BravoCon 2022 took place over the weekend, and it was full of rumours, feuds and all things shady. During the highly anticipated event, Andy Cohen unveiled the all-new cast for The Real Housewives of New York City.

At a taping for Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen on Sunday night, the cast for season 14 of the long-running season walked on stage. The surprise cast reveal showed that RHONY will feature seven new Housewives.

Creative director Sai De Silva, model and philanthropist Ubah Hassan and home renovator Erin Dana Lichy join the cast alongside former J. Crew president Jenna Lyons, influencer Lizzy Savetsky, fashion publicist Jessel Taank and brand marketer Brynn Whitfield.

In an interview with Variety back in March, Cohen revealed that Bravo was hoping to cast Housewives that better reflected New York City. Now, it’s been revealed that the franchise will feature Lyons, who identifies as gay, and Taank, who will be the first Indian Housewife, according to Variety.

According to the official logline, the new season will look at “an all-new group of seven dynamic women who run in the same social circles, thriving in one of the most diverse and electric cities in the world. Form fashion and real estate, to philanthropy and social influence, these women have made their mark in NYC and will now share their lives as they juggle careers, family life and jam-packed social calendars in the city that never sleeps.”

Production for the RHONY reboot will begin this fall, with the new season premiering in 2023.

Alongside the reboot, Bravo will launch a legacy version of RHONY, which will feature cast members from the original series. Sources reportedly told Variety that the legacy version has been fully cast, and that Dorinda Medley and Sonja Morgan will be a part of it.
