Where’d You Get That?

We’ve all been in this situation – you’re sitting next to a fellow incredibly stylish lady on the subway or at a restaurant and you think to yourself, where’d she get that? Whether it’s an amazing haircut, a beautiful piece of jewellery or a great little summer dress, you’re dying to know. Do you ask? Well, if you’re me, probably not. It’s kind of socially awkward, even if you’re awarding someone a compliment.

No worries. slice.ca, your online best friend, has the solution. We’ve taken the liberty of sending out our affiliate Ali de Bold from chickadvisor.com to do the dirty work for you. Ali went out onto the streets of Toronto and asked the chic set where they get their clothes. The result is an interesting mix of high and low, but it's always fashionable. Check out the first episode in the series. We’ve got more to come and they’re certain to be just as dashing.

i ask myself the same question all the time when i sit next to someone when traveling to anywhere, like one time this woman had a really stylish hat on, i didnt want to ask her where she got it, because i did not want to be nosy,so when i got off the train,i went into this designer store, and the hat department was full of the same hat!,but to my surprise, they were only 10$,and that woman looked very wealthy!,or maybe she was just cheap?!?

when you see someone with something nice anywhere, just ask,but first, give her a nice complement on how nice it looks on her, then she will feel good and give you the right place where she got it,instead of thinking of you as just some stranger, she will feel good, and so will you knowing you will have the exact same thing that you admired so much.Dont forget to ask her the price!!![wink]
