I am so addicted to your show I just found it last week. I so wish Tommy could come to the states to kick this Jersey girl's butt into gear. I get a week or 2 in and always give up. I watch both Bulging Brides & Last 10 Pounds Bootcamp faithfully since joining the local gym. I get a lot of great non-equipment ideas from the shows and I am entertained at the same time... so, Thank You! I laugh out loud when Tommy calls himself the 200lb Chocolate Brownie because brownies are my favourite treat... well, they used to be anyways! Hi, I just caught a segment of last ten pounds and sorry-I-forgot-your-name-pretty-female-nutritionist suggested high fiber cereal with skim or soy milk and banana in the morning...I've been following the soy issue closely as I was on it for almost three years. It's come to my attention that if it's not good for your kid, it shouldn't be for you (this rule also applies to potential mates, haha): "Infants exclusively fed soy-based formula have 13,000 to 22,000 times more estrogen compounds in their blood than babies fed milk-based formula, the estrogenic equivalent of at least five birth control pills per day"-http://www.soyonlineservice.co.nz/Unfermented soy is linked to a panoply of diseases. For more information, try:http://www.soylutions.ca/eng/Thetruthaboutsoydebate.htmlI'd love to say it's just the usual debate, but in this case I doubt it. In my research, fermented soy notoriously consumed in Japan, such as nato, tempe and miso are good for you, but as per the usual rule of moderation. I have had two childern, our first when I was 32 and the second when I was 37, but I can't seem to get rid of the extra fat around my mid section (tummy) I am only 5 ft tall and weight 115 pounds but the mid must weight 7 pounds, how do I get rid of it. I walk on a tread mill 3 times a week and use my ball for tummy strentgh but nothing is helping, I wan't to show how I look buy my 40th b-day at our lake property which would be may 2009. I took me 28 years to find my love of my life and he says the same but I konw him better than anyone that getting me in a bikkin just as summer hit would be our (HIS) hightlight of SUMMER. I love both Last10lbsBootcamp and Bulging Brides- they inspire me to get in shape every time I watch them!...The only (small) complaint I have is that I know the show is filmed in Vancouver,BC (where i live) and every episode im frantically looking at the screen to get a clue as to whee Tommy takes the contestants running. Catch your show often. One thing that pains me each time I watch it is the blantant waste of food to shoot the "here is your intake" segments..please tell me you donate at the very least healthy food to those that are homeless and in need of a meal!
I would love to see a breakdown of the exercises that you have your "contestants" doing. Also, a food guide would be nice. With the show being only 30 minutes long (with commercial interruptions) the viewers do not get much in the way of how much exercise these people are really doing. I have a few more then 10 pounds to lose, I go to the gym 4 times a week and burn a minimum of 800 calories each time...and I can't seem to make the scale even budge.

Today was the first time I saw your show!I got so excited! I ve been trying to lose 20 pounds for 3 years now!I have tried everything!3.5 years ago I was only 107 pounds! after my break up of 9 years relationship with my ex girl friend I got so depressed and start eating Nutella all the time! I gained about 15 pounds in less than a year and I got a personal trainer for my self trying to lose the 15 pounds before my sister's wedding (2 years ago) but no success! I start gaining wait and become 135 pounds in less than a year! I totally freaked out got a new trainer and tried very hard to lose that extra pounds, I told my trainer that I dont want to gain 15 pound a year! I did 1 month of intense training(something like the trainings you have at you program )! no Nutella and tried very hard to follow all the healthy eating tips! no success!I got very upset and gave up!I got very depressed and I hate my body, I dont want to go shopping anymore, because whatever I get for myself wont fit in 6 months!so I started exercising at home got Core Sculptor and wii fit!No Luck! I stopped eating Nutella! eat very little rice and bread!but it seems its impossible to get rid of the fat! and lose weight!I dont know what else I should try!
I can't believe the episode I just watched where Charlene complained and swore through the entire show. Does she forget that she signed up for the shoe? It bothered me to see an entire show devoted to someone so ungrateful. There are those of us out there that would love to have the pleasure of working with Tommy and Nadeen. I'd love to see a "where are they now" episode showing Charlene to see if she finally realized what a gift she had with Tommy and Nadeen. Hi,I really like the show and how (unlike other weightloss shows) targets the average person and not the largely obese. The only problem I see is how they are determining health. Measurements may not decrease due to bone structure (i.e., I am very thin and my hips will never be less than 40") and weight may not decrease because even though they are losing fat weight they could be gaining muscle weight (which weighs more than fat). Finally I think viewers should know how tall the person is...I'm 6' tall and athletic and by means overweight but if I compare my numbers to those on the show, they would think i was huge at 36-28-40 and 160lbs. Viewers need to know what is normal for their body type for this show to help society.

HelloI would like to agree with an earlier fan who had requested some meal plan ideas or healthy low fat recipies somewhere on the site would be great.How do I find out how many calories a day I should be consuming?PS,I think if some of the people on the show worked as hard as they do at running their mouth,they would see twice the results.Not to say I would be much better.In the end I think the people on the show all learn something and thats good for their future habits.Keep up the good work Tommy and Nadeen!
I watch the show religiously and i really believe that tommy and nadeen do a great job. I love tommy's attitude and the way he motivates people to get in shape. I alos love that nadeen's mean plans are realistic and really makes you think about what goes into your body. The only thing that would make this show even better is if nadeen was more involved besides just raiding the fridge and taking mesurements. she is just as instumental as tommy is and i just wish she was more involved in the process. Anyways, the show rocks and cant wait for the new episodes!! you guys are truely doing a great job!!

Last 10 ib boot camp... Hi my name is linda. I am not a TV person and i wanted to share with you my thoughts on the first time watching your show... I was truly impressed... It is really hard to loose weight and to get back into shape... I work outside everyday, constantly running on the job, and try to eat every 2 hrs... by the time you finish your day, your exhausted, and have no energy to work out. watching your show is like a dream that will never happen... more often than not they are usually broadcasted in the US or some where out west...a break down of exercises and more meal plans would be helpful... less commercials....
I really enjoy the show, great job you two! I have to admit I feel guilty sitting on the couch and watching someone else's torture, but some of the exercises shown actually get me interested and off the couch. I love the show too and it shows you with lots of effort you can achieve a healthy, strong body.To help some people who posted, to burn off belly flab, eat "clean" and do intervals for cardio. Guarantee it will get rid of it.What I mean is, walk for 2 mins, run for 1 min and repeate for 40-45 mins 4-5 days a week. After a week, increase your running time to 2 mins and walk for 2. Try to cut down in the coming weeks how long you walk for and keep increasing your running time. This blasts fat and keeps your body "guessing".
Responding to "Linda", the best meals for any age are to make sure you get these three parts: protein, carb, fat.ex) dinner: chicken, steamed veggies with olive oil, one potato or piece of brown bread.snack: 1/2 cup cottage cheese and one apple. If you search the internet on how to eat "clean" you'll find exact meal plans of what to eat. Also, at your local magazine store, if you pick up a fitness magazine instead, they have recipes exactly what is good and healthy to eat.The more colorful your food, the better. Eat every 3-4 hours, starting with breakfast. Each meal should be around 250-330 calories approx. The goal is to keep your portions small and eat every few hours. It keeps your energy up, you won't be starving at the end of the day, it and keeps your body buring fat. Typically, a woman should eat 1500-1600 calories a day if you exercise 3-4 days a week. If you exercise less, decrease your calorie consumption by 200 so you aim for 1400 calories to maintain the same weight.Again, if you search online, there are sites that can calculate numbers of calories to eat a day based on your activity level. Educate yourselves, it isn't that hard!!
Just thought I would drop a note in here to comment on how much I love watching "Last 10 Pounds". I have been able to incorporate a few new workout ideas into my own routines at home (I don't live close to a gym). The ideas are working. They are great. Keep up the great work.

Tommy, Nadeen, Starting off I'am a dedicated viewer to of both your hit shows ( Bulging Bride & Last 10 pounds bootcamp). I'm ready for a dramatically change in my life, with the help of Tommy and Nadeen. I'm an 18 yr women (150 5'6) who is always active, I've played soccer in Europe for the Sudbury Panhellenic soccer team. When it comes down to any sport activity, I must say I'am an overachiever. I've been pushed to my limits, so Tommy please don't take it easy on me. I'll also admit that during your show ill do the vertical movement push ups. I'm willing to do whatever it takes to drop the pounds and have a nice tight body. This will be a life changing experience for me, and hopefully for you too. I will be more agile, be able to have the endurance to outlast the other competitors on the field, aswell in the long run improve my self-esteem. My weakness's are choosing the wrong foods, large portions, and midnight eatings, I will dedicate myself prior to hard working sessions with Tommy, Aswell i will go over and beyond the quest. I was rolling my eyes the other day, as I was watching the episode of "Charlene". My first thought that came to mind was what an ungrateful brat! OMG here is a woman that volunteered to be on the show, it's not as if she was "dragged against her will", was swearing & complaining like a trucker the entire time, not even sure if she appreciated her experience in the end. My thought was that they should have "cut her to the curb" early on. There are plenty of other people that would be grateful to be on the show. That's probably the only episode I didn't enjoy watching, the rest have been great!! All in all a fabulous show!

I would first like to say that I truly enjoy the programs on the Slice Network. I was however disappointed while watching your program tonight. I tuned into the Last 10 Pounds to find a female named Billie who had a starting weight of 121 lbs. I do not agree with the type of message that this is relaying to the viewers as this is a weight that is considered to be below ideal. I believe your show should reconsider the type of guests presented given the fact that this young woman was most definetly not in need of losing 10 pounds. Body image is a major issue in our society especially amongst young girls and I did not appreciate having to explain to my younger sister, who was watching your program with me, that the woman on the show was of an adequate weight.
After catching a few minutes of a recent episode I was compelled (for the first time in my life) to write in about a show. This isn't a good thing however. I was glad to see that Slice has a forum for comments. I was surprised to see how many people enjoy this show. What the hell is wrong with these individuals. This show should stress the importance of a balanced life, eating well, exercise and not body image. NOT ONE OF THE WOMEN I HAVE SEEN IN THE COMMERCIALS OR ON THE EPISODE I SAW SHOULD BE CONCERNED ABOUT LOSING WEIGHT. Everyone of them should be put onto a show about confidence and be happy with their current lives. These people will for the rest of thier life struggle to accept their currect situation. All you are doing is promoting this type of attitude. Its disapointing as ever other program I watch on this network is tasteful and enjoyable.
Finally some people who see this terrible show for what it is. I would pay to have it taken off the air.

