We’re still getting over all of the drama that went down on last season of RHOBH, but that isn’t stopping a brand new season from coming in hot this month. And when it does, there’s a new diamond-holder among our Beverly Hills-residing group of housewives. Sanela Diana Jenkins — who goes by Diana —has joined the cast to give her take on the L.A. scene and we can’t wait to see how she fits in with this crowd. Read on to learn more about the latest cast member ahead of the new season when it debuts May 11 on Slice.

Sanela was born in Bosnia
When we meet Diana she’s living the life of luxury in California. But her life wasn’t always so glamorous. Diana was born in Bosnia, and in 1992 during the Serbian takeover her life turned upside down. She and her family became refugees, spending a year in Croatia before moving to London, where she was raised.
She’s a huge humanitarian
Today, Diana is a world-renowned philanthropist who supports all kind of causes. She attends plenty of galas and events and is a big supporter of human rights, disaster relief, and the environment, among other causes. In 2002 she opened the Iris Catic Foundation in memory of her brother, who was killed during the war. In 2010 she worked with actor Sean Penn on something called the Jenkins-Penn Haitian Relief Organization. And in the past, she has also held fundraisers for the Elton John Aids Foundation, among plenty of other charitable endeavours.
She’s also a boss
In addition to giving back, Diana has amassed her own fortune over the years with several businesses. Following university, she launched her own swimwear line (watch out, Dorit!) called Melissa Obabash. These days she’s the founder and CEO of drinks brand Neuro, and she’s also involved in the full-service music label D Empire Entertainment.
Sanela has three kids
This busy boss babe is also a thriving mama bear. She shares her equestrian-loving daughter Eneya and her son Innis with her ex-husband Roger Jenkins, and in November 2020 she and her partner Asher Monroe welcomed another baby girl, Eliyanah.
She’s divorced, but on good terms
Speaking of ex-husbands, Diana is on good terms with hers. She and British banker and former athlete Richard Jenkins officially divorced in 2012 in what Diana called “the happiest divorce ever.” Previously they were together for over a decade and they settled things outside of court, so we tend to believe her when she says they’re still friends.
She’s also worth millions
Diana has an estimated net worth of $300 million, some of which comes from her companies and some of which came from her divorce (she walked away with a reported £150 million). That makes her the richest of all the RHOBH cast members save Kathy Hilton, who is only estimated to be worth about $50 million more.

She’s engaged to Asher Monroe
These days Diana is engaged to her youngest’s father, musician Asher Monroe. After selling her Malibu home to a neighbour for a cool $87 million, the pair moved to a gate-guarded Hidden Hills home in the San Fernando Valley. The $13 million home is reportedly smaller than her last, but it still clocks in at an impressive 13,000-square feet—with seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms.
Sanela has some famous friends
Living in California and doing so many good deeds has also put Diana on the map with many philanthropy-minded celebrities. Neil Patrick Harris, the Kardashians, George Clooney, and Elton John are just some of the familiar faces she includes in her inner circle, and we can’t wait to see whether any of them pop up on the show.

She comes to the show through Rinna
Speaking of friends, it’s Lisa Rinna whose friendship brings Diana onto RHOBH in the first place. Only time will tell whether the series will be good for their relationship or not, but here’s hoping these ladies don’t go the way of Rinna and Denise Richards…
She’s ready to bring the drama
Just because Diana is the newbie, don’t expect her to be shy or timid around the other housewives. Judging by the trailer she’s ready to get into it with anybody, including Sutton Stracke. “I think you’re a soulless person,” Sutton tells Diana in the preview. “You need a new villain? Here I am,” the new housewife replies.
Raise your hand if you can’t wait to see how that one plays out too.
