Dining with the President
While I wish I were talking about having dinner with President-Elect Obama (it's amazing how many women I know who have not-so-secret crushes on him), in my house, "We're dining with the President tonight" is code for eating a quick and easy President's Choice meal. Some of my friends have even gotten to the point where they will invite friends over and unabashedly serve appetizers and main courses from this hugely successful Canadian line of menu items. Why cook from scratch when you can serve PC's Salmon Wellington to your guests and still have them gushing? I swear, we must have 10 meals in our freezer right now ready to go on a moment's notice.
