Secret: Cindy recently spoke to Redbook about how she seems to not age. "There's no secret!" she reveals. "Looking good is about eating right, getting enough sleep, and drinking lots of water." She also added, "You have to get moving. I work out several times a week, and I hike and ride bikes. I also eat healthy, but I don't deprive myself. I live by the 80 percent rule: I try to be 80-percent good 80 percent of the time."
Secret: According to Prima, keeping hydrated is Claudia’s secret. She drinks lots of water and even admits to rinsing her face with Evian water. She swears it softens her skin and makes it feel extra clean.

Secret: Julia's always been known for her fresh-faced beauty, and now we know why. The August: Osage County star told Good Housekeeping that her face wash routine is responsible for her youthful looks. She washes morning and night, and never wears makeup when she's not working.

Secret: Michelle also credits her diet with keeping her youthful glow. She told Piers Morgan that she sticks to a vegan diet (praising its anti-aging benefits) and runs four to six miles a day.
Secret: Surprisingly, Sharon's secret goes against the grain: she's never had a facial and will never have one. She told Harper's Bazaar, "I don't like people to push and pick at my face."
