Brainstorming your Halloween looks this year? Not all festive ensembles require a full costume (though, if dressing up for Halloween is your thing, this Google tool can help you choose). Instead, skip the costume and pick up your liquid eyeliner for a Halloween makeup look.
As creator Celeste (AKA @celestedayrider) shows us with us via Slice.ca’s TikTok, you can use makeup alone to spice up the classic cat-eye for the spooky season. Watch Celeste’s TikTok below and read on for a closer look at Celeste’s three eyeliner looks to try for Halloween.

Graveyard eyeliner look
The graveyard look is quick and fairly simple — as long as you have a black liquid eyeliner. Here, Celeste begins by creating a traditional black cat eye. Then, she adds an extra line (connecting with the far point of the wing) and draws on a few small grave-marker crosses.
Spider web eyeliner look
The spider web also uses a black winged eyeliner look as a base, but it then allows for some creativity and drawing skills to come into play. Still using black liquid eyeliner, Celeste draws a frame for her spider web (bonus points for extending it a bit beyond the eyebrow) which she then fills in with thin lines to create a spooky, spider web effect.

Ghost eyeliner look
Super fun and playful, this makeup look calls for a white liquid eyeliner in addition to the black. Here, Celeste starts by using black eyeliner to draw a classic cat eye with a few extra details: a small black line stemming from the inner eye and a ghostly shape along the wing.
Then, Celeste fills in the ghost shape with the white liquid eyeliner. Add on a couple of little eyes and a mouth (using the black eyeliner again), and you’re ghoul to go.
