Real Housewives Friendship Breakups That Broke Our Hearts 2

Kim and Nene were attached at the hip until season three of RHOA. Who could forget their infamous fight on Kandi's tour bus? From there on, the two have been at odds.

Kim and Nene briefly patched things up in 2015, and even announced that they'd do a road trip show together, but the plan for that series eventually fizzled out.

While their show together didn't pan out, they WILL be reunited on season 10 of RHOA – and things have already turned ugly...

Kim's daughter, Brielle, recently posted a Snapchat video from inside Nene's new home that showed a cockroach in her bathroom.

Nene took to Instagram to blast Brielle, writing "we don't have roaches! If you found 1, u brought it with u or it fell outta yo funky pus-y," then went even further by branding Kim and Brielle as racists.

Kim posted her own response, but we'll have to wait and see what happens between these longtime frenemies.

Nene's BFFship with Cynthia is another friendship that hit a rocky patch. Remember when Cynthia burned up their friendship contract? Ouch.

That's all water under the bridge now. Cynthia and Nene are BFFs again! After the seemingly fatal contract burning, they made up – much to Cynthia's new pal Kenya's dismay.

From The Talls, to The Smalls – Phaedra and Kandi were another pair of Atlanta BFFs whose friendship was torn apart by the show. The dispute? Kandi claims Phaedra failed to pay her husband for the work he did on Phaedra's workout video.

Phaedra and Kandi's feud got DARK in season nine. There's no easy way of saying this: Phaedra claimed Kandi and Todd had hatched a plan to drug and rape Porsha to try to make a threesome happen. The claim was completely unfounded, as we learned at the reunion. Things popped OFF. Kandi (rightfully) lost her mind on Phaedra. We're going to go ahead and say this is a friendship that will never be repaired.

We lived for the days of Frick and Frack. Phaedra and Porsha were hilarious together, but their friendship was ultimately collateral damage in Phaedra's war with Kandi. Phaedra was the one who told Porsha about Kandi and Todd's supposed illicit plans. She claimed she had the information direct, but when it was all aired out at the reunion, it she seemed like she made the whole thing up – and threw her pal Porsha under the bus along the way.

When we were introduced to these two in season one of The Real Housewives of Dallas, their bond seemed unbreakable.

With husbands that were also close pals, these two had a setup for the perfect friendship — they even admitted they enjoy seeing each other more than seeing their husbands.

Flash-forward to the season two premiere, where we discovered that the two ladies haven't spoken for months.

The cause? Stephanie wrote a blog where she called Brandi's marriage a trainwreck, and Brandi's now accusing Stephanie of favouring her high-society friends over Brandi.

Luckily, it now seems like the two friends have worked everything out.

RHOC's Tamra and Vicki are perhaps the most iconic BFFs in the Housewives universe. From the moment Tamra joined the show in season three, they hit it off and Tamra became the OC OG's top Who-Hoo buddy. Little did they know then how many bumps they'd hit in their friendship.

The first big rift started, as so many friendship fights do, over the men in their lives. The foursome of Vicki, Donn, Tamra and Simon were once couple-friends, but Simon told Tamra she was spending too much time with Vicki, leading to the first of many fights.

Season eight was a weird time in the OC. Tamra was suddenly buddy-buddy with her ex enemy Gretchen, shoving Vicki to the side. Gretchen threw Tamra's bachelorette party, complete with strippers, but when her dinner party that weekend failed to deliver, Tamra, Vicki and Lydia ditched for Andales and Vicki re-claimed her BFF title.

Once Simon was out of the picture though, a new man caused a divide between them: Brooks. Who could forget Brooks claiming Tamra was giving him the "evil eye" – or the verbal smackdown Tamra gave him after he called her out? Credit where it's due, though. Tamra had a bad feeling about Brooks from the start, and she turned out to be totally right.

Tamra and Vicki's friendship has never really recovered from the bombshell revelation that Brooks, in fact, did not have cancer. Since then, things have been hot and cold between them, but it's usually more hot than cold.

It makes us sad that one of our favourite sets of Housewives besties may never truly get back together, but let's be real: a fake cancer scandal is a real hard place to come back from.

One-time BFFs Gretchen and Alexis were another casualty of the shifting alliances in season eight of RHOC. When Tamra and Gretchen became overnight pals, Alexis felt shafted and struck up a friendship with HER old enemy, Vicki. It was a topsy, turvy time to be an RHOC fan.

Brandi and Lisa Vanderpump were once partners in crime, but cracks in their friendship started to form in season three of RHOBH. The cause? Lisa kept bringing her employee, Sheana Marie, the woman who broke up Brandi and Eddie Cibrian's marriage, to RHOBH events.

It got worse from there – Brandi called Lisa "Lisa Vanderc*nt" on her podcast and said "truth be told, the bitch doesn’t like any of the other ladies at all. She really didn’t. She didn’t want to be friends with them, but she needed a sidekick, and that was me." YIKES!

Teresa and Jacqueline have a long history, but they've also bumped heads nearly every season of RHONJ, like when Jacqueline defended Danielle in season one, and when she pressed Teresa to talk about her legal woes in season five.

At the season seven reunion, we witnessed what felt like the final straw for these two: Teresa accused Jacqueline of being the one who called the feds on her and exposed her fraud. Seems wild (and TBH, unlikely) but then again, stranger things have happened in Jersey.

The saddest Housewives breakup of them all: Bethenny and Jill from RHONY. The greatest BFFship in Housewives history turned into one of the greatest feuds when Jill allegedly called The Today Show and told producers they should have hired her to guest host instead of Bethenny.

Bethenny told Andy Cohen she has no ill will towards Jill on Watch What Happens Live. Jill, meanwhile, told People, "If you're not real friends, you just walk away. I thought she and I were friends. She obviously didn't – and it's all good!" All good? Sure, Jill.

Will the cold war ever end? When Jill swung by RHONY on season nine, she asked after Bethenny to Lu and Dorinda, so she's clearly still interested. As for Bethenny? She's remained pretty much silent on all things Jill, so the cold war, at least for now, continues...

Before Tinsley moved into Morgan Manor, LuAnn was Sonja's resident houseguest. They were super fun together, swapping boy stories and hanging out in bed together. That is, until a certain boy turned up in Lu's life...

Please don't let it be about Tom! IT'S ABOUT TOM!! Here's the deal: Sonja said she and Tom were long-term lovers, while Tom and Lu said they were little more than a hookup. Pre-wedding, Sonja caused a sh-t storm with her revelations about her past with Tom.

Since LuAnn and Tom's divorce, Sonja has been a supportive girlfriend by showing love to LuAnn on social media and in the press.

When Lisa Rinna joined RHOBH, it felt like we had a new power duo in our midst. Lisa squared! LVP and Lisa Rinna were old friends and they made for a very funny mix. Remember when they took a private jet for an afternoon of miniature pony shopping?

Remember the dreaded M word – Munchausen? That was what led the end of Lisa Squared.

Basically, Rinna accused LVP of encouraging her to bring up Yolanda's alleged Munchausen disease on camera, which LVP vehemently denied. In season seven, they made a bit of headway on the road back to friendship, but LVP is a cross-her-once kind of girl. We've only ever seen LVP reunite with one person who turned on her (Kyle Richards), but we don't know if that's in the cards for Lisa Rinna.
