Ask An Expert: Maria, How Can I Replace Eggs In My Diet?
Q: Hey there! I can't eat eggs and was wondering what I could eat to supplement for what I am missing out on. Any suggestions? ~ Derek
A: Hi Derek! Eggs are a great source of protein, but if you are not able to include them in your diet, some other protein rich foods you can include are chicken or turkey breast, wild salmon, canned tuna, pork, lean beef, tofu, beans, nuts and low fat dairy such as light cottage cheese and greek yogurt.
