Generous, or a Jab? Diana Jenkins is Giving $100K to Tom Girardi’s Alleged Victims

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Diana Jenkins announced this week that she will make a $100,000 donation to Tom Girardi’s alleged victims, and we’re here to explore the question on everyone’s mind – is this pure generosity, or could it also be a jab at her co-stars?

A source close to Jenkins has revealed to Page Six that the donation is “not a dig” at Girardi’s estranged wife, Erika Jayne, who is in a whole slew of legal trouble surrounding the scandal. Instead, the $100K gift to the victims – including widows and orphans in the Lion Air Flight 610 case – is apparently meant to be a dig directed at some of her other RHOBH co-stars.

According to a press release from Jenkin’s charity, The Sunela Foundation, the money will “benefit immediate family members of the 189 passengers and crew who were killed” in the 2018 crash.

Despite being named alongside Girardi in several lawsuits involving the alleged victims, Erika Jayne appeared supportive of the initiative, even commenting a couple of red heart emojis on Jenkin’s Instagram post about the gift.

“This isn’t a dig at Erika,” the source said. “It’s actually meant to send a message to the cast members who have expressed support for Tom’s alleged victims, but never seem to do anything to help them.”

“If anybody’s speculating that this donation affects Diana’s friendship with Erika, it doesn’t,” the source adds.

Based on that information, it seems like the move could actually be a jab at Sutton Stracke, Garcelle Beauvais and Crystal Kung Minkoff — who have each questioned Erika about whether or not she was involved in Girardi’s alleged fraud and embezzlement case.

“Diana now wonders, ‘Well, if you feel so bad for the victims, what are you doing to help?’” the source explained.

Other RHOBH stars like Dorit Kemsley and Kyle Richards have questioned Erika and voiced support for the victims, but on a lighter scale.

As previewed in the RHOBH season 12 trailer, Kung Minkoff will butt heads with Erika in an explosive argument about the lawsuit.

“You want to be on the side of the victims because you think it’s cool,” the “Pretty Mess” singer screams. “I don’t give a f—k about anybody else but me!”
