Demi Lovato is stepping into 2022 with a bold new haircut. The “Dancing With The Devil” singer is heading into the new year with a hair transformation that is equal parts daring and chic.
Lovato took to Instagram this week to show off their new buzzcut. They captioned the video of their haircut with a black heart emoji, writing “#freshstart.”

We’re calling it now: Lovato’s bold new look is set to take off in the coming months, as they’re not the only one trying out this hairstyle. Rapper Saweetie also shaved her head a few days ago, and also took to IG to share her new look with her fans.

We already knew buzzcuts were cool again this year when Jordan Alexander popped up on TV as one of the stars of the Gossip Girl reboot with her shaved head. Jada Pinkett Smith also debuted a brand new buzzcut in 2021, crediting her daughter Willow with her choice to make the chop.
