Thanks to Housewives, we’re all familiar with SUR, but Lisa and Ken didn’t actually launch the restaurant. That honour goes to Guillermo Zapata, who has also dabbled in acting and has been seen on RHOBH. He opened the restaurant in 1998 when it had just 12 tables. Zapata and his wife Nathalie partnered with Lisa and Ken in 2005, and under Lisa’s stylish eye it became the unique West Hollywood spot that it is today.
