanderpump Rosé and LVP Sangria. As if that wasn’t keeping her busy enough, she also runs a non-profit for pooches and she has her own line of emojis—called Vandermojis, naturally.
Lisa Vanderpump also runs a magazine
Because starring in a TV show, running restaurants, and making a slew of appearances for charitable organizations clearly isn’t enough for Lisa, in 2018 she also divided her time as the editor-in-chief of Beverly Hills Lifestyle, a magazine devoted to all things fabulous in the Hills. It’s not the first time Lisa has put pen to paper; she also authored the 2011 book, Simply Divine: A Guide to Easy, Elegant, and Affordable Entertaining.
LVP is one of the longest-lasting Housewives in the franchise
Lisa Vanderpump has been on Beverly Hills since the beginning in 2010, which is an impressive length of time for any cast member on this franchise. No wonder there were so many rumours about her quitting this season! Considering she’s reported to make a cool million bucks per season, you can’t really blame her for sticking around.

Lisa Vanderpump profits from Vanderpump Rules as well
A million bucks a year to star in a reality show sounds like a pretty sweet gig, but the pot is even sweeter for Lisa. It’s believed that, in addition to her Housewives salary, the personality also makes $500,000 per season of Vanderpump Rules.
Lisa Vanderpump has a staggering net worth
So what have these collective ventures meant for Lisa and Ken in terms of cold, hard, cash? According to People, these days they have a net worth of about $75 million. So while we all know Lisa as one of the most popular personalities in the Housewives franchise, it’s probably worth noting that she’s also the richest.
