I would have a boob job...age and gravity has taken over. Also for my age, I look good in my face and if genes tell us anything, then I will still look younger when I'm the age my mom is. She is 76 and only looks in her 60's

Well, I would never get anything done...

But, since this is hypothetical... I guess I wouldn't admit to a face lift... I'm quite busty as it is, so I wouldn't need fake boobs...

In a heartbeat I would get both... if I had to choose I would say boobs. After two children and weight looses and gains bring it on. I would have a hard time stopping at one though, give me the full meal deal!! Lipo, tummy tuck I'm all in. I've had major surgeries for health reasons it would be great to have surgery just for me.

I would never have anything done. I don't believe in plastic surgery just on principal, and just b/c I have seen what they do to you and its not pretty.

But, if I had to choose... I would choose a boob lift. For a number of reasons that I would not mention, but I would, never, EVER do it. :p

I would have a boob job. Though I would rather not. Plastic surgery should be for someone who needs this for functionality. To replace something that they lost due to a injury or disease.

Why is it that boob jobs are so common?

I would never get anything fake, I would only like touch ups to my breasts(after breastfeeding babies), have my vagina back to pre-sexual state (I did not lose virginity by my choice, rape), face lift or face tightning and neck too. Lipo in my stomach is so well needed and would be graciously accepted and appreciated. Thank you.

Whatever makes one feel good, is totally justifiable, go girls!!!!!

I would choose the boob-job not to get them bigger, just to pull them up a bit so the girls are a little more perky. I had the wonderful blessing of gaining about 40 pounds when i was in University the first year. After finally losing all that weight.....in my boobs....they need a little pick me up.

Let's see, hmmmm, well I would start in the middle with a tummy tuck the stretch out in both directions. Boob lift, bum lift, face lift and thigh suction.

Recently had reduction surgery and I am sooo happy with the results. My health has improved, my back no longer hurts and I sit straighter!
I'm all for what ever one needs to do to feel better and more like they picture themselves. Just make sure you are comfortable with the surgeon and make sure to ask all questions and to see before and after photos....

Face lift or at the very least, work done around my upper lip. I had major oral surgery done about 5 years ago and much of the bone had to go, so now the wrinkles really show,....or at least to me they do. I am only 55, feel 30 most of the time but when I look in the mirror all I see are those darn lines.

Monday, 01 December 2008 17:06 PM EST

where do i start? nose job is the first to get done. i know no one likes their nose but this one is terrible. actually a chin implant might make it look less noticble... anyway! boob job, i'm a respectful B but it has gone down some with kids, i would just like to fill a normal bra! i don't have enough excess skin to worry about tummy tuck but to get rid of the travel map of scars would be nice (i know it leads to somewhere!) oh and some hair removal so i don't have to shave anymore and laser eyes so i don't keep forgetting my glasses. first things first! lets fix my face!

lisa
Tuesday, 16 December 2008 22:31 PM EST

Well if there was an option to get both....I would have to say both. I'm not bad looking for my age but I sure could use the help with wrinkles and gravity....Just carve off a couple of years.......

After having all my children I might consider breast lift if every thing falls apart...... But only if working out does not work... because i am a bit scared!!

I'm getting a boob reduction in a couple weeks :-). But I would also LOVE to get plastic surgery done on the scar on my abdomen. Everything else can probably be fixed with exercise. Well I wouldn't mind having my upper lip bigger.

I would get a tummy tuck. I have two kids and they are exactly 1 year and 1 week apart. Having them to close together really did a number on me.

I am really disappointed with the fact that someone from your company or Slice Show to state that no women has natural boobs that have a lift...I do..and I am over 50 years old and they are natural..it is all by natural exercise...and maintaing my shape and weight. It doesn't have to do with any one hour exercise at the gym...

