Oh, baby! Many of our favourite celebrities are growing their families this year, and we’re here to celebrate with them. These are just some of the famous babies born in 2023.
Kaley Cuoco and Tom Pelphrey: Matilda
Flight Attendant star Kaley Cuoco is officially a first-time mom. The Emmy nominee reportedly took to Instagram to share the birth of her and boyfriend Tom Pelphrey’s daughter, born on March 30.
As Elle details, the 37-year-old shared photos of the newborn with a sweet caption writing: “Introducing, Matilda Carmine Richie Pelphrey, the new light of our lives!”
“We are overjoyed and grateful for this little miracle. Thank you to the doctors, nurses, family and friends who have helped us immensely over the last few days. We are blessed beyond belief @tommypelphrey didn’t think I could fall even more in love with you, but I did.”
Gina Rodriguez and Joe LoCicero: Baby boy
Gina Rodriguez, 38, is a mama! The Jane the Virgin alum and husband Joe LoCicero, 36, have welcomed their first child together. Although they’re keeping the name and birth date under wraps (for now), the couple’s agent confirmed the happy news to PEOPLE.
The couple, who wed in 2019, shared the news of their pregnancy last July on Rodriguez’s birthday. “This birthday hits different,” she captioned in her Instagram post. She later revealed to PEOPLE, “I’m very excited and overwhelmed and feel like a superwoman. I feel like every day is bizarre and different, and I have so much appreciation for every human being that has brought a child onto this planet. Anytime I see somebody with a child, I’m like, ‘Congratulations, you’re a superhero.'”
Macaulay Culkin and Brenda Song: Baby boy
According to multiple news outlets, Home Alone icon Macaulay Culkin, 42, and former Disney star Brenda Song, 34, welcomed their second child together — a baby boy! The longtime couple also share son, Dakota, 23 months. Notoriously private, Culkin and Song (who got engaged in January 2022), kept their pregnancy under wraps.
As Song told ENews after the birth of her first child in 2021, “I never thought that I could really put my career in the backseat. But, at the end of the day, if I had to stop doing what I’m doing to be a better mom, I would do it without blinking an eye because my son is the most important thing and I just want to be the best mom for him.”
Keke Palmer and Darius Jackson: Leo
Keke Palmer has welcomed her first child with Darius Jackson, according to PEOPLE. On Monday, February 27, the Nope star reportedly took to Instagram to announce the birth of their baby boy, named Leodis “Leo” Andrellton Jackson.
“Hey Son!!!!” Palmer wrote alongside some family photos of the trio. “Born during Black History Month, with a name to match! LEODIS ANDRELLTON JACKSON, welcome to the world baby Leo.”
“We became each other’s someone and made a someone, look at God!” Palmer added.
Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds
Lively reportedly hinted the couple have welcomed baby number four when she posted on Instagram — noticeably without a baby bump — on Sunday with the caption that says: “Puppy Bowl 2023…been busy.”
The pair is already parents to daughters James, 8, Inez, 6 and Betty, aged 3.

Behati Prinsloo and Adam Levine
“We always knew we wanted a second one. So I think for me in those two years, when I had two babies under the age of 2, I was just like, ‘Don’t even think about it!’ But I do also want five kids, but don’t even think about it,” Prinsloo told Entertainment Tonight about wanting to expand their family, according to PEOPLE.
The couple is already parents to daughters Gio Grace, 4, and Dusty Rose, 6, although there are no further details about their newest addition right now.
You may remember news broke out about the pair’s third baby in September 2022, the same month Levine admitted to sending flirtatious messages to multiple women after one Instagram model Sumner Stroh posted a TikTok admitting to having an alleged affair, as Page Six reports.
Paris Hilton and Carter Reum: Baby boy
The couple shared the news on Instagram on Tuesday with a close-up photo of the new mom’s hand holding the tiny fingers of their new addition writing: “You are already loved beyond words.”
“It’s always been my dream to be a mother and I’m so happy that Carter and I found each other,” the media personality tells the outlet exclusively. “We are so excited to start our family together and our hearts are exploding with love for our baby boy.”
Chrissy Teigen and John Legend: Esti Maxine
Cookbook author and model Chrissy Teigan and musician John Legend’s youngest child has arrived. As PEOPLE reports, the couple welcomed their newborn daughter, Esti Maxine Stephens, via C-section — as Teigan shared via an Instagram post on Thursday.
“She’s here! Esti Maxine Stephens – the house is bustling and our family could not be happier,” Teigan wrote in her post, which featured a photo of Esti along with son Miles, 4, and daughter Luna, 6.
“Daddy sheds nightly tears of joy seeing Luna and Miles so full of love, and I am learning you still need diapers with a c-section!? We are in bliss. Thank you for all the love and well wishes – we feel it all! X.”
Legend shared the same photo on Instagram, with a sweet caption:
“On Friday, we welcomed Esti Maxine Stephens to our family, and our house is overflowing with love and joy. I’m in awe of Chrissy’s strength and resilience and I’m so thrilled to see how Luna and Miles embrace their baby sister. I’m so, so grateful, but that doesn’t seem like a big enough word…,” he wrote, according to PEOPLE.