I've danced my whole life, always had the an hour glass figure that I love, and have never been self-conscious of my body.All of that has changed. I'm a 24 y/o female doing my graduate studies right now and trying to get my career started and my workouts have not only been put to the side, but have almost been eliminated all together.Because of this I've put on 10-15 pounds (I'm scared to get on the scale and find out), I've been shopping for bigger pants because none of mine fit anymore, and ALL of the muscle/definition I've worked so hard for is long gone!I've been trying to get back into a routine but can't seem to motivate myself the way I used to and high sugar foods have become more of a staple in my diet... I can't say no! The worst thing ... I work at a gym! I help people achieve their goals, give them tips on how to do so and I can't even follow my own advice. Help!

I am slightly upset ... i usually love watching your show and today i am watching an episode of a woman who is only 121 pounds. And now her goal is 111 pounds. At almost 30 years old with only a 28 inch waste that is not healthy. I am a 30 inch waste and i was 138 pounds and i am by no mean FAT.. i am upset with this becuas ei feel like this has now given every young woman and teen age girl the idea that to be skinny you have to be at an unhealthy weight. I am a little disappointed in the show this time!

Hi I love your show so much i wish i could have someone motivate me like that. 2007 was my year in jan i changed my life style and lost 80 pounds in 6 months but then i found out i was pregant, after that things went down. I became very ill and couldnt walk let alot work out , jan i ended up in the hospital an dmy son was born 2 andhalf months early due to a horrible illness i ended up with ,,, then i couldnt do anything for 3 months and then i had surgery and wasnt aloud to work out for 4 months i have been trying to get back in to the life style i had and i am finding it so hard and now i am getting married in sept and want to lost 30 or 40 pounds and alot of inches lol and suggestion

Hi Nadeen & Tommy! I realy enjoy watching your series, always pick up a great exercise or nutition tip. I am a runner so cardio is no problem for me but adding other exercises to compliment this is a challenge and you always have great ideas. A big reason I watch is Nadeen's nutritional information. I am wondering if Nadeen has a website/book on meal planning that one can access to help with the fuel part of a healthy lifestyle.
I watched your show very intensely last night (Mar. 5/09) and really felt motivated. I plan to start water aerobics again. I have arthritis and would love to reduce my weight so that my joints wouldn't hurt as much. Hey Guys,I am getting married July 18th/09. I want to look great and also feel great, but I don't know where to start. My problem areas are from my hips, bum and thighs. I figure skated for 12 years until i was 19 and want to tone my body, but am quite afraid of gaining or bulging muscles. I am trying to change my diet, quit smoking and drink my Gochi juice everyday. Ok here it goes, A friend of mine told me about your show the other day on the woman that had knee issues . I have gain WAYY to much weight in the last year I have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis at the young age of 38 left knee bad /right knee kinda stating .I believe if I loose the weight my knees will be better . I have been very active snowmobiling,dirt biking,hiking /to absolutely nothing dont even work out at the gym .For I'm unsure what I can and can not do or should do U get the drift .. Hi guys, I must say I know just about all there is to lose weight; just tend to run the other way. I am very unproportioned for height/weight. Wasn't a big kid or teen but am making up for it in my adult years. I don't know if I can or can't afford a drill seargant like Mr. Europe, I actually wish I could challenge him, because... hey Tommy and Nadene!!! PLEASE COME TO TORONTO!! I have been addicted to the Last 10 lbs and Bulging Brides since it aired. This summer I gained about 15 pounds and was at the heaviest I have ever been at 165 lbs. Watching your shows inspired me to get off my butt and do something about it! I managed to lose 10 of those extra pounds but i still need another 20 to be at my target weight. I was always "chubby" growing up and to this day I still get comments like "you have such a pretty face". Well I'm sick of those stupid comments/insults...i want to have a pretty body too!! :) I'm 23 and just finshed teacher's college and want to start this chapter of my life feeling good about myself. so long story short....come to toronto so i can apply to get on the show and get a proper butt kicking, sweat dripping, I think my heart is going to beat out of my chest workout from Tommy and a much needed nutritional guideline from Nadene! ana from t.o.abanana23@hotmail.com

I've watched your show and would love my wife to be part of it , But know that might not be realistic. would love to know how I can be a better support unit to her without coming across as a negative force. she needs to see her potential results in both the the good and the bad for her to realize her motivations. I love the show. The transformations are awsome. Its amazing what a difference 10 pounds makes. I played tennis in high school and college. Since I have graduated and began my career as a teacher I have put on more weight than I would like. I need some motivation and you two are just amazing at motivating and supporting the participants. I love this show! Just watching it helps to keep you motivated. I recently lost 40 LBS last year before I found out I was pregnant with my third boy after his dad had a vasectomy. Needless to say I have to do it again! I know I can do it because I have done it before but this time is so much harder with a new baby that keeps you tired and it is hard to find the energy but watching your show has motivated me and reminds me that it can be done! I would love to be a part of it if you are ever in the Toronto Ontario area.
Although I love the show and think it is great that the trainers are helping people find their fitness/fat goals, I believe that the show would be more appropriately named "The FIRST 10 Pounds". All of the episodes I've seen feature women who haven't been trying at all, are eating poorly and don't exercise. The trainers are having to start from the beginning with their subjects.In order to live up to the show's name, the trainers should be finding people like myself who have been working hard on their health and bodies, but are having a hard time with that LAST ten lbs on the scale. Therefore helping people to break that final barrier as the title of the show implies.These are honest comments from someone who has been exercising, eating well and truly trying to drop her !!LAST!! 10 pounds.

I love your show,and i wish you can come to sudbury and spend the day with me,I think we could have fun,i paddel dragon boat style,walk,i could walk for ever,i run 10 k,which i've had to put on hold,my left hip is an inch and a half shorter then my right and i get alot of pain.I have a pair of 4 pound weights,a small ball and a bigger ball,a treadmill and alot of energy,i work 2 jobs a fulltime job and a part-time job. Hello Tommy and NadeenI am a avid watcher and big fan(probably the biggest) of the last 10 pounds boot camp! It is such an inspiration to me when i start to loose steam or get bored with my workouts. I am not sure if you guys acutally read this but here goes. Here is my story. It started after the loss of my second child. She was still born. After that loss I ate and drank myself to numb the depression and subsequently went from a 167 post pardum mom to a 242 pound emotional eater. I rememeber trying on a pair of size 18 pants in a change room with my then 5 year old son and they couldnt fit. I burst into tears and my soon couldnt understand why...he just kept asking me whats wrong. I remember the attendent coming back and asking me how they fit. I was soooo humiliated i couldnt answer. I left the store quietly, in shame. Thats when I started running and watching what i ate. I developed some great habits and lost 60 pounds I am down to a 185. My son has who is now 7 has also developed good eating and exercise habits of which i am proud but I just cant seem to get the last 10 pounds off. It is all around my mid section tummy and back. I have tried everything. But cant get the flat stomach i once had. Do i have to go under the Knife? Can you help me with a program. I figure if I am gonna spend 2 grand on a trainer why not spend 4 on a tummy tuck...lol. Funny thing is I love that elated feeling after a workout and the personal satisfaction and achievement when you attain your goal through hard work, blood sweat and tears..I need that...can you help me? I know you dont come to toronto but maybe you can help me tweek my diet and excercise plan as i have hit a plateau and need help busting through. I'd like to start by saying that I love watching this show. I was excited to see that there was a forum on the website - I thought that it would be a place to read specific comments about what other people think of the meal suggestions and exercises. For example, I love the walking lunges and have started doing them at the gym every day. After reading through all of the comments, I am thoroughly annoyed. I only saw one or two comments that were actually useful! Please people... can we not work together and help each other reach our goals, based on what we see on the show? Isn't that the point?And I cannot remain silent on the few comments I saw about the individual who started at 121 pounds. Please do not judge. If you do not know a person's height and bone structure, you cannot say that they are already underweight! Take a look at that person in those black spandex shorts and sports bra they put them in... and then you will understand that there is weight that can be lost. Each person is individual and unique, and unless they have an eating disorder, should not be judged based on their weight goals.
Anyway you guys would consider coming to Toronto?? I know i'd love to have my butt kicked into gear by tommy and nadeen!!
First off I LOVE YOUR SHOW SO MUCH!!! you guys are awesome. I love working out and i always try my best to eat healthy. I just had a baby 10 months ago. I gained 90 lbs of baby weight. so far I have managed to lose 79 lbs of that on my own. I am at 151 lbs and I really want to get back to my pre pregnancy weight of 140lbs. so I ronically I have like 10 pounds to go. I, too, just discovered this show and try to let it motivate me when I'm feeling hungry for a sweet...I knew by the gorgeous scenery that this was in the NE somewhere. Wish you could come to SoCal and help me!! I'm a mom of three and I can place 3rd in my age-group in a triathlon, but I cannot lose the last 20 that I gained as a college student 20 years ago...ever. I have a clean diet and do weights and cardio, but can't get into a steady rhythm of weight loss, which I want to lose before I hit 40!!! So your show, although motivational, needs to show a super fit-girl lose 10 pounds!!!!

I teach 3 year old children from 8:am till 5:pm.I go to college 3 nights a week. I try to eat more fruit, vegetables are not my strong point.I do some exercising with the children. I never saw your show before but just watched a little bit today. There was a girl on who was in great physical condition and had a flat stomach and very thin, muscular. This girl wanted to lose weight so you put her though the process.It's disgusting, it's vanity, there was nothing wrong with this girl weight wise. She looked great already and was healthy. Imagine the suggestions that this will put in young peoples minds. No wonder there are eating disorders and why teenages are messed up.

Hi Tommy, I just wanted to say that me and my kids love your show!! My kids also suggested that I should be on it haha but its true.. so my question when are you coming to edmonton, alberta?? I am a single mom and I find that over the years due to stress and raising 2 kids alone I dont have that motivation like I use too its sad to say because I am only 27. I was very active and in high was the only girl on the boys football team. What I like is to lose my baby fat belly that seem to not go way and tone up my body. Please help!!

