Oh, Oh, Oh, I’m Your Cover Girl
Cover Girl reminds me of two things: my mom, who always used their products while I was growing up and, of course, the New Kids on the Block. Even though now that I watch the Cover Girl video, I’m a little concerned about the age of Donnie’s object of affection. Digression! (Side note, do you think Donnie’s embarrassed when he sees this video now? Probably.)
Anywho, point being, I really like New Kids on the Block. And, more importantly, Cover Girl’s been around for a while. It’s no surprise that they’re coming up with a new look for their packaging and adding some new products to the mix. I tried out two of their new ones: their LashBlast mascara and TRUConceal. Both were awesome for the following reasons: LashBlast has an amazing applicator that avoids goopy lashes (a personal pet peeve) and makes my eyelashes look like they go on forever, much like Gisele Bundchen’s legs. The new TRUConceal is an easy way to hide the fact that I have post-adolescent pimples. Shh, don’t tell anyone. Now if only they could make a product that actually transplanted Gisele Bundchen’s legs to my torso.
