It’s official! Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will have another docuseries on Netflix. After the wild response to their first documentary, Harry & Meghan, the royal couple have announced Live To Lead, but this one won’t focus on their relationship – or the aftermath of their decision to step down as senior royals – this will focus on “extraordinary leaders.”
What is the docuseries called?
The new project is titled Live to Lead. As the name suggests, it will look at leaders who have made a difference in the world.
“This was inspired by Nelson Mandela, who once said, ‘What counts in life is not the mere fact that we have lived,'” Harry says in the teaser according to Cosmopolitan. While Meghan adds that it’s “’…what difference we have made to the lives of others that will determine the significance of the life we lead.'”

What will the series reveal?
The seven-part series is executive produced by the Duke and Duchess, who will make an appearance.
According to OK! Magazine, it’ll center around Nelson Mandela’s legacy and feature exclusive interviews from leaders whose actions shaped their world like New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern, social justice attorney Bryan Stevenson and U.S. Supreme Court Associate Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
Other interviewees will include Greta Thunberg, Siya Kolisi, Gloria Steinem and Albie Sachs.

When will the series be released?
Live to Lead will be released on December 31, 2022.
As previously reported by Variety, this series is part of the couple’s multi-year deal with Netflix. “As new parents, making inspirational family programming is also important to us, as is powerful storytelling through a truthful and relatable lens,” they said.
