Fashion Fails: Worst Celebrity Looks of the Week

Please hold your fire! We know that it's high treason to speak against Queen Bey, but come on. Deep down you know we're right about this one. She can do so much better than that dress. We have a sneaking suspicion it may be from the House of Dereon...

Our issue with this outfit comes down to the lace. We've got white lace polka dots on top, and black floral lace on the bottom. If Brooke had opted for a simpler blouse this look would have been ace.

Gwen Stefani's style never fails to keep us interested. She's original and we love her for it, but this is a miss. There are just too many elements at play here, with the fishnet and the shoulder detail. We also require an explanation for what happened to her top. Is her stylist Edward Scissor Hands? Was she set upon by a swarm of moths?

It appears that Eli has set his sights on taking over for Hugh Hefner. One rarely sees a brooch fastened onto a housecoat.

This look was so damn close. The shape and fit of the dress are gorgeous, and it looks phenomenal on her. Sadly, the pattern of that fabric makes her look like she's draped in holiday wrapping paper (but the fancy stuff. A designer brand that costs $50 a roll).

We feel for for Jeannie here because we can see where she was going. A nice dark lip, a touch of rocker glam, a lovely statement necklace--so far, so good. Then we get to the skirt. A tie-dye accordion skirt just feels completely out of left field.

Look at that smile! Cate is absolutely glowing here. Too bad that dress makes it look like she's wearing a pair of electric eels.

A touch of tulle can we a great way to add a little whimsy to a look. Unfortunately, in this case it looks like Kat covered herself in double-sided tape and rolled around in a pile of tutu clippings.

Why, Michael? Why did you need two waistcoats? You just know Johnny Depp is going to bite this look.

We can't really come up with a definitive reason for why we don't like this. Kate looks gorgeous, and the fit is great. More than anything, this outfit feels dated. We're fairly certain we wore something similar back in 2002.

First of all, that leather jacket is amazing. It's so beautiful. Those pants make no sense though! We don't understand how they wound up with this outfit. On the upside, Mamie's rocking them with swagger.

For the second time this week the chopped top rears its ugly head. We can't help but feel that we'd be constantly adjusting this "sweater" in fear of suffering a wardrobe malfunction.

We love you Meryl, and you'll forever be Miranda Priestly in our hearts, but this fabric is rough. It looks like a dress that's been fashioned out of living room drapes.

OK. We know that Miley is an easy target, but this seems terribly impractical. We'd be knocking drinks off of tables and bumping into people all night long.

Can someone please explain why this outfit needed a belt? Did the designer have an extra strip of fabric and think "Why not?"

We love the pop of yellow in this dress, but overall it comes across as an updated version of a 19th-century school teacher's uniform.
