Add coconut or sunflower oil, shea butter and beeswax to a double boiler. Stir until melted together and then add 10 or more drops of your favourite essential oil. •Two drops of thyme essential oil

•Two teaspoons of baking soda

•One cup old-fashioned oats
•Half cup coconut oil
•Half cup grapeseed oil
•Two chamomile tea bags
Grind oats in a food processor until fine. Transfer oats to a bowl and add coconut oil, grapeseed oil, and the contents of the two tea bags. Stir until mixed well and massage generously over skin, paying particular attention to dry areas like elbows, knees and feet. Peppermint Coconut Foot Scrub
•One-third cup of raw sugar
•Two-thirds cup of epsom salt
•One and a half tablespoons coconut oil
•Five/six drops of peppermint oil
•Four drops of tea tree oil
