The model and new momma recently got some sentimental ink to honour her first baby, Khai, born in September 2020. The tattoo is written in Arabic and matches one that partner Zayn Malik has as well. The tattoo is on her bicep (close to the crook of her elbow), while Malik’s is on his wrist.
