Melissa Gorga Through The Years

We love this old family photo of little Melissa with her beloved father Anthony, who tragically passed away in a car accident when Melissa was just 17.

Back in the day, Melissa was SUPER Jersey. Like, she would have looked right at home on the Shore alongside JWOW and Snookie.

They're the best of friends now, but Melissa has had quite the rocky relationship with her sister-in-law and fellow RHONJ Housewife Teresa. Things were bad before Melissa made her first appearance on the show back in season 2, but when she joined the cast in season 3, WHOA. Things got ugly!

Everyone expected things to settle down on RHONJ after Danielle Staub's exit, but the second Melissa appeared, Teresa totally lost it. That first season was an all-out war between the two, with Teresa's brother Joe in the middle. It wasn't until Teresa went to prison that they finally mended fences.

Melissa still had the Jersey style DNA when she joined the show, from the midnight black hair 'do to the sparkling prom-ish mini dresses. Sartorially, she's come a long, long way since then.

Melissa's former RHONJ co-star Jacqueline accused her of having had four (!!) nose jobs. That might be a stretch, but Melissa has admitted to (at least) one, which accounts for how different she looks from 2011, when he first met her on Housewives.

Just look at little baby Joey! Melissa's kids have grown up right before our eyes, from 2010, when this was taken, to today (Joey's now seven).

The Gorgas always do family Halloween costumes and we love to see what they come up with every year. How great was it the year they did Grease?

If anything, Melissa and Joe are aging backwards, but watching their kids grow is a reminder the years are, in fact, flying by.

Antonia's now 12 years old. Just imagine her hopping up into Melissa's arms for a photo now!

Remember when Melissa was so into making it as a pop star

In 2013, Melissa lightened her hair, which marked a major change in her looks. Around the same time Melissa pretty much fully dropped the Jersey aesthetic, opting for a much chicer, more contemporary style.

Then she went and got a long bob in 2016, fully completing the transformation. The Melissa we know now certainly bears resemblance to Melissa from season 2, but she has undergone a pretty drastic change over the past six years.

The Jersey beauty is rocking long hair again, almost returning to the way she looked when she debuted on The Real Housewives of New Jersey.