I love your show!! I am a female fire fighter who needs to stay in shape to keep up with the men on the dept. Especially since I'm the only female.I only have one problem with your show......I HATE to watch you waste the food, by throwing it out, or destroying it. I know that the food isn't the healthiest choices and that's why you're doing it, but it's still a big waste. There are so many families that can't afford meals at all. Couldn't you show them what food is wrong, and when you take it away, donate it to a homeless shelter or the food bank??Like I said I love your show.....but changing one small part of it would help me love it so much more!!

hey i always watch your show and i dream to have you come to medicine hat AB. I have never been able to lose this weight i weigh 125 pounds and im only 5'2 i have a gut of a pot belly and thunder thighs. My butt is the only thing i love on my body. I have never been happy with my body! please i beg you to come here and help me. My boyfriend always begs me to head to the gym but i just cant get the urge to go. I have a bad eating habbit and when i do tell myself to eat healthy it only lasts 2 days.

As someone previously commented, I too like the fact that the show is filmed in Vancouver.On a different note, I would like to see someone featured on the show who is vegetarian (as I am myself), to get an idea of healthy options for those who don't eat meat.

Love your show! Totally motivating and inspiring. The best part about it is that it gives 'hope' and empowers knowing what 4 weeks of dedicated effort and a reasonable meal plan can accomplish!!! I am 50 years old 5'6" and post menopausal. Would be great if you had a postmenopausal woman on the program to inspire those of us trying to fight off bellyfat due to menopausal hormonal changes. hi guysmy husband and i enjoy watching your show...there's just one thing we don't like to see...and that's all the food that is wasted...when showing people how much they consume...can't you just buy the package and not open it? then you could donate the food to homeless shelters or organizations that will put the food to good use. it's a shame to see all that food being dumped in a kiddie pool or when you clean out someone's fridge...it's a shame to see it thrown in a garbage bag.something to think about...otherwise...great show.

I have noticed when this show first came on ( I am the ultimate fan ) that it was true to form, the participants really did need to lose 10 pounds. I have noticed in thsi new season, it is more like last 20-30 pounds. i think it is great what they are doing and that they do lose weight but to actually lose that last 10 pounds is very very hard. I am married to a personal trainer and I am very active butI have the last 10 pounds to lose and let me tell you it would take more than a month and an even sticter diet than Nadine gives.....will you guys ever do a last 10 pounds bootcamp for an athlete?

Hi Guys! Just wanted to say that Im addicted to your show. But as much as I learn from the show I find myself still not getting to my target. Many people in my life have inspired me greatly to lose weight, as well as alot of my family being obese... I push myself not to get to that point. I was over 200lbs in2004 and have come down to a solid 145lbs now. although extremely happy, not at my target yet. Unfortunately the last 3yrs of my life especially have been tough and highly stressful. My son was born in 2006 and automatically created stress and complications when he was diagnosed with Hypo-Optic Displasia (visually impaired) as well as in 3 yrs we have undergone 5 major brain surgeries. I've hit that plateau very hard cause I find Im always putting him and others before me causing stressful situations. I eat very healthy, and work out 3-4x a week, I just cant seem to get past this 145 and tone up. My dream is definetely to be put through your bootcamp and show me where Im going wrong. I feel like I've tried everything else. I just dont know what to do anymore. Any tips?Stacy

Hello,I'm a student of Kinesiology..and although I absolutely love this show, I do want to point out...in some episodes I notice they use a "special scale" that uses electrical current to determine percent body fat and well...just so everyone knows...THIS IS NOT ACCURATE!!!! Why? Becuase your amount of body water (whether you are over or de-hydrated) will affect the reading. So if any personal trainer uses one of these, don't take it to heart...ask for skin-fold measurements or use of a BOD-POD or preferably a DXA Scan if they are available.
My Fiance is struggling with accepting his body image. He is very self-conscious and complains all the time about he way he looks and feels. He is not eating the right foods, that is leading his stomach and overall body feel sick and worse and worse.He is over 200 pounds and is 24 years old. I wonder if you read all of the comments on here?I don't have 10 pounds to lose. I have a bulging belly and chronic pain from a car accident. I watch your shows and I know you need to kick certain things and exercise more but when I do, it creates more tightness which leads to pain and headaches and so it just is not worth it. I look fit and toned in most areas but need help so I can become stronger, leaner and less prone to the ever present pain. Can you help????

hey, im a 28 year old mother of three..with each of my pregnancies i went from 130lbs to 200lbs i lost the weight pretty easily the first 2 times..but after the birth of my 3 child i am having a really hard time losing the weight! my son is almost 1 year old and my weight is still at about 143 lbs...i do a bit of yoga and some walking but these last ten lbs seem to want to stick!..i think i'd be a great candidate for the show if you're ever in the sydney, nova scotia area! if not a few tips would be greatly appreciated! thanks :)

I just watched the episode where in the final pork chops were strapped to a man's back for the final work out. I am disgusted by this. While I am a vegetarian, I understand that people to enjoy meat. But it should be eaten and not wasted. This was a complete waste of an animal's life. I am disgusted that a Canadian show would disregard the importance of other creatures lives, when these porkchops could have been represented by weights in a backpack. This is disgusting and inconsiderate!
I love how this show is all about hard work and how it really pays off in the end. Tommy seems like someone you don't want to disappoint and when working out, sometimes you just need that kind of push, and Tommy's perfect for that! I also like Nadeen's input and her nutritional diets looks reasonable, and doesn't contain ingredients that aren't easily found. Great duo!! I just wish they were in Toronto!

Hi, I am just watching your show right now and it has really motivated me... but im still stuck on the couch. I am/have been trying everything; eating 5 meals a day, not eating all day, exersicing, walking for hours and hours and nothing seems to be working. I am young, about six months ago, I looked great [because I stopped eating] and since then, all ive been doing is eating and being lazy. I need some advice and a routine to kick my big ol' butt into shape... please help me! I have also lost an enormous deal of self-confidence and also lost myself and bright personality because I cant stand to look at myself in the mirror and feel that I am torturing others when they look at me. we have tried everything... we are almost to the point of giving up... we cant handle to look at ourselves in any type of reflection anymore... we took down all our mirrors in our bedrooms and only look in our bathroom mirrors long enough to do our make-up or hair... we would love to be on your show... my mom doesnt even do her makeup anymore... she cant look at herself she doesnt do her hair she puts it up and thats it! please Help us before it to late and we just give up!!

I love the show and am always trying to do all the exercises, but like many, I don't keep it up.I have never treated myself to a trainer but have decided at 48 I really want to. How do I find one? I would like to start by saying your show is absolutely wonderful and I use some of your workouts for myself. My concern is my girlfriend, high blood pressure, eating habits (time of day eg. late dinner) no fitness.At thirty one she shouldn't have high blood pressure problems and we both come for families that our fathers died early in life due from heart problems. She needs a push, and needs to improve her health, she needs Tommy! Hey Tommy and Nadeen,I absolutely love both of your shows - Last 10 Pounds and Bulging Brides! However, as someone who has been trying to lose those last ten pounds for the last 5 years (yes, 5 years, with a lot of success and a lot of failure in between), I don't believe that the title of the show is accurate at all! The people who go on the Last 10 Pounds seem to barely do any physical exercise and do not know how to eat right at all! Of course drinking a 26 of vodka every weekend will add on some weight! I think you should re-name it the First 10 Pounds! If you want a real challenge you should have me on your show! I eat right (atleast 75% of the time, work temptations like candy and left-over pastries are hard to say no to!) and I exercise atleast 4 times a week - I've recently joined a kickboxing dojo and get my butt kicked three or more times a week there - plus I bike ride or swim or do yoga etc... Next month I'm going to rejoin my gym to add some more variety into my work outs and I've been counting calories once again! Can that be said for your other participants? Do you think you could help me lose those pesky ten pounds in 6 weeks? Why don't you come out to our beautiful nation's capital and see if you can whip me into shape!?!But I still love your shows!Sincerely,Tanya
I amm all-about being active. I go the gym 3-5 times a week and recently ran a 10km run, but while I am gaining loads of experience I am stuck in limbo at the same weight! I lost about 15 pounds when i first came back from school, but am now stuck in neutral. I have done the trainer-thing, and I eat - I believe - a fairly healthy nutrition plan....but man! I am about to enter the workforce and start my life up, and I would love the opportunity to do it right!I guess I am echoing the sentiment of other previous commentors in that "please, come to Toronto and do a few segments!". Hi Tommy and Nadeen,I love the show I watch it whenever possible. I am a single mom of 3. My childrens ages are 10,4,and 1. Before my last baby i weighed 135lbs and I smoked. I quit smoking before my last baby and after I had her I was up to 220lbs I couldn't find a program that worked I've trying tony hortons P90X and Turbo Jam. I did them for a month and and never lost the weight like it says so I quit. I would love to know a good exercies plan and nutrition plan as well cause I would love to be back at 135lbs.

Hello, I am in the Army and though I was in pretty good shape. Until I moved last year to my new duty station, I have gained 10 pounds ever since...on top of the other 10 that I gained after I turned 30. Oh boy! I feel like I need to go back to basic training to see if it helps so watching your show brought to me some good, hard, and sweetie memories of what working out is for real.

Hi Tommy and Nadeen, I love your show, it inspires me to do something instead of sitting and watching tv on the wknds. I am Military and of course we do physical training 3 times a week, but I find that is not enough. I am 44yrs old and weigh 128lbs and just can't seem to get that last 8-10 pounds off and of course it just has to be on my thighs and butt. I was wondering if the half ball with the flat bottom, that you stand on would be something worth me trying. I can't seem to remember what it is called. What kinds of exercise would help me lose the cellulite in my thighs and butt as well as strengthen my legs? Any info would be appreciated, and Keep up the great work.

I just recently lost 30 lbs, have taken up running and have done 2, 10k races this summer (10min/mile pace).Now I'm 3 months pregnant with our 3rd baby. I am still running as much as I can though I'm slower, I don't want to go totally backwards. Any advice for diet and exercise to not gain too much and not lose too much cardio ability over the next 6 more months?
Just watched the chocolate/sugar addiction show.Tommy and Nadeen yelling out Penny's weight at the beginning of the show in her face was quite degrading. The total waste of food shown in this and other episodes is also disturbing.The show has some good points and doesn't need to have all the other crap in it. Stick to the nutrition and exercise information.
I totally love The Last 10 Pounds Bootcamp. If I went on it, I would be very weak. (Especially pushups!! I cant do 2 in a row!) I think I should be on it to lose weight. I am a 12 year old that weighs 140lbs. My moms friend weighs almost the same as me. AND SHE'S 39!
I just want to say I love your show, and I think you a fabulous trainer Tommy! That said, I need your expert advice. I am 37 years old and have arthritis in lowest vertebrae in my back, and it makes exercizes like running very painful, so I need to know what exercises you can recommend to lose weight for someone with a bad back. Also are there any exercises you know of to strengthen ones back? Thnks.

