JUKARI Fit to Fly - A Cirque du Soleil Inspired Workout!
It’s fitness week on slice.ca and what better way to cap it off then to showcase the latest trend in fitness! I had the opportunity to test out the new workout program JUKARI Fit to Fly and let me tell you, I was sore for three solid days after!
What is JUKARI Fit to Fly you ask? It’s the latest workout program, created by Reebok and Cirque du Soleil! When I heard that, I was really excited to try it out. What makes this workout unique is the FlySet that is used to help achieve a full body workout in a fun way! It incorporates the sensation of flying, which looks easy when you see others run and jump and swing in the air, but afterward your arms and core will be letting you know how hard they worked to sustain you. Trust me!
This workout was the most fun I’ve had a fitness class in a long time. And the use of the FlySet was so unique, it felt more like I was playing with equipment on a playground rather than forcing myself to feel the burn! From doing push-ups with your legs suspended to “mountain climbers” – this is a full body workout.
