Luann reportedly yelled "I’m going to kill you all" before being arrested in Palm Beach in the early morning hours of Christmas Eve 2017.

Luann has hired Tiger Woods' attorney and plead not guilty to charges which included disorderly intoxication, battery on an officer, resisting arrest with violence, and crimes against a person.

The star took to Twitter to issue a formal apology where she revealed that she has voluntarily checked herself into an alcohol treatment center, and that she intends "to turn this unfortunate incident into a positive life changing event."

Back in 2014, Kelly was arrested following a fight that the cops had to break up involving her and her husband Michael. At last year’s reunion, Kelly claimed she was simply trying to break the fight up and was the one who ended up taking the fall. After Kelly went to a string of AA meetings, the charge against her was dropped.

In 2009, former RHONY Housewife Kelly Bensimon was arrested for assault after her then-boyfriend Nicholas Stefanov called the cops and claimed she punched him. Nicholas said it was not the first time Kelly had hit him, though she later denied all of his claims.

Way back in 1992, a 25-year-old Nene ripped off her phone company and was charged with “theft of services.” She was later arrested three times for probation violations. When the charges came to light after she got famous, Leakes came clean and tweeted, "22 years ago I was lost, scared, trapped & a single mom! I care enough abt myself 2 change my life & u can 2!”

2014 was a rough year for RHOA's Porsha Williams. First she was charged with a battery misdemeanor following her on-set reunion fight with Kenya, then she got booked for speeding and driving with a suspended license.

Sonja was arrested for driving drunk in the Hamptons in 2010, during her first season of RHONY. After being pulled over at 2AM on Memorial Day weekend, she failed several sobriety tests, refused a breathalyzer and was charged with a DWI.

In Touch got its hands on a police report that shows Jacqueline was arrested in 1996. According to the publication, the report reveals Jacqueline got into an argument with a boyfriend and slapped him in the face and punched him in the groin. Both Jacqueline and her boyfriend were charged with battery.

Danielle Staub has a very dodgy past, as we discovered on RHONJ. In 1986 she was charged with extortion and cocaine possession. The charges were tied up in a kidnapping case, in which Danielle allegedly cut a deal and provided prosecutors information about her accused drug dealer boyfriend. When she was arrested, she was carrying six kilos of cocaine and $16,000 in cash.

Teresa and Joe’s charges are perhaps the most notorious in Housewives history. The couple pled guilty to 41 counts of fraud, including bank, wire and mail fraud and bankruptcy fraud. Teresa served 11 months in jail, while Joe is still completing his 41-month sentence.

When Melissa was 18 years old, she was busted for shoplifting in Palm Beach Florida and arrested. The charges were eventually dropped.

Kim was arrested for public drunkenness after making a scene at the Beverly Hills Hotel in April 2015. She resisted arrest, refused to leave the bathroom, and kicked a police officer once she was at the station. She was charged with public intoxication, trespassing, resisting arrest and battery on a police officer.

Just a few months later, Kim was charged with theft after she was caught stealing around $600 worth of merchandise from her local Target. The store's security saw her stealing and placed her under a citizen's arrest.

Brandi was arrested in 2010 for driving under the influence. She fessed up and apologized right away, sending a tweet that read: "I messed up. I take full responsibility for my actions...I regret my bad choice, and am thankful to God that no one got hurt. I'm sorry.”

RHOM star Ana was arrested in 2014 for driving with a suspended license. She claimed the home she was staying at was infested with cockroaches and she was trying to get back to her place.

Both RHOM star Marysol and her mother Elsa were arrested in 2010 for driving under the influence. Marysol pled guilty to reckless driving and got slapped with a $1,000 fine. Elsa's charges, meanwhile, were later dismissed.

While she wasn't arrested, in 2008 a man who'd spent the night out clubbing with LeeAnne filed a police report claiming she'd chased him around her home with a knife, slashed his tires and physically struck him. Tinsley was famously arrested after trespassing on her ex boyfriend's property in Miami. Tinsley says that at the time, she wasn't aware he still had a restraining order against her. This relationship turned even uglier when allegations of abuse came to light. Tinsley was not prosecuted, though her mug shot did break certain portions of the Upper East Side internet.
