Enhance your lippy.
Using a flat concealer brush, pick up a pretty shimmery shadow and dab onto lips to change a boring shade of lippy or add a sparkle to lip gloss for a special occasion.

Highlight your assets.
Highlight those cheekbones and browbones by using a shimmery champagne, gold or pearly nude eyeshadow. You can even use the same shadow on your collarbones for a sexy sheen.

Perk up your polish.
If you’ve got a million broken eyeshadows lying around and can’t bear to throw them out, crush them up and, while nails are wet, dip them in the loose dust for a unique manicure.

Lighten dark circles.
Once you’ve concealed and set those dark undereye circles, try lightly sweeping a bit of a satin champagne or white eyeshadow over. The light-reflecting qualities of the eyeshadow will bounce those dark circles away.

Line your eyes.
Wet a thin liner brush and pick up a generous amount of eyeshadow. Use any colour of shadow along your lashline for an easy eyeliner alternative.

Fill your eyebrows.
Run out of your favourite brow powder? No problem. A matte taupe, auburn, brown or black shadow can easily stand-in as a brow filler.

Cover up greys.
Pesky greys or roots showing? Dust a matte eyeshadow over those stand-out hairs for instant (temporary) coverage. This trick works particularly well when hair is in an updo.

Discover a new blush.
Rosy brown, peach, tawny and pink eyeshadows are great substitutes for blush in a pinch.

Darken your man’s beard.
Some dudes just can’t grow a thick scruff. Using a contouring brush or flat firm brush, fill his sparse bristles with a matching shade of eyeshadow.
