Back in 2007, she starred in one of his music videos, they hooked up and he went on tour. They eventually found their way back to one another but even John acknowledged that in the beginning, it wasn't all hearts and flowers.

"I wasn't like, 'This is the woman I'm going to marry' from day one," Legend told Los Angeles Confidential in 2014. "For me I’m the kind of person who needs to grow into that feeling. It was probably a couple of years in when I could already see us being together forever."

Adorable. Now, she's a celebrity mom who is hilariously real about motherhood.

These two met on the set of The Voice, where they both served as coaches. But the chemistry was palpable. Both were near the ends of their marriages (she to Gavin Rossdale; he to Miranda Lambert) and once the divorces were announced, Gwen and Blake began dating shortly after.

They may be one of Hollywood's best couples but the magic didn't start right off the bat. It was 2007, both were at a birthday dinner for mutual friends — but that was it. In fact, it wasn't even that sweet. Kristen has described that first meeting as "not electric," while Dax admitted Bell's personality was a lot.

"When I met her and her friends, I was suspicious of their unbridled happiness," he told Good Housekeeping. "I thought, 'Something stinks here; they're in a cult.'"

We all know that Kutcher was Kunis' first kiss — thanks to their That '70s Show characters — but with her being 14 and him five years her senior, thankfully nothing came of it then.

"It was really weird. I was like, 'Isn't this illegal?' It was really awkward," he told Howard Stern. "She was 14! She was like my little sister." And while she initially thought he was good-looking," Kutcher admitted he grew to be annoying "because I was like a big brother." Um, clearly they moved past that hella awkward phase.

They first met when she auditioned to be his love interest on The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. Jada didn't get the role but she did get the star — eventually.

"After we had known each other for many years, we went out for dinner one night and I saw that he had grown from this lanky kid to this really responsible man," Pinkett Smith told Your Tango. "We started courting each other and our friendship turned into romance."

Miscommunication is what stopped these two from getting together sooner; he thought she was in a relationship; she thought he wasn't interested. Thankfully, a friend saw through it all and intervened.

"She was like, 'Girl, you better drop that zero and get you a hero.'" Gabrielle said on The Late Late Show with James Corden, adding that she wasn't exactly head over heels upon their first meeting. "At the time he wasn't even drinking. So it was like sober guy in the bar, which is a little lurk-y. When I first saw him, he was just watching us from up above and we were down below." Hmm, seems she eventually didn't hate him looking at her.

Aniston's first thoughts of Theroux: "I thought he was very sweet and he was always very nice. They met on the set of The Oranges in 2011 but love didn't bloom for another two years, when they filmed Life Partners.

Things began badly in the beginning. "I don't know if you remember but at the start we had a Twitter feud. So we never really liked each other in the beginning," Rita recalled. "Then after that, it just kind of happened really. It was backstage at a thing when we first met and it went from there."

Just because they've been together for more than three decades does not mean they met in an adorable way. It was their five-year age difference that put off Goldie — but eventually Kurt became too irresistible — and she could resist no longer.

Despite critics not loving their second movie together, Affleck came out of it with Garner, so he didn't care about the flop. "That's where I found my wife," he told Playboy in 2013. "We met on Pearl Harbor, which people hate, but we fell in love on Daredevil". Aw.

They may have spent months filming Fantastic Four but it wasn't until after they wrapped that they started dating. "We fell in love on the press tour," Mara revealed on Watch What Happens Live.

The Gotham co-stars actually met back when McKenzie starred on The O.C. and Baccarin guest-starred on three episodes. Ben, however, doesn't remember meeting Morena at all.

Baccarin recalled how she introduced herself to McKenzie but she didn't make much of an impact. And when she appeared on Gotham, she told him the story. "He was like, 'No! What kind of an idiot would do that?'That idiot right there."

"We were buddies then," Ryan told Entertainment Weekly's SiriusXM show. "I remember it was funny because for about a year after Green Lantern had come and gone and we were both single. We went on a double date. She was on a date with another guy and I was on a date with another girl."

He added: "That was the most awkward date because we were just like fireworks coming across. It was weird at first but we were buddies for a long time. I think it's the best way to have a relationship is to start as friends."
