Perhaps one of the most widely-known hot springs in Canada, the beauty of these springs is that they offer vistas that are hard to match. Nestled in the Canadian Rockies the location makes them a perfect place to unwind apres-ski or snowboarding. Located in the Banff National Park, it is a registered historic place and but a short drive from Calgary.

Another Canadian gem, this hot spring is not one you can stumble upon by chance. You’ll definitely want the serenity the spring has to offer after the trip you’ll need to take just to get there. Located on the west coast of Vancouver Island just beyond one of the best beaches you need to see, you’ll first need to find your way to the surf town, Tofino. Once there, you’ll need to arrange a day trip to the cove. This will include a 20 minute plane trip to get to the remote area but it’ll totally be worth it.

There are so many things to do and see in Costa Rica, but among the top for any first-timer is a visit to the Arenal hot springs. The springs came to being by way of the nearby Arenal volcano and its geo-thermal action.
