Here, McEwan serves up rustic Italian cuisine using extremely high-quality ingredients, some of which hail all the way from Italy. Fans of the humble dishes include none other than Alan Thicke and his model wife Tanya Thicke (stars of HGTV's Unusually Thicke) who told us that Fabbrica is one of their all-time favourite places to eat in Toronto.