Hi guys, keep up the excellent work. I have a question. What type of cardio can a person with very low blood pressure and suseptibility to dizziness do without feeling faint. I find that even 20 minutes of vigorous walking can make me feel faint. I do have enough protein and fruit in my diet, low sugar but not enough fresh vegetables. I was told by a medical specialist to add higher than average amounts of salt to my food to help raise my blood pressure. I would love to take off the last 10 pounds but find that these limitations are in my way. In the past, I found that a good hard sweat was the only way I could shed weight and inches. Any thoughts?Thanks.

Hi, I was watching this show this morning and I feel that this show is not teaching women to love their bodies and will cause them to be obsessed with weight and looks. I heard Tommy describe this one woman as being a 'whopping 145 pounds' but that weight is perfectly healthy for women with certain builds.

But than after meeting my first love, I went through the worse depression.... I have a really hard time believing the size clothing that you say that some people are and that size they will fit into when they lose 10 pounds. It is utterly unrealistic to think that some of these people are not very tall and are heavy and take a size 10???? Please do not insult your intelligent viewers - you can fool some of them but we are not all stupid - not everyone is a size 8 or 10 like you would have us believe!!!

I'm a fan of the show but I hate watching food being wasted! That's the only part of the show I can't stand watching, especially knowing that there are people starving out there. I don't understand why all that food has to be destroyed and wasted just to make a point.

Hi there , i just started watching the show a few months ago and love it. Its tough but good.I however noticed on the small quiz that the 1 question is about stretching stretching before a workout. Well isnt it so that you NEVER stretch before a workout only after. Just warm up for 5 minutes first. Anyways I been working out for years what the heck do you do cause man do I need to find a real way to tone my abs ( and I cant) but dam I would love to have all that good food the nutrionist shows. I love to eat like that (just cant afford it , so I try to eat what I think is good. I live in Sudbury Ontario and would love a chance to try to eat what she puts in front of someone. Can you please put on your site some of the food and please how do I apply for the last 10 pounds. Hi, I just wanted to say thank you. After watching your show I started my weightloss regime. It gave me the kick I needed to get started. There is so much food wasted when Nadine is showing the amount of fat and sugar people are eating. Give that food to charity. There are people starving who would eat that fat and sugar gladly. You can show that fat and sugar and keep it in the containers instead of mixing it and wasting it. Just a thought.
BTW, the show is great otherwise and lots of good exercise & healthy eating tips.
Hi Guys, I writing to say that I would really like to be a part of your show. I have been trying to lose weight and inches by myself.. I even started going to the gym; but that soon ended because finding the time to go got really hard especially with almost 40hrs a week work and 2 small children. I don't think I eat that bad although I can be an emotional eater, Which usually ends up being things that are bad for me. I have a condition that required me to lower my salt intake and stop drinking caffiene so those things have slowly made there way out of my eating habits. I think that any help with my nutrition would be good but I belive that my biggest issue is my phsyical activity. My measurements to date are 34-28-38 and my weight is 130. Hi guys. I generally love your shows, but tonight I tuned in to see a young girl with a STARTING weight of 121 lbs. Although she might have needed toning and perhaps a better diet, I really do not believe she should have been featured on a weight loss show. I can only imagine what impact that episode could have on a young, impressionable girl who is struggling with self-image; I am in my late 20's and struggle with this issue myself. Seeing women who are by no means 'large' (and in reality, not even comparable to the average woman) on this type of show concerns me. I still tune in and watch several episodes of ‘last 10 pounds’ and ‘bulging brides’ a week, and overall, I love the tips you give for fitness and nutrition plans, but I notice a lot of the casting may actually be promoting the average woman to feel self-conscious and defeated with their own progress. I'm a personal trainer and a massage therapist and I love my job. Being healthy and strong is a vital requirement of my career so I workout 4 times a week, eat reasonably healthy.However, It's too late to get into shape for Sept '09 reunion, but maybe you can help me get in shape before my 43rd birthday in December. However I still want to lose another 15-20 lbs. I eat sensibly, however when it comes to snacking, instead of grapping for an apple, the cookie looks way better. I was wondering if you would ever consider doing a couples bootcamp. My husband and I could both use your help. We are both overweight and have bad eating habits. I just watched your show for the first time and enjoyed it immensely.My question is I cant do the boot camp exercises due to a back injury can you advise me on how else I might start getting some weight off??? I am frustrated beyond belief!!I know part of it is maintaining a better diet but even that gets frustrating because of being idle due to the injury. I think this is such a good idea. I have lost 200 pounds over the last 10 years. I need to get that final 10-15 pounds nad firm up the final stage of my journey. I don't qualify for the Biggest loser. Some may say a size 12 is normal but I know I need to over that last hurdle. You don't have to be over 100 pounds over weight to have issues. Great concept. The show is inspirational. I wish I lived in Canada.
Just like all the rest of these people i would love to get on the show! The problem is I'm pretty skinny but just trying to tone so i dont' need to lose any weight, just get rid of some fat and add muscle....Tommy ever thought of doing a hard core intense show where you're not aiming to lose 10 pounds but lower body fat %? It could be an extreme version of your show with a girl who already works out a ton and eats pretty healthy (Nadine you could still take away my 'splurges')...it could be a show for all those girls who do work out hard but want to take it to a higher level! Hi I really need some help. I have lost 30lbs so far but i still have 20 left to go. I watch what i do eat and I am limited to what I can do. I have a shoulder injury and am waiting for surgury. I just turned 47 and want to do what I can to get myself to my ideal weight. I have pushed myself to the bitter end and just need that extra push to get there. I love the show, but please, Tommy, stop blasting yelling into and blasting the airhorn so close to the contestants! Your voice carries very well, so surely there is no need to risk causing damage/impairment to their hearing.
The name of this show is VERY misleading. The Last 10 Pounds implies that these people have been working hard to lose weight and just can't get those last 10 pounds off. These are the people who should benefit from your show and expertise. Instead you reward people who have put no effort and have terrible habits. They get the great opportunity and have done absolutely nothing to earn it. Your show should be called First 10 Pounds.

Is it only in the Vancouver area that you get people for your show and train others. I live in southern Ontario now, and in two years will be in northern Alberta. I would love to have you two train me. My main problem is eating...portion control and what to eat when. I love the nutrition tips and the exercises.

Hello, let me start by saying that I am really enjoying your show. I seem to listen to the show carefully but the implementation of the fitness, I just can't seem to manage. I am the mother of an 11yr old, 9yr old and a 9month old and have two dogs that also need walk more than they get. I work full time take care of the kids (when my husband isn't working) so trying to work out when Tommy says seems like mission impossible. I either have to start at 9:30-10pm and well lets admit it sometimes I am just too tired to workout at that time. So I don't and well the vicious circle begins again, tired of being tired but sleep seems the only thing I can sacrifice!! So I am challenging you Tommy - (you seem to really enjoy giving challenges to your trainees!!) How do I manage all of these things and work out 3-5hrs a week?

Hello, I am still in the process of losing weight. I am 21 years old, 150lbs and 5 feet 6 inches. in only one year I have lost 25lbs and have kept it off. For everyone one out there whois worried about their weight. please realize that you control your body.. Only you can change yourself. Push yourself to be a better healthier person. the only way to get to your goal is to eat right and exercise. let me share with you what i do and what works for me.I do about an hour of Cardio every morning before work.Breakfast:-apple-green tea-a small bowl of hot cerealSnack:-raw carrots-1 cup-handful of almonds -a few chocolate chips( like 5)( you must allow yourself to have little bits of food you love, or you may binge)lunch: -salad with grilled chicken lots of raw veggies. -orange.snack:-apple slices with peanut butter, yogurt.Supper:whole grain rice/ with fish / with pork / with beefand steamed veggies.. yum.most important thing don't cut out all your junk food or you're just going to have a terrible time dieting. be strict with yourself, allow yourself to have a handful or chips or just enough to conquer you craving. just cut out pop..it so rotten for you. watch your portions and remember to be aware of what your eating, sometime you may not think before you put something in your mouth.before you eat it say to yourself, is this going to benefit my health. if not dont eat it.well i hope that your battle goes as well as mine did..it really isn't complicated, it just hard work to keep it up...BUT ITS TOTALLY WORTH IT IN THE END!!!!!good luck, Krista VanderZwaagCharlottetown PEI

Tommy & Nadeen,I enjoy your show very much. I have spent the last 31 months working on my weight and have lost 80 lbs. I have changed my habbits on my own and work out 3 hrs a week with a trainer. I am having trouble loosing the last 10 lbs, any advice to kick me in the butt.

Hi i love your show, as a personal Trainer now myself I have learned a lot from your show, I love Tommy's attitude about the pain, if it doesn't hurt you are not working hard enough, I use that attitude to motivate myself and on my class's and now for my clients. BTW I thought I had seen you (Tommy) at the BCRPA conference in Vancouver,or are you certified from a different place?

The show is inspiring and puts weight loss in perspective. The simple, direct approach in a half-hour show is perfect. Tommy shows how it is possible to push oneself. The choice of venues for the final challenge is spectacular. I'm surprised to see how specific a workout can be. Until now I never quite understood why a person needs a personal trainer. Every 4 months I asked for a program revision at the gym and did a circuit with the trainer only for that 1st time. I now have a regular trainer and it makes an amazing difference. My trainer pushes me past MY barriers and I can do things I never thought a couch-potato like me could do. Lately I saw an episode where Nadeen showed nutritious, low calorie versions of the guest's favourite meals. I'd like to see a bit more. Keep it up guys!

Since I've left my abuser I've lost 60lbs, but need to lose 100lbs+, I am 5'9" and 230lbs. I have broken foot right now, so walking is only short distances. Hello Tommy and Nadeen,I am a faithful watcher of both shows (Last 10 pounds boot camp and Bulgind Brides). I have 10 pounds (not so much to lose, to ton) on my lower tummy that I call my "Baby-belly". My youngest is 15 and I have had this for years. The rest of me is pretty fit. I have tried ALL the excercises for Abs and nothing is working. Also I have an injury to my shoulder that puts limitations on the fitness routine that I can do (I can't use the shoulder for pull-ups, push-ups etc...).Any suggestions Tommy?Here's the other problem for Nadeen.....though I'm not a junk food junkie and rarely drink pop or alchohol, I have a food intolerance ( to Glutten) which makes it very hard to find the correct balance for meals. How come you never suggest any vegan proteins like beans, hemp seeds and tofu? (I've seen most of your shows and I can't recall seeing these mentioned in the nutrition plans.) By replacing meat and dairy with chickpeas and kale people will be doing their bodies so much more good than simply counting calories.

