Long before she was a Real Housewife, Lisa Vanderpump was a London restaurateur.

Together with her husband Ken, Lisa owned and ran 26 different restaurants, bars and clubs in the British capital. Since re-locating to California, Lisa and Ken have opened another three.

The first, Villa Blanca, Lisa likes to call her restaurant to take your wife to. SUR, which also serves as the setting for Vanderpump Rules, is better fit for your mistress. And her most recent venture, PUMP, in the heart of West Hollywood, is for your boyfriend(s).

We surveyed each of the restaurants, taking in the food, decor (designed by Lisa, of course) and reviews. We even found out which celebrities have dined at each (Kim! Paris! Britney!).

Here's our guide to all three of Lisa Vanderpump's restaurants.

Villa Blanca

VILLA BLANCA is the original of Lisa's L.A. restaurants, the one we were first introduced to on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, before we'd heard of Jax or Stassi or become obsessed with every piece of gossip about the SUR-vers on Vanderpump Rules.

Location
Beverly Hills

Menu
A mix of Mediterranean, Italian and Asian. In Lisa’s words, Villa Blanca is “sexy, stylish and romantic,” but would she open a restaurant that wasn’t?

Sample Items
Lobster bruschetta, pan roasted sea bass and grilled Australian lamb chops

What the reviews say
It’s stylish, St. Tropez-ish and reasonably priced. “The perfect venue for a romantic, candlelit dinner. Villa Blanca is the most popular restaurant in Beverly Hills.”
-Time Out

“Although it's within the Golden Triangle, it’s actually sounds fairly casual, with dishes like Shrimp and Chorizo potato pizza, Guinness-battered Chilean Sea Bass and chips and a 'memorable classic burger.'"
-Eating L.A.

“Villa Blanca, in a prime Beverly Hills location, is the brainchild of restaurateurs Lisa Vanderpump Todd and husband Ken Todd...a Saturday night here can look very much like an episode of the series. Lunches are more relaxed, and sidewalk tables can be quite welcoming.”
-Gayot

Our dream meal
To start, fresh crab and rock shrimp in lettuce cups. Follow that with arugula, artichoke and parmesan salad and spicy lobster and tiger prawns as a main. Dessert would be a scoop of vanilla sorbet. And our drink of choice? A raspberry mojito.

Famous dinner guests
Gerard Butler, Kim Kardashian, Paris Hilton, Matt Leblanc, Simon Cowell, The Hills girls and your boy Drake

SUR

SUR is the second of Lisa's resto-children and like any good second sibling, the restaurant has a wild streak. Think of SUR as a Villa Blanca dress that's been given the slut cut. It's got all the upmarket trappings of Villa Blanca, but the mood's more provocative. The final touch is a slightly darker light – a telling detail that says all you need to know about SUR.

Location
West Hollywood, L.A.’s gaybourhood

Menu
Salads, fresh fish, pasta and comfort foods. The Los Angeles Times calls it "people-friendly" Mediterranean, Italian

Sample items
Shrimp risotto, seared ahi tuna, wild mushroom chicken breast

What the reviews say
It’s romantic! “Romance and dining go hand in hand at this Southern European-inspired eatery, a stone's throw from the Abbey. Delicious California/Mediterranean dishes are enjoyed by an upscale mixed crowd: Catherine Zeta-Jones, Meg Ryan and Penelope Cruz have dined here.”
-Time Out

Yes – the Vanderpump Rules cast does work there and, yes, they will serve you. “It's in a weird zone — part restaurant serving food, part zoo serving up proximity to its cast. They're famous enough to be ogled but not enough to quit their restaurant jobs.”
-L.A. Weekly

Our dream meal
To start, shrimp and crab cakes with chipotle mayonnaise. Follow that with a golden and red beet salad with blue cheese, watercress, caramelized pecans and dijon dressing. The main: charbroiled rib-eye steak, five peppercorn and a red wine sauce. Finish with vanilla flan and a pomegranate martini.

Famous dinner guests
Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne, Jessica Simpson, Kim Kardashian, Britney Spears and the Queen herself, Madonna

PUMP

PUMP top

PUMP Lounge is Lisa's first true gay resto-bar. Sure, SUR is in WeHo and Jax and his hair work there, but it's still a straight man's terrain. PUMP is Lisa's "gay garden." Like, at the opening, the step-and-repeat had the word "pump" spelled out in pretty pink flowers. What more could a WeHo mean gay need?

Location
West Hollywood, L.A.’s gaybourhood

Menu
Food from around the world with a California feel

Sample Items
Beef carpaccio, rigatoni with roasted chicken and pine nuts, pan roasted filet mignon

What the reviews say
“The interior features details personally appointed by Vanderpump and inspired by her time in France. That means glizty, colorful frills; wrought iron lamps that could scare a giant; plush pillows galore; and an impressive collection of crystal-laden chandeliers. The patio is sure to become a hot spot for Hollywood types, or at least the aspiration ones.”
-L.A. Eater

"PUMP features heavenly bartenders and high West Hollywood prices, but will surely be the place to be seen this summer."
-Gaycities

Our dream meal
Assorted artisan bread with salted butter and chives to start. A warm pistachio crusted salmon salad followed by penne with tiger prawns as a main and a “pump and glory” cocktail.

Famous dinner guests
Lance Bass and Frankie Grande (Ariana's big brother, from TV's Big Brother!), Ross Mathews, Paris Hilton
