One of the biggest decisions after figuring out what you want to do is who you want to do it for. To make that decision a little bit easier, Aon Hewitt, a global HR company, has released a list of the Top 50 large companies to work for in Canada. The results (presented alphabetically) are based on data from surveying nearly 350,000 employees and their leaders. The survey measured several areas including positive engagement with the employer, leadership, opportunities, the work, company practices and employee support. All the companies on the list have more than 400 employees.