I just love your show..it gets me modivated for a day or two and then the sweets come out and i have a junk food addiction..my husband has told me about it already now i just eat it on a sly from him..(I guess this makes me a closet eater). I just want to feel good about myself again..20lbs is nothing when you see people lose 100lbs I just don't have the wellpower to do anything. I get excited about being fit..then i lose all interest again.I do try to work out..I have a gym sit-up in the basement to do my workout after work..but i am so tired when i get home i just want to relax..then i feel guity again..funny thing is when i do work out I feel great and it relaxes me from my work.what can i do to stay modivated?
I would love to be on your show and lose 17lb, that is the only way i would lose weight is to have someone to push me..I am 137lbs at the moment would love to lose my stomach for once in 10years..the weight problem I have is the stomach..now its started to go to the back which is giving me problems because of the weight i have on the stomach. I absolutely LOVE this show. I watch it in my buildings gym, and use the new moves while working out. It has helped put a new charge into my workouts, and is a great motivater! Hey guys! I love watching your show, I think it's great that you help people get comfortable and healthy in their own skin. However, you waste SO MUCH FOOD ! every time I watch I cringe at the amount of food that is just tossed together in a disgusting inedible mess. So many people out there are STARVING. I just don't understand why it's necessary to be so wasteful in the name of theatrics. It's sad.
Hi ya'll =) Just wanted to say that The Last 10 Pounds is an awesome show! I love the trainers, Tommy and Nadeen, they sure know how to kick some serious butt! You guys seriously rock. I`m 17 years old and I'm not over weight but I certainly could lose 10 pounds (butt, thights, stomach). I recently had to quit my competitive dance team because my parents made me chose between dance and traveling/life experience.Since then, I gained a little bit of weight and I can't seem to FREAKIN lose the last 10 pounds! And I realized that you guys rarely have younger people on the show (younger than 18), and seeing fresh younger faces could maybe motivate a younger crowd to exercice and possibly be encouraged to start living a healthy lifestyle at a younger age.If Tommy and Nadeen, you are game to train me, bring it on. I have experience in training but it seems like I could use the ass kicking and I would be greatful for it!! Love the show but what I would love to see addressed in the meal plan is the topic of food allergies and how to work around that. Because of my food allergies I can't eat half the food that is prepared. I find that with most of the shows that talk about diet. Any suggestions????
The meal plans are great! One comment, it would be nice if the female and male plans could be made to correspond (same meals, same days). Perhaps one page could be made for both genders with notes for changes to amounts for the lesser calories of the female.

I have no alternative but to lose weight and get fit I would be thrilled if I was able to lose 15 lbs for the necessary of my health. I watch too many seniors that struggle due to poor strength, lack of exercise and no cardio ability I want to live a long healthy life and that is why I have no choice. I can't afford a gym and I have a shoulder problem but I am also determined so I will do it. Eating healthy is a new concept before never ate any no not one veggie I don't tend to over eat alot just not the right foods. I want to know where I can find the exercies you do on the show could you post them to inspire and help us do proper form?

My friends and I love your show, we've always been in good shape and enjoy our school sports and ballet, but over the past few months we've each gained between 15-30 pounds thanks to camping , stress of school , and now that we have our licenses we can drive to our favorit fast food places whenever we want ! Our prom is coming up in 3 months and we reallyyyyyyy need your help to whip our buts into shape ! I am very physically fit at the gym 5-6 times a week but I just cant seem to loose the last 10lb. Im 5'2 123lb 35,29,37. I live in a pretty remote area (northern Manitoba)where they do not have any personal trainers to help push me to my goal of 110lb 34,24,34. Any suggestions?Thanks

Tommy, I watch this show because of you. I think you are absolutely stunning! You are cook, sexy and seem like a sweet guy even though you try to act like a hard ass! Is there anyway fan can meet you? I love the show. Keeping in shape is hard work and as we get older the maintenance gets higher but the show gives me the motivation I need to continue on. me and my twin sister (21) have always had a baby fat belly and big thighs. my twin has just had a baby and we have tried everything to look slim and flat but nothing works and we both want to get that nice fresh look for (her chilly) and me(los vages) were 5"4/5"5 and both way about 135/140 and would loss the weight but then gain it back right away. My twin looks like shes more then her real weight and me can't get rid of the belly, love handels and thighs.. on time my shirt lifted up abit and every one was look how big her butt is, then realize that it was my love handel, i was about to burt to tears.. and when every i wore a swim suit i would always wear shorts. we would look normal in clothing that wasn't are size but we would know that we are just fouling everyonemy family (girls) all have big bellys and big thighs. me and my twin want to look healthy and feel health. always worried about what we look like i would wear anything that covered every piece of skin on my body.living in a small town in alberta theres not much we can do. all we want is to have someone show us what kind of work out we need and how keep the weight off. we want to feel good about are selfs.
I like your show-here comes the but-I hate that you waste so much food when you show the person needing to loose the 10lbs how much food they have eat'n! All that wasted food! Also you don't have a vegetarian or Vegan option on your show or on your meal plans! I like the show other wise! thanks Vicky :)
Chewy is like me, some what!I do admit, some of the food chewy was eating was just WAY to fattening. Never heard of nachos,pop and cheese put in a blender before.I was also at the same weight as chewy. I was at 129bls and now working out with weights, running on treadmill and swimming 3 days my weight is down to 116 bls. Chewy said he is not a runner. Tell him that running actually adds grey matter to the brain and boost memory power. Plus it increases metabolism.Now, my diet was good but now its better. I used to eat lots of cookies and milk as snacks but now, eat lots of nuts and all veggie omlets. To loose wight and increase metabolism, cannot stress cardio enough!! And think of the endorphins!! I love my rush of Endorphins after a good workout :)I love the show and I really want a competitive partner. I do not think I should have to goto the gym to work out if I can do the same thing in a field. :)

Hi GuysI really love your show and it has great tips. But I am having a heck of time losing this weight. I am 51 years old and 5'4" and about 135 pounds. Now I know that is not to bad, but I am going though menapause and I think this is slowing down my metabolism. I am trying to add up my calorie intake and if I am doing it right it is about 1200 per day. I go to the gym 3 days a week weight lifting and cardio everyday. So every day i got my girl watching this show. She loves it. Last night she said something like " the things i would do to tommy". I think she has some exercises or exercise programs she would like to share with Mr. Europe.She gets so into watching this show, that sometimes ill hear her grunting and groaning from the next room and ill go see whats going on and she will have her clothes strewn all over the floor and she will be a sweaty mess. I think she follows along with the exercises that Tommy and company are doing.Anyway i guess this show is alright, but im not going to lie - the intro song sucks. If you put in something better, like platinum blonde i really think you would increase viewship!

I really enjoy the show. I like seeing people improve their fitness and their health. I do have a question. I am a 25 year old male, I workout and boulder/rockclimb and I've been trying really hard to Gain 10 lbs. I've been stuck at 145 for awhile and I've managed to reach 150. So my question is; Have you or would you consider doing a show about gaining their last 10 lbs?

I'm getting ready to get back into shape for more military training. The inspiration is very much appreciated. After being medically recoursed from the previous course I want to be fit and ready to do it all over again! Its getting back to that level of fitness that is proving to be difficult lol

Hi there,I was watching your show this week and I saw Nadine throw out some sushi 'cause of it's mayonaise content but I didn't think they put all that much mayo in sushi, is it really that bad for you and does it have a high calorie & fat content?
Love the show but would like to see more of the workouts. Sometimes they show just part of them and I am always pausing and rewinding to figure them out. Wish you would do a skype versions. I own a gym and am a PT but still need my butt kicked. I spend so much time on other people's workouts I can't fit mine in!
I realize you can't put specific workout programs on the site because everyone has different issues, but could you please post some kind of general guide for those of us who work hard but never seem to get the results. I have tried every combination of diet and exercise, and I always seem to gain instead of lose. I have also had a lot of difficulty finding a routine that works after my ACL surgery. Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi team,Just wanted to tell you that your show is very inspiring. I have become hooked on trying to improve my body image. I was actually going to apply for an opportunity be on your show when I found out that I'm pregnant. I guess that is why I was getting larger. I changed my eating habits,as soon as it was possible. For the last 5 months my diet involved a lot of sugar I know very bad, but that was all I could stomach. Now I'm as big as a boat. I have been checked no diabetes. What can I do for toning,and diet? How long does it take I'm a person that has see results fast. I know this is bad timing but I have to do something. Please Help.

Hey, Ive heard about your show but never watched it until today! I am recently in a Boot Camp class that is held twice a week for 6 weeks and im on the fourth week. I have NOT seen any results. I have lost 63 lbs from Jan. 2009 to Dec. 2009. I was 256lbs and now im 193lbs but still not satisfied. I really wanna see 180LBS on my weight scale. Since Dec. 2009 I havent dropped a pound but still eating healthy, walking jogging going to the gym and i JUST CAN NOT get off that plateau, Is there anything else i can do?

I recently moved to Ottawa and promptly got hit by a car while biking home from work. Since then I have been in physio but am pretty much unable to do any exercise that I know of to stay in shape (hurt left arm/hand, hurt lower back, hurt right foot/ankle). How do I stay in shape? Hi, just recently had a baby and want to get rid of the last 10 lbs, however I am nursing, therefore needing more calories. Currently following the meal plans for my husband and I but slightly increasing my own caloric intake. Here's another question: Seeing as much baby is so young, I do not have the ability to hit the gym. I spend a lot of time walking and do excercises at night after she's in bed. What type of excercises can be done outside/at home keeping the time crunch in consideration?I can't wait to get rid of these last 10!

