Pack your bags because the Housewives are going international! On Monday, Andy Cohen announced on Today that Real Housewives of Dubai will be Bravo’s 11th series in the franchise, and its first outside of the US. “This is going to blow the lid off of the entire franchise,” Cohen teased on Today.

He added, “Everything’s bigger in Dubai, and I couldn’t be more excited to launch Bravo’s first international Housewives series in a city I’ve been fascinated by for years, with an outstanding group of friends as our guides,” Cohen went on to say in a statement.

Many details are still under wraps, but from the network’s synopsis we know that the series will follow a “group of women navigating their relationships, careers, and supremely lavish and ultra-wealthy lifestyles in the United Arab Emirates.”

We can imagine how dialed-up the riches will be. The press release about the synopsis goes on to paint a picture of what we’ll be seeing in this iteration. “With the desert paradise of Dubai as the backdrop, this billionaire’s playground is known for its over-the-top opulence, jaw-dropping modern architecture and wild nightlife scene. Whether they’re coasting on a private plane, running their own empires or hosting on a private island, these glamourous, successful women are ready to serve up scorching hot drama and unexpected twists.”

Rumours about the cast are already swirling with whispers of a full line-up already, including Caroline Stanbury of Bravo’s Ladies of London. Hello, diversity!
