We’ve all had that one ex who can’t help but want to ruin your life and, as it turns out, Millie Bobby Brown can relate. TikToker Hunter Ecimovic, who had some sort of relationship with Brown when she was 16 and he was 20, recently made some pretty icky comments about her during an Instagram Live.
Ecimovic posted Instagram Live footage on Monday, during which he joked about Brown and their relationship, calling himself a “groomer” and stating that he groomed the young star. He also discussed their alleged sexual relationship in detail, and added that Brown’s parents were aware that he lived with Brown for eight months.

Shortly after, he was met with backlash and Brown’s team quickly spoke out about the comments he had made: “Mr. Ecimovic’s remarks on social media are not only dishonest, but also are irresponsible, offensive and hateful,” they said in a statement to E! News. “Instead of engaging in a public discourse with him through the press or on social media, we are taking action to ensure that he stops this behaviour once and for all.”
During the Instagram session, Ecimovic also appeared to lack remorse for everything he said, stating: “I will never apologize — I hope you know that. I have nothing to apologize for, so make that clear. I have zero things to apologize for.”
However, after the outrage he quickly reversed course and made a TikTok on Tuesday night with an apology about the incident, claiming that he was drunk and that the alcohol made him careless. He also added that fans were spreading information that’s “just not true” and then went on to add that he was “not proud of how I spoke.”

Brown herself has yet to comment on the situation and, at this point, given her team’s response, it seems unlikely that she will. Currently, the Stranger Things actress is sparking romance rumours with Jon Bon Jovi’s son, Jake Bongiovi, with whom she has been spotted hanging out with on Instagram.