This is a fantastic show. I don't like to just sit in front of the TV but this show inspires me to get out my BOSU and work out while I'm watching. I started watching this show last October and since then it has motivated me to lose 30 pounds. so... i love the show BUT I have a few issues!Why are ALL these shows in the states??Also why arent there shows about how people NEED to gain weight!For me that's the case and it's a big issue trying to gain weight and it doesnt help when your allergic to most of what you eat. Good day my name is elrie, i have a daughter 26yrs of age who has a muffin tops and on top of other things, i believe she has low self esteem, she has put off the wedding and has not set a date again, the seamstress has advised her to loose weight, on her weigh in she was ok...i would like her to loose at least 10 pounds...knowinng this she will feel better about herself, and look better she has gone from a size 5 to a 7 now to an eleven am concerned about my daughters eating habits and her health,,,,,hopefukky after her loosing this weight she may decide to set a date for the wedding, my daughter loves pasta and Works with people that are old and do not seem to care much or have become comfortable with there weight.so are you able to help my daughter before death comes knocking...we the family are willing to help out and support her in thiis endevour...my add is thanky you in advance.
This show would be much much better if the nutrition was focused on good foods and not so much cutting calories. Saying no to fat is wrong! Fat does not turn into fat in the human body, sugar does. The human body is designed to run on fat as a main energy source! Not to mention more emphasis on eating protein, protein has 3 times the thermic effect of any food, so right there your burning more calories just by eating it! Nutrition is by far the most important part to losing weight, not working out, getting your diet in check is easily the hardest part of this show so make sure they get good habits, not just the notion that they are eating too much!

Hi I really love your show so much, wish I could be on it...I was a widow for 2 years, my husband died in the US leaving me with our little sons, the youngest being only 2 months, the last thing on my mind was ANY kind of fitness routine, so as time went on I gained and gained. Hey there Tommy, I'm hoping you can help me I quit smoking almost 3 years ago and unfortunately put on 30 lbs I went form a size 5 to a size 16. I've struggled for the past 2 years with trying to take it off and can't get it off. I am 56 I lost my job and am currently attending school, in a law clerks course. I'm looking at getting into a career that is totally foreign to me, but my confidence is at an all time low because of this weight. I've always been a fighter but for some reason this has been a losing battle and I'm now fighting depression amongst everything else. I have so many people around me telling me I need to quit fighting it, I'm old and I need to accept the fact that older woman put on weight. I haven't dated in 5 years and I'd like to but I can't, I can't think of someone else being happy with me until I'm happy with me. I'm in tears daily over this is there anything you can do to help me please any thing.
I love your show...It's too bad you can't come to the Maritimes. I have a bit more than 10lbs to lose. I have previously lost 46 lbs but with no excercise at all just changing the way I eat....just goes to show how bad I love to eat. But now I feel I need to exercise not just for my physical well being but also for my mental well being! Summer just around the corner and no short shorts in sight! I am trying, but have no idea about the excercise part. When I watch your show, I keep telling myself I would love to have someone come and kick my butt the way you do on the show.
You should seriously take your camera crew and come to Calgary, AB! I am a twenty year old dancer but have bad eating habits! Honestly, I eat chocolate almost daily! I try to buy the right foods but eating out is soo easy! I'm not over weight, but I'm definitely not where I was in high school. I want that body I've always dreamed of, being toned and tucked! Hi Tommy and Nadeen. I have been watching your show quite a bit lately, since I am confined to my couch with a blown knee and broken ankle!! The drugs make it hard to keep food down, so eating a lot of fruit, etc. Any advice on how I can maintain some muscle tone while crippled up? I am 53, 5'4", 150 lbs. 41 - 33 - 40: Many of your participants are bigger than me and weigh more and while searching for a target outfit, they are in size 10?? How is this possible, and in what country??? I definitely haven't been in a ten for many years and am smaller than these ladies, so have trouble digesting this part of the show. Anyhow, since I am expecting to have to undergo knee surgery, any stationary exercises you could suggest would be very welcome.
I posted my first comment prior to reading all the other posts, so now I would like to add - more. There are a lot of comments about the food wasted. Anyone watch TLC's What not to Wear, when Stacy and Clinton throw out a person's entire wardrobe?? Or read Till Debt do us Part queries about filming anywhere but TORONTO? We can't always get what we want, and I would like to think that the throwing out is just 'television'. The overall sense I get from this forum is that we all want the quick fix, and for Tommy to come and kick our butts. Sadly, we are responsible for getting this size, so there is no one out there who can fix us but US. Ever notice how all those boxes of weight loss drugs state "taken in conjunction with a balanced diet and exercise program'? Guess what, skip the drugs and do the 'balanced' part. Sometimes we need to realize that at 50-ish, we may never have a flat belly again. I didn't have one when I weighed 98 pounds. I have been pregnant four times, had my stomach cut open three times (in two different directions), a thyroid tumor and subsequent removal (making the 'boost your thyroid' headlines very annoying). eight knee operations, and quit smoking 26 years ago and gained 50 pounds. I know I will never be skinny again, but will always be looking for a way to tone up. I was once a provincial Cross Country Champion runner (1972!), but have to limit myself to walking the dog now (bladder issues), and now a broken ankle. People, get off your butts and take responsibility. Or realize that you may not be losing that last ten pounds, but at least you are not gaining anymore... I like to state that I still have my 22 inch waist, it is just hiding under this other one!! But seriously, if anyone has any suggestions about exercises that are safe to do with a leg cast, I would appreciate them.

I am an almost 47yr old mother of 4. I really started gaining weight around 40 and in 2yrs gained about 45lbs. I don't remember changing my eating habits but the weight just kept coming on. I have recently started eating mostly fruit and vegetables and drinking lots, and lots of water. I have lost almost 10lbs but can see no change in my body. I am afraid that I am not eating properly and that i am just going to gain the weight back. I could really use some advice about diet and exercise. Thanks

I'm reall disapointed in the people that put this show down. Despite that girl being 121 pouns wantng to get to 111, the show teaches healthy eating. It teached healthy workouts. Why is it ok for people to be fat and no one says anything aout what they are doing to themselves but when a smaller woman wants to be more in shape, more fit, stronger healthier, people put it down? This show promotes healty weiht loss, not bad body image. Where do you get off saying a 121 pound woman shouldn't still have the right to get into shape? PS. Love the show, It's inspiring!
I am in love with this show. I just think it really proves that you need both diet and exercise to get where you need to go. I was wondering if being overweight is why these women are able to see results with these routines. I am not above or below weight and try to exercise and choose healthy foods but cannot lose inches or weight..... why would this be??
I really enjoy your show. However, you never seem to have people who some health issues. I have osteoarthritis in both knees so many of the exercises, ie running I can't do. It would be nice to see some shows with people who have some issue.

I love your show and appreciate what you do for people. Just one thing: I wish you wouldn't waste all that food just to lay down examples of consumption. Lots of people wish they could have 2 square meals in a day. Again, great show, just not liking the wasted food.

I just found your show tonight. It is very motivating. I am a 49 year old male who was weighing 315lbs at the start of the year. Through my bad habits my diabetes caused me to drop to 296 in March in an unhealthy way. In April I decided it was time to get my weight in check. Through journaling all that I eat and holding myself accountable I have dropped to 253lbs. My blood sugars are in check. In fact my medications for both diabetes and high blood pressure have been reduced. Now I know that I have lost a lot of weight but my target weight for Dec 31 is 215lbs so I have along way to go. Seeing Nathan do what he did on your show in 4 weeks has me pumped to start working out to ensure that I reach my goal. Thanks again for a great show...I am sure that it motivates many people.

Love the show. It's very inspiring. Anyway you could post suggeted exercise routines on the website. The show only ever offers just a glimpse. Often we get a hint like " 3 hour of cardio a week plus weight routines" The 3 hours of cardio is straight forward enough, but I'd love to know what the weight routines look like. Great show.

I'm fiftyish, sick of being 20 pounds overweight & teetering on retirement. Work with sailors (not young'uns, many close to my age) and have often thought "just once I wish they'd see an attractive (if older) lady instead of the office grandma ". I've watched your show several times and got inspired. I just went out and did the Army 5k run, my first ever race, with no practice - slowly & dragging my butt - but it's a start. Determined to lose that weight by Christmas party so those guys will take a second look for once! Thanks for giving me a butt-kick and those meal plans? Hey guys I love the show and I pvr it so I can watch it on my lunch breaks. I just wonder if it is really neccessary to waste all the food when Nadeen is showing how much bad food is being eaten. How often are do you suggest working out during the week and how long. Currently I strength train 3 times a week with 40 mins of cardio 3 times a week with one day of rest a week. I just watched the an episode of the show in which the "junk" food was dumped on the street. What a waste!!! Can't this food be donated to a local food bank or something else of use?
This show is great. I can identify with the people on the show beacause they are more "real" to me than people that have 100+ pounds to loose. You show how us slightly overweight people can loose 10 or 15 pounds. I too need to shed a few pounds so I watch while I am on my treadmill. I have felt for a long time that we are an overlooked group because our weight goals just aren't as dramatic as really overweight people.
I love the show. I love exercise and working out is my hobby but I keep gaining weight. My problem is stress eating. Also I am vegetarian. I hope I can see the girl like me and show us how to lose the weight for somebody exercise regularly and for vegetarian. I do stress eating but I do not eat junk food and I do not drink. Thank you!
As I watched your show tonight I could't help myself to write to you. It is always about the dress, the outfit. I on the other hand I am scared to death about viseral fat. I have had my share of surgery's and have donated a kidney to my brother two years ago. He always asks me how I am doing and I say fine. However I am struggling. I worked with a trainer 6 months after surgery and she was fantastic. However my body crashed. I moniterd my blood work regularly. Nadine, how much protein should I have. I am strong or should I say I was stong. I am told to eat normal but I cannot. I have had little guidance after kidney removal. I was told to resume eating as normal.This does not work for me. I cannot find a balance of protien. Yes, I would love your guidance, but are you up for the challenge. Age 46, viseral fat 11. From researsh I have done, my body is full of inflamation. Yesterday my husband of 24 years sent me a email on his lunch break with suggestions for our 25th Wedding Anniversay (I replied saying that is the most most romatic thing he has even done)with attachments of Boston for a 2 or 3 day vacation for our 25th Wedding Anniversay August 23th, 2011. We have a great life between the sheets, however I want to look better. This is where we went on our Honeymoon. I would claim to not be a shoe and dress kinda gal. I own "1" dress! However, I still remember that blue velvet dress with cap sleeves and the sparkling shoes in the window of a Toronto department store in Nov. of 1986. Any suggestion?

