Proving that expensive and “fancy” foods aren’t always for everyone — even if you’re a celeb with your own cooking show and cookware collab — Selena Gomez does not like caviar.

In a newly released clip for her HBO Max cooking show Selena + Chef (which was shared with Teen Vogue), the Only Murders in the Building actress was following the instructions of New York chef (and Top Chef alum) Adrienne Cheatham when she was asked to taste “a little bump of caviar” from her hand.
Gomez tries a small nibble of the salty fish eggs, and then promptly gags, dry heaves and runs to the sink.
While her reaction does appear to be a touch on the dramatic side, Gomez does confirm when asked that she is not a fan of caviar, though she notes that “other people might be.”
