Snow or sun, there’s no denying that Lindsay Hubbard is one of the breakout stars of Summer House and Winter House. No one else has graced us with as many relationship highs and lows, been as candid with the cameras, or given us consistently juicy confessionals the way she has.

In fact, we think it’s about time the 35-year-old be upgraded from a house guest to a bona fide Housewife. True, we’re not sure how she’d mesh with the other RHONY ladies, or if she could somehow fall in with the RHONJ crew. Or perhaps she’d consider moving to another locale altogether. What we do know is that this woman has all the star-power qualities that should have Andy Cohen and his producing partners considering her when it comes to current and future Real Housewives franchises. Let’s take a look, shall we?

She understands the assignment

As a PR professional who runs her own business, Hubbard understands what kind of storylines sell a show/episode/narrative and which ones don’t. That’s probably why she remains one of the most talked-about personalities on Summer and Winter House, despite appearing onscreen for years now. In other words? No one would ever call her boring.

She’s not afraid to put it out there for the cameras

Would you get drunk and admit to your best friend on international television that you’re in love with him? Lindsay would. Look no further than this season of Winter House and her little heart-to-heart with Austen Kroll for proof. Of course putting it out there is any other day that ends in “Y” for Lindsay, who has also been romantically linked to Carl Radke, Luke Gulbranson and Jason Cameron in the past.

Stirring the pot is her specialty

Seriously, what would these shows be without a bit of Lindsay Hubbard stirring the pot with her co-stars? The gal has a penchant for putting her nose where it doesn’t belong, but it usually winds up in a storyline that’s so entertaining we’re not even mad about it. Be honest: who else lives for the tension between Lindsay and Ciara? Or Lindsay and Amanda? Or Lindsay and Hannah? Or Lindsay and… well, you get the picture.

She’s here for a good time

Fireball shots before 10 a.m.? Sure. Going topless in the hot tub? Why not. Lindsay has openly said that she lives life with no regrets, and she plans to make the most out of her time here. That kind of go-for-it attitude is the type of personality that makes for great TV, because sometimes—just sometimes—it’s a bit more fun to live vicariously through someone else while you reach for your bowl of chips.

Her meltdowns are epic

As much as Lindsay is here for a good time, everyone also knows it when things aren’t going her way. Sure, more often than not alcohol is involved during such meltdowns, but even then Lindsay’s reactions are kind of legendary. Just ask Amanda, when she refused to stop “coming after” Lindsay this past season of Winter House…

She’s not afraid to go for what she wants

Look, is it embarrassing to go back and see past episodes in which your “Timeline 4 Life” is on full display for everyone to see? Especially knowing that the guy you created this timeline for is no longer in the picture? Well, sure it is. But at the same time, mad respect to Lindsay for putting it out there in the universe and pursuing it. Because at the end of the day, how else are you supposed to get what you want in life?

Her natural leadership would cause drama

Lindsay is a Leo, a.k.a. she’s a natural born leader. And we all know that new housewives who come onto the scene with big personalities (read: leadership skills) don’t always get along well with the already established cast members. And to be honest, that’s the kind of onscreen drama we’d love to see injected into any of the Real Housewives franchises at this point.

She’s not afraid to burn her co-stars (or her ex-lovers)

Lindsay’s confessionals are top-notch, but we love that she isn’t afraid to take the drama outside of the show either. Whether she’s on WWHL or a random podcast, she spills the tea on her co-stars and her exes whenever she gets the chance. Now that’s Real Housewives material if we’ve ever seen it.

Her social media is lit

Everyone knows that if you want to be a Real Housewives star, your social media game has to be strong. As a publicist Lindsay is all-in on her online presence, whether she’s sharing her skin care and fitness routines, throwing shade at fellow cast members, or posting about her next great adventures. You can’t help but want to know more about her life, which we think gives her the ultimate edge when it comes to Housewives consideration.