Hi! i just wanted to say your show is inspiring!! I was also wondering whether you would have some advice for me or not...I just had a baby two months ago and am breastfeeding and on top of that I have multiple sclerosis. I didn't gain that much weight maybe five ten pounds but really want to loose it. I'm trying towatch what i eat but it's alittle hard with a baby to be consistent in what and when i eat. I like watching your show...especially because its filmed in BC. But I would LOVE to know some of the locations that you have filmed the Butt Kick portion of. I have done very well upto now but after certain age I find no matter how hard i try it is getting harder. Would love to get trained by you both. Will be turning 55 next year and would like to look toned.
I love this show! I watch it whenever I can. It is great motivation. Tommy has helped me to do my own last 10 pounds. The tips are great. Especially the hours people workout per week, and walking during lunch at work. I am 23 years old, 5ft 8" and was 163 pounds. I worked the whole month of October approx 4 hours/week (not as intense as the show) and am now 153 pounds and lost a total of 6 inches. I still have 2 weeks until my 1st year anniversary party and to get into my target outfit more comfortably.I used to workout and never saw results and stop. Now it feels good to work out and it is a part of my life for good! It takes 21 days to become a habit...so don't stop even when the people around you make poor decisions for their body and food.

Love the show! I've never needed to work on shedding weight and inches until now. (approaching 40 yrs old) Losing weight after two kids wasn't a big deal for me, luckily! But now, my eating habits have caught up with me, so 10 pounds must go so I can look and feel good, and fit into some clothes in my closet.I printed out the meal plan but would love to see an exercise plan too. How much cardio, and what are best exercises for toning and strength? Should I work out 3x, 4x or more per week? Is 30 min. cardio enough?

I enjoy watching your show. It is educational and always makes me laugh.There is only one thing I find a bit disturbing...that is the part of the show when large amounts of food are thrown away. I understand that the show is trying to make a point in a visually dramatic way, but the wastage of food seems unnecessary. It would be great if this part of the show could be reconsidered. There are so many people, even in a country as rich as Canada, that do not even have enough to eat and we should try not to waste food.Thanks.

Just had my baby this March and trying so hard to eat right and get back to what I should be. I was 120 before I got pregnant. So far I've lost 6 lbs & 12inch in about 5 weeks. K,I'm approx 5'1" 116 lbs - I think I'm in pretty good shape, but could improve easily, I eat healthy almost all the time - I work out3-4 times a week, I eat lots of fruits, veggies, etc...just need a boast I guesss! My belly is my main problem. Thanks!!! :)
I also watch this show and get some great tips from it - but one has to remember that during these episodes, they are trying to lose a fairly large amount of weight/inches in a short peirod of time- which is not always healthy...one must take so much into consideration when making a clear determination.
I just have an idea, because you have such a wide fan base, is there any way you could do an online bootcamp/challenge ?? or have you ever decided to make a video series for at home work outs?? I'd love to see what you do to train people. I'm definately one of those people that could use your help, I've been struggling with my last 15 lbs for two years. I have lost 75 pounds in the last 10 mths by eating and exercising. I still ahve another 15 or so to go but I seem to ahve lost that edge that I used to have. The saying no to sugar and yes to more exercise. I have signed up to do a full marathon in March 2011 and could use all the help I can get. I watch you show every night and love all the ball exercises that you show, help to stabilize the core muscles. I wish I could get past this last bit. This may sound odd, but I have never been this before and I am wondering if that is what is holding me back...afraid of the what could be?

I just wanted to write to the show because I just started watching it. I noticed that you help people lose weight. That's great if they need to. But when I see a girl on there that is 5'3 and weighs 119 and wants to lose 10LBS more, THAT'S TO SMALL!!! I have an eating disorder and am trying to get better, and this show seems to encourage people that they should lose weight WHEN THEY DON'T NEED TOO!!!! It's horrible! I am scared for the girls that are watching, and are that weight, which is low according to the body Mass Index. So another words you are promoting eating disorders by weigh of exercising...It's not right!! IT'S OFFENSIVE AND IT'S DANGEROUS!!! We know that you are doing this to benefit yourselves and not trying to help anyone but yourselves!! $$$$$ I will be writing to the coalition of Eating disorders that recognize bad publicity. I believe this should be public and banned!!! I will make sure that I am heard and that your show is analyzed! Shame on you and your show!!!

Amber,Proper eating and exercise do not encourage an eating disorder. Also, just because someone is "thin" does not mean that they are in shape. I think the show should use body fat percentage loss because the scale is not accurate. Someone could weigh 135lbs but have a lot of lean muscle whereas someone else could have a lot of body fat. I did not see the episode that you are refering to but the girl could have had a body fat percentage that is higher than normal and then yes she should lose some body fat and could still be healthy. I think before anyone criticizes the show, they should learn about body fat and lean muscle instead of focusing on someone looking "skinny".

Hey, I love your shows, both of them. I watch them very religiously everyday! BIG fan! I had a baby 2 and 1/2 months ago and i gained about 45 pounds, after my pregnancy I lost about 10 pounds. I am very stressed about my weight gain. It is also very hard for me to lose weight because I live in a house of meat eaters. I barely get to eat healthy foods. Most days pizza is my lunch. hello, i really enjoy the show, i especially take interest in the meal plans. the sho motivates me to eat healthy in order to feul my body properly with the nutrition it craves as well as to make time to exercise in order to maintain good physical fittness. My Concern: I have an issue with the amount of food i see being waisted on the show... the food being thrown out or being used during exercise routines, that food could be donated to a food bank, their are plenty of hungry people... i knowthe food that is being wasted isnt as healthy as what it should be but it is still food and not only that but food costs money.

hello...i watch your show faithfully and in desperate need of some advice....i had a car accident back in Oct.2010 and it hindered my work out schedule and my eating habits. I have lost some 39 lbs in the 9 months before accident and was starting to tone up but learnt that my jaw was also injured in accident and now i am wearing a bite plaine 24 hrs a day since Dec 23rd 2010. I am having trouble eating some foods as i cannot chew certain foods with this in my mouth. I need some advice on what is good to eat to keep my energy up and my protiens high. I eat a lot of smoothies with berries, orange juice and fruit and added protien power.. but my energy level has dropped tremendously and my workouts are few and far between...i now weight roughly 148-153 lbs and my goal weight is 135 and toned...i see alot of changes in my body i do not like and am at my wits end about what to do...i am losing weight but i see muscle tone loss too..i see way more fat on my body in places i need to pay more attention too...arms –bat wings, tummy, butt and upper thighs. i would appreciate any ideas on some high protien food ideas for a desperate 38 year old lady who cannot chew. thanksLisa WalkerBerwick, Nova ScotiaComment Moderated: Due To Personal Information

Hi Tommy,I love your your show but, its all geared to the younger generation. I 65 this year 139 lbs with belly fat. My tells me Im pre-diabetic and my blood pressure is high when I go for a doctors visit and with stress. I take my blood pressure at home and its fine.I've been to a nutrition, she tells me my diet is good but, I need more excercise. I started a walk run for half an hour but my doctor advises not to run until I get results from 24 hr blood pressure monitor test. It would be great if you did a segment on older women. I love the show. I find it very motivating. Can you post a vegetarian or vegan meal plan please? I used to have a great diet and exercise regime and had a great body weight but in the last eight months my life has been turned topsy turvy and I am finding that getting the motivation to not eat bad convenience foods is almost impossible these days. I feel awful physically, emotionally adn I have gained at least fifteen pounds. I have taken some of the diet tips to heart and it has helped me plan my days a bit better. HelloI love your show! I am 29 years old and just had my first child in June 2010. I have had rheumatoid arthritis since I was 16 months old which has made excercise difficult at times. Before I got pregnant I was working out hard and eating well. In my whole life I had never been in such good shape. For the first time in my life i was completely content with how I looked and felt. It was amazing and everyone around me could sense how happy and positive I was. Things were finally toned looking and I had great energy. Prior to conceiving I had to go off of my much needed medication which made excercise difficult and as soon as I became pregnant I started with morning sickness which lasted my entire pregnancy. I had planned to eat healthy and workout but was so sick that this quickly became a dream.I am now trying DESPERATELY to lose the last 10 pounds and inches before I go back to work at the end of June. I am back on my medication which helps but unfortunately just found out that my right knee and hip have endured a lot of damage and need to be replaced. I am putting this off for now but notice that this is having a negative impact on my workouts and progress. I am so desperate that I think that i am overdoing some things and doing more harm then good. Most weeks I workout everyday doing intense video workouts at home and then after a few weeks become so exhausted and depressed, that I have not lost a single inch or pound, that I give up for a few days making me more depressed and discouraged. Then I eventualy get motivated again and feel like I am starting from scratch. I know that the little bit of extra weight is also impacting my sore joints, especially my right knee and hip. I am trying to eat better too but I know that I am going about this all wrong as well. I can never figure out what to eat and get so overwhelmed that I skip meals and then after a few days eat everything in sight. I have wanted to get a trainer or start weight watchers but being on maternity leave has taken a toll on our finances and it is just not possible. I am in dire need of some guidance!!! Can you please send me some kind of information on what I can do? Someone must be out there who can help me. I know that if I can complete this goal that there will be no stopping me. My husband has been wanting to lose weight and get in shape too but I have been so consumed with my goals that I haven't even been able to help him by being a role model and preparing healthy meals for the both of us. Help! Help! I can't do this anymore. I will do anything to live a long healthy life and set a great example for my family. Any chance you can kick my butt? I have major back issues and have managed to walk away from back surgery. I am in pain every day, sitting, standing, and lying down. I do however play sports (defeating the odds as I won`t give up)and go to the gym and despite playing in pain I always feel somewhat better after playing than not moving at all. I have always tried to watch what I eat and although I have lost some inches, I have not been able to drop the weight. I know if you helped, I could beat the pain and get my life back. I'm in love with this show. I workout 4 days a week and have been for 10 years but I still find I need a little motivation sometimes and this show makes me feel like working it. My husband is a diabetic and there is no way in hell Nadine could get through to him or to any smart person that believes that a overall nutrition plan NEVER includes dessert is absolutely nuts. Every single diabetic doctor, nurse, even our regular medical team agree because IF by chance you go back to have a sweet You Will BE like an ALCOHOLIC. This also goes for Tommy.

Love the show, however I have the opposite problem, I have been trying to gain weight throughout my life, have been to many nutritionists but the most I have weighed is 108 Ibs, I am 5'6 and wear a size 0, I would like to go up a few sizes, I am concerned because I have recently started losing weight again at my worst I went down to 79 Ibs 2 months after giving birth, NO I am not aneroxic or have any eating issues. I know most shows deal with weight loss but would love to see help for the few of us with the opposite problem, and although some might say I shouldnt complain, but believe it or not being skinny isnt all it is cut out to be. I am getting married in the fall and would like to look normal, not like a walking toothpick. If anyone knows were I could get some real help please let me know.

