Are you fed up with your job or your life? Do you need a day off? Would you like someone to step into your shoes and solve your problems? Well thank God it’s Friday… Derek Friday that is. A glamorous former model and jet-setter, Derek is forced by his wealthy, philanthropic mom to switch places every Friday with a hardworking, deserving "swapee" in exchange for his weekly trust-fund cheque. Undaunted by his complete lack of practical skills, Derek happily stumbles along and always manages to improve and leave things better, brighter and a little more glamorous than how he found them.
