A brand new trailer for Vanderpump Rules season 10 is here, and it looks like the SUR-vers are messier than ever.
The spicy new trailer opens with Tom Schwartz and Katie Maloney patting each other on the back for how great they’ve been through their separation, dubbing themselves a “divorce success story” before everything unravels after Schwartz and Raquel Leviss made out on camera.
“I never had hatred for you and now I do,” Maloney says to Schwartz as he shakes his head. “I think you’re pathetic, I think you’re a drunk and I think you’re a loser.”

Schwartz then responds with a blunt, “this does not affect me at all.” Clearly, though, Schwartz has been under a lot of pressure due to the downfall of Schwartz and Tom Sandoval’s bar, Schwartz & Sandy’s, which has had its opening delayed time and time again.
“If it wasn’t for this bar me and Katie would still be together,” Schwartz says. “I’m paying for it, motherf***er!” Sandoval exclaims. “We just have to open the doors.”
Schwartz and Sandoval aren’t the only ones gearing up to launch a new watering hole – business mogul and VPR queen Lisa Vanderpump is opening the doors to Vanderpump a Paris, which brings about the return of former SUR-ver Kristina Kelly – who could bring some brand new drama this season.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Garcelle Beauvais also makes a surprise appearance with her son, Oliver Saunders, who is working for her former co-star, LVP. “We had a good night,” Saunders tells his mother after the screen flashes to a cut of him kissing and dancing with Leviss. “Oh… should I be here?” Beauvais responds.
This hookup made headlines a few months back, after Oliver’s wife, Samantha Saunders, called him out for cheating on her during filming. Oliver was working at Vanderpump Paris in Las Vegas, where Samantha reportedly said he “disrespected me and my kids in every way possible.”

James Kennedy is joined this season by his girlfriend and newcomer, Ally Lewber, but their relationship is under pressure after Lewber reveals that she’s been negatively affected by Kennedy’s choice to break his sobriety.
“I like you better when you’re not drinking,” Lewber says.
Lewber also appears to be worried about Kennedy’s friend and former friend-with-benefits Lala Kent, who recently ended her relationship with Randall Emmett.
Despite the chaos, it’s not all fights and drama for the VPR cast, as the clip does preview some bright, loving moments. In fact, season 10 seems to be full of stand-out moments, including Scheana Shay’s wedding, a trip to Mexico, a piñata modeled after Tom Schwartz’s face and lots (and lots) of alcohol – plus a couple of thrown drinks.
