While it's common for a celebrity to pull off a secret wedding, it's a bit harder to make a secret birth happen. But third time parents Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds managed to do it. Back in May, we discovered Lively was expecting when she debuted her baby bump at the Pokemon Detective Pikachu premiere. It was sometime in over the summer when Lively pulled off the secret birth (rumour has it Reynolds even left the set when the lil womb nugget arrived). By staying off social and keeping things private, the couple kept their third pregnancy quiet and then low-key reproduced life. The newborn is already two months old.

These two are sneaky and amazing — and we're wishing them the very best with their new bundle of joy.

RHOA's Eva Marcille and husband Michael Sterling are steadily adding to their growing family. The model gave birth to her third child — a baby boy named Maverick. They also have a 17 month old son, Michael Todd Jr., and Marley Rae from Eva's previous relationship with Kevin McCall.

Canadian musician Alanis Morisette has one hand in her pocket and the other on her third baby! On Monday August 12, the "Ironic" singer delivered a tiny baby boy called "Winter Mercy Morisette-Treadway."

Ashley and Michael Darby of The Real Housewives of Potomac welcomed their baby boy July 7 after a rocky journey to start a family. Their relationship was deepened as they mourned after a miscarriage, but they held on to hope that a child was in their future. Ashley Darby shared the news on Instagram with a photo showing the exhausted couple in the delivery room. She went on to describe the feelings she had leading up to that day. "When I learned I was pregnant, I started thinking about when I'd feel the first kicks. Then, when I was feeling the flutters, I wanted to know when I'd finally start to show. After watching the bump grow, my mind went to birthing day (WILL THIS REALLY HAPPEN?!)."

Southern Charm New Orleans reality star Reagan Charleston announced the birth of her firstborn baby on Instagram.

According to her social media, less than 24 hours before the new baby girl joined the world, the new parents had headed to the hospital for a different emergency — husband Thomas was hospitalized with appendicitis.

The good news is the baby is born and mom and dad are on the mend!

Kate Mara and husband Jamie Bell low-key brought new life to the world earlier in May. The 36-year-old actress shared a post on Instagram featuring her first born's feet and captioned it: "We had a baby a couple weeks ago..."

Comedian Amy Schumer, as predicted in her Netflix special Growing, gave birth to her baby boy on the very same day as Meghan Markle.

"She's out there in her six-inch heels, adorable outfits," Schumer, 37, said on the special, "I think we're to the day the same amount of pregnant."

The Trainwreck actress posted a photo of her new family to Instagram captioning it, "Our royal baby was born."

Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, gave birth to a baby boy on May 6. The royal baby came into the world weighing 7 lbs, 3 oz — and of course Harry, the Duke of Sussex, was present to greet his first born. According to the palace, Meghan and baby are doing well.
