Hollywood’s leading men brought their top fashion game to the Oscars red carpet on Sunday. Typically one of the biggest fashion nights of the year for actresses, 2021 had a different vibe as plenty of men decided to forgo the standard black suit and tie for something a little more modern and edgy – complete with unique silhouettes, plenty of diamonds and eye-popping colour.

The Judas and the Black Messiah Best Supporting Actor nominee arrived in this retro Saint Laurent black jumpsuit that had us time-travelling the 1970s. Paired with an oversized white collar and some vintage shades, Stanfield definitely had his groove on.
In one of the most head-turning looks of the night, the Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom star turned it out in an eye-popping hot pink Versace suit. Not many people could pull off this look so seamlessly, but here we are!

The Best Supporting Actor and Best Original Song double nominee for One Night in Miami… was the breakout red carpet king, turning heads in this metallic gold Brioni suit. Not only did he show up dressed like an actual Oscar, but there was literally 24-karat gold threaded into the suit. Talk about opulent!

One of the night’s biggest winners (Best Supporting Actor for Judas and the Black Messiah), Kaluuya also won the red carpet in this all-black Bottega Veneta suit that was paired with a Cartier necklace featuring luxe pearl-sized diamonds.

The Trial of the Chicago 7 Best Supporting Actor and Best Adapted Screenplay (for Borat Subsequent Moviefilm) double nominee was a world away in Sydney, Australia, with wife Isla Fisher, but he still stepped up his fashion A-game with this white-and-mocha Ralph Lauren suit and matching linen slippers.