I was watching one of your shows and found it really upsetting. A girl was working really really hard. She came in to do her mid check-in i guess.. and everyone just distroyed her.. She was crying and they just kept putting her down.. SHe had NO back fat yet the stupid seemstress said "oh she is spilling out all over this dress" BUT SHE WASN't AT ALL! YOu guys are really making the self image of women a bad one. I think you should tone it down a bit.. Since you said she was so gross. she didnt want to even go away for her honeymoon???
I absolutely love the Last 10 Lbs Boot Camp. Congratulations on such a great show!!!!I wish I could go on the show, not to lose more weight but to learn which exercises I need to do to lose or shrink this "muffin top" I went from 135 lbs ( size 6 ) to 118 lbs ( size 2 )in the few months. I run 3 days a week and do some weight training as well, but nothing I do seems to shrink it. HELP!!!!
Tommy, I have looked at your meal plan, and it looks great and something i would love to try but I have extreme food allergies that make it very difficult to eat healthly. I was wondering if you could help me come up with a healthy meal plan that excludes any of the things i am allergic to? HELP!!!! Hello have to tell you tommy's the reason I watch the show but at least I am watching right... I have Fibromyalgia and I can not find a work out that helps me build body muscle. I work out on a treadmill about a hour everyday, but I need to know what muscle building work outs are there to do that will not have my fibromyalgia act up????? so need help and to be 30 pounds less!!!
I love your show...I also watch Bulging Brides. I was looking at the episode guide and found there was a show that had a vegetarian. However, I can't find the episode online! I am very interested in the vegetarian meal plan.
Heyy guys, in 14 and i live in canada. At my school every one is a toothpick and then there's me. I just want to fit in and make people stop teasing me about my weight. Its been so bad I cry myself to sleep at night. Me and my mom have been trying to work out but every time I lose wieght it come right back. Hi, been watching your show and trying some of the exercises. I would like to lose about 50lbs but seem to be struggling. I have had two knee replacements and can't kneel on the ground, so find that I have to modify some of your exercises. I also have an issue with vegetables, since I was little I gag everytime I see a vegetable and vomit when I have to eat them. Please give me some advice please

Love the show. I am doing every thing to lose weight but it is not happening. I watch everythng I eat, 1500 calories or less and I burn 500 calaries a day and still no results. I'm missing most of my right lung (from cancer) but I don't let that stop me. I wish that your show would come to Elliot Lake Ontario and tell me what I am doing wrong.

hey guys im 14 years old and my mom is 50 we have both gained weight like there is no tomorrow we both swim competitively me 9 times a week for 2 hour practices, and mom 3 times a week for half hour. we dont know what to do my grad is coming up and i would rather not be made fun of for how i look on my graduation day. i just need advice thats all.

I'm 17 and I love Last 10 pounds and Bulging Brides. All the advice from the show is great, I've downloaded the meal plan and I've been doing my best to stick to it (with little support from my brother and mom). Unfortunately, even with exercise and eating different I haven't seen any results. In fact I think I've gained weight. I hate what I see in the mirror but I can't do anything about it.
I feel pretty guilty that I'm a martial arts instructor and I'm still fighting the last 10 pounds. However, I really enjoy borrowing some of your ideas to help me reach my fitness goals and I love using them when I'm teaching class and getting my students moving!

I would be curious to know if your past participants keep off the 10 lbs or more they loose. I currently work out three to four times a week, love to cycle and run. But I am like everyone else the last 10 lbs are the most difficult to loose. Keep up the good work and if you ever come to Calgary to do a single or group boot camp I am totally in.

Hi there!I need some advice. Before I need your advice I need to let you know something. I am a girl that HATES to sweat. Seriously, I was 4 years old and told my parents I didn't want to go play outside too much because I didn't want to sweat. Now, my 20th birthday is June 26th and I want to look good if you know what I mean. For most people, their 21st birthday is a big deal BUT for my family and friends, the "20th birthday" is as much of a big deal then the "21st birthday". Ever since I started college September 2009, I've gained weight (20 lbs) and let's just say my confidence isn't the same as it was before.I want to know how to have a good nutrition and work out without being horribly uncomfortable. I need something fun.Please give me some advice.My confidence sucks and I need ME back.
Love the show. Tommy is the man! I had a thought: Instead of trashing the food with hockey sticks and dumpsters to prove a point, it would make just as much sense to haul it away in a truck, and drop it off on East Hastings. There are a ton of hungry people there who would really appreciate free cans of Zoodles, boxes of KD, chocolate, etc. Alot of them could stand to GAIN 10 pounds.

help me please I am leaving for Jamaica on Augyst 18th. this trip includes a large group of our friends and family. I need this vacation so bad but I am completely terrified!! I am 41 years old and have two children. My first son I gained 45 lbs and lost 50 instantly. I am 47 and have been trying for the last 2 years to drop those "10 lbs", but to no avail. I workout 5 days a week on average. I feel as though I am continuously hitting a wall. I have a log of my workout, which include a treadmill and indoor bike trainer. I believe that my diet is very balanced but know that my metobolism, at my age, is very slow. If you can suggest tips on reving up my workouts/diet, it would be greatly appreciated.
This show is my new addiction :) I need to lose the last 10 lbs. I have a 2 1/2 year old son and I seem to be carrying around this pouch where I would prefer to see abs! I have gotten myself down to 170lbs,Iam 6'0" tall, and am happy with that but I would like to push myself more and tighten and tone up and lose the last 10 lbs. I love your show but what can you do to help us close to 50 year old menopausal women like myself who eats healthy and exercises and the weight just goes on. I never ever had a weight problem until I reached 47 What can you suggest You need to have some older women on your show. Its easy to loose weight when you are in your 20s

I am from Moncton, NB and am having trouble losing last 10-20 lbs. I have 2 children (age 2 and 7), but also had 3 miscarriages (this is where I gained my weight during a 2 year period). I have tried everything but my metabolism is shot. I am currently on HCG drops and have lost 5 lbs but not enough. Any suggestions? How can I get on your show?
Dear Tommy, Love your show .I am a 48 yr old F ex trainer,I have lost all motivation since an illness and injury. I believe my only hope is to be trained by someone like you in which I have the utmost respect. My injury consists of a herniated disc in my lumbar spine. In the past my body has responded very quickly to proper diet and exercise. Because I have been sedentary and eating garbage,I believe A 10LB weight loss could happen very quickly.If you are looking for couples for the show ,my husband has trouble gaining muscle ,he is 6'3" 170lbs ,added muscle could help postural problems. Nadine needs to kick his ass,he eats garbage too.lol

HiGuys i love the show, i have actually taken alot of food ideas from your show and it has really helped me it's only been three week but i can notice a big difference, the only thing i am having trouble with is the exercise i just can't seem to get that extra motivation. This is an absolutely fantastic show. Tommy you have shown exercises that I have never seen before and am now trying out. I have so far lost 1 1/2 inches from my waist. I wish they did a show like this is the UK. There are so many women out there that just need to lose that final 10lb and struggle to do so. I love your attitude too you are tough on the contestants but give them praise too. Again would love you to come to UK as you would be a huge hit here. I would definitely be one of your success stories if I was ever lucky enough to be on a show.

Hi I am 43 years old and just got into an exercise and healthy eating program. I have been active all my life but stopped the past few years. My weight is 146 and I'm 5ft 2inches. Is this a good weight? My training consists of biking, weights and elliptical. I work out 5 days each week. My problem area is my stomach. Could you tell me some good exercises I could do to get the flat stomach or just to get rid of that flab. I call it my bubble and I don't like it especially wearing short tops...any info you can give me I would really appreciate it...I love your show. You were the ones who got my ass in gear. Hello Everyone, browse boot camp locations in ur city. i live in brampton, there is boot camp location on quenn st called nitro boot camp. u can get the similar results in four weeks if you join any good boot camp.

I love your show and it has been inspiring for me as well! I am a long time Lupus/Rheumatoid Athritis patient who gained weight due to meds to keep the everything in check and after seeing your show, I adopted a similar eating plan and have lost 4 lbs in one week! And surprisingly enough, I have NOT BEEN HUNGRY throughout the day, and I am one of those people who LOVES CARBS and was used to eating large portion sizes and I love to cook! The work you are all doing is amazing, keep it up!!
30 years ago my weight was 348 lbs. I am 60 yrs old, I am now down to 175 lbs.. Unfortunately I cannot excercise like the people on your show because of 2 back surgey's, and the last one left me numb in a lot of places, plus in 1988 I had a hysterectomy and got an infection and they had to do a lot of debreding, so I have no feeling or anything in my stomach area. Is there an excercise I can do to help tone stomach. I can' run, do sit ups, push ups, I user a cane every day because of a balance problem caused from last surgery. Do you have anything that might help tone my tummy.

Have you ever thought of an episode that would have someone who couldn't GAIN that last 10 pounds? It's a big problem for some people, though it doesn't get the attention that being overweight is.
I love this show!! I wish you guys went around Canada! I am in London Ontario and have been struggling with 10 pounds for the last 4 years when I started college. Anytime I watch the show it gives me an extra push for a week or so but I am going through for nursing and have a lot of 12 hr days and after a bunch of those I am so tired. Hi, I'm a 26 years. before marriage had a spectacular body through the exercise we do every day, but when I get married, get pregnant with my first daughter. was a little difficult to lose weight, but it succeeds. 7 months ago I had my second daughter who was literally huge at birth, as a result. my stomach is flabby and out of shape my body, I want to have the body before, I do not feel good about my body and I hate him so, after having had a well toned body with good muscle mass and zero cellulite. excess fat zero. Please I require your help, I am firm in my choices and the best thing is that I have no bad habits, I would be a good student.

Hello Tommy :-D I don't have any questions on weight loss, but one of the opposite. My husband and I are in great debate about his work out routine. He doesn't need to lose weight, he wants to gain some & doesn't think there is a work out plan that can help him with this. I disagree, because I have a 12 hour a week work out schedule & do mainly cross training. I don't lose weight, nor do I want to, but I do lose inches. He thinks if he works out as much as I do and the same type of workouts, that he will get too thin. Do you have any suggestions or drills designed for a man who is looking to bulk up? I would love to see a show for the people like my husband who are on the opposite side of the spectrum and want to gain muscle mass.Looking forward to hearing any Suggestions you may have to offer. I also hope that you run another boot camp in Edmonton some time in the near future. I heard about it way to late, and would give almost anything to be part of one. I'm in 3 bootcamps a week & often wonder how well I would fare in one of yours.