Last year I had a breast reduction for health reasons, I opted to pay extra for the lift as well. Boy am I happy I did. I love my new boobs. I don't avoid the mirror anymore and am proud to wear a bikini top. I also had the fat under my chin lipoed while I was under. I love it. I would have had a turkey waddle from hell (I have many pics of my grandmas for proof). Now I look the age I feel!! I would love to get a tummy tuck for my 40th!

I think every woman needs to feel comfortable in their skin, If you're not why not make yourself feel better about yourself and get some work done? Confidence is a MUST these days! I would love to have a breast lift and tummy tuck. As much as I agree that ever person is beautiful in their own way... I also believe that everyone has something holding them back from their real self.

I'd go for a boob job.. but to make them SMALLER!!! My boobs are HUGE and especially so now that I'm breastfeeding. ( largest nursing bra available without custom ordering.. and it's probably a tad small =/) They make it uncomfortable to exercise as I haven't found a good sport bra that supports them fully - and due in part to that I've gained a fair amount of weight over the years.

I would love to have breast implants.Infact I would be so happy if I had the money and go get it done. The reason why I'm saying this is because I am a 34A and I really do have a hard time trying to fit into bras and shirts.I just feel embarrase and deform.

Two years ago I had breast reduction, at the beginning my boobs were nice but now they are smaller and I would love to have a breast implant because I feel that I lost my femininity. After having 2 kids a tummy tuck would be very beneficial for me. What a dream!!

I would so go for a boob job, I am 20 and they look like I am way older.

Thursday, 19 February 2009 13:43 PM EST

I would go for a breastlift after I am done having children as due to age and breastfeeding they have lost the gravity they used to have. I would not get fake boobs no way, just lift up what I already have for me to feel more confident for me.

Mandy

No facelift and no boob job for me. My face is not sagging yet and I don't consider myself dam ugly! lol. I definitely don't need a boob job, but I can see why women would opt for one after having children or losing weight that results in sagging boobs! I would consider boob LIFT though. But thats last option if strength training doesn't work for me.
If I were to have anything done, I would do otoplasty or tummy tuck. But for a tummy tuck, I would have to wait until I give birth and see what the results are even if exercises are not helping to tone a tummy!
The big issue is that all of these require MONEY!

Not fake yet.

Definately the breast lift! With a heavy rack like mine, it could use a little gravitational help :P

I would go for both when I'm older and after having kids.

I would have a boob lift. I can't afford one, but I believe it would greatly increase my self-esteem which is nil and always wanting to be someone else.

After breastfeeding my son for six months, my boobs were lop sided and after working out for my prepreg body my original "C" became a really small "A".. I got breast implants and I have never been happier... Work a little harder for the flatter stomach, and it is the best investment i have ever had....

Happier then ever

This one's easy! Breast reduction and chin implant. After that, look out world!:) Just wish I knew how to get it done with no insurance, no savings and struggling to make ends meet in this recession.:(

I would go for plastic surgery, after i had a personal trainer, lose abit of weight, then I would prolly get a breastlift, and a tummy tuck. It would be nice to not be able to grab a big flab of skin and fat from under my belly button, LoL.

I would love breast implants. It would make me feel more like a women, as i have never had any boobs. Im a double A - small A and I am obsessed with big to med sized boobs. Its a must for me in the near future :)

I would get a boobjob. And I am in a few months! I lost two cup sizes since breast feeding both my children. So just imagine all the loose skin with no filler anymore.Ewwww. A few years ago I would say maybe a lift, but now I know in a lift they remove breast tissue, and since I have hardly any left, I am getting implants too.

Ever since I got breasts I have wanted a breast lift. They have always been the one thing that took a notch out of my self confidence. Now after two kids and weight fluctuations I need it more than ever. Probably a tummy tuck too, for the extra skin left behind from the pregnancies.Would you want to walk around in clothes that didn't fit you?If you lost a ton of weight would you keep wearing your fat clothes? If I could afford it I'd do it in a heartbeat.

Face lift: look like my cat. And i genuinly love my cat. Breast: I would be afraid they would touch my nipples and without them I am incapable of having any pleasure. Which is not often to begin with.
