The facade: Chateau Sheree
Sheree has a pretty typical McMansion. At 10,000 sq ft, it's considerably larger than Moore Manor, but it looks just like all the other big homes in the neighbourhood.

The back: Chateau Sheree
The back of Sheree's house is the showstopper – she has several large balconies leading off of bedrooms.

You could have a Romeo & Juliet moment from one balcony to the next!

The facade: Moore Manor
Moore Manor, meanwhile, is super modern. It's all about which style you like more, but Kenya definitely wins points for having her own aesthetic and taste.

The lot: Chateau Sheree
Sheree's house is massive, but it's stuck right beside other homes, with few trees on the lot. Where's the privacy?

The lot: Moore Manor
Moore manor, meanwhile, is tucked nicely away...but it's also at the bottom of a super steep hill. This one's a tie.

Construction
Kenya bought a fixer-upper and turned it around in just a year.

Construction: Moore Manor
The speed Kenya worked at was impressive even if she DID have her housewarming party while it still felt like a construction site.

Construction: Chateau Sheree
Sheree built her house from scratch, but it took her five years. She already working on plans for the house way back in season four. Points for Kenya.

Kitchen: Chateau Sheree
Sheree built herself a nice, bright kitchen.

Loads of natural light!

Living space: Chateau Sheree
Sheree's home has natural light all over, including its massive living space – this one's a winner.

Closet: Chateau Sheree
This closet is mighty impressive, but it goes against the Housewives trend of making closets into a luxe changing room.

Closet: Chateau Sheree
Sheree built a "His" closet even though she's single. Guess it will help the resale value?

Closet: Moore Manor
A whole new meaning to walk-in. Points to Kenya again.

Office: Moore Manor
Cute wallpaper, but this space will go totally unused.

Living space: Moore Manor
A nice, open living and dining area, but we're giving this one to the bath of light that is Sheree's great hall.

Bedroom: Moore Manor
If we're going by Cynthia's sleep over test, this is definitely the room we want to sleep in – it's all woodsy and cosy!
Points overall: We've got to give it to Kenya. Chateau Sheree's impressive, but it was a long build that ended up looking like dozens of Housewives McMansions we've seen before. Sorry, girl.
