Synopsis
Emotionally charged, dramatic and entertaining, Wedding SOS follows wedding expert Jane Dayus-Hinch as she answers a cry for help from couples whose wedding plans have gone off the rails.
Whether it’s reducing the budget, cutting the guest list, finding a new venue or standing up to a bullying mother in-law, time and money are always tight and stress and tension are high, but some expert advice can go a long way. She will try to put the pieces back together and leave them alone with their action plan. Now it’s up to our couple and their friends and family to put the guru’s plan into action. If they follow it correctly, they’ll have a wonderful big day. But love’s path is never a smooth one and the lead up to the wedding will be an emotional rollercoaster as they overcome obstacles, confront disappointment and try to remember why they’re getting married.
Jane Dayus-Hinch is one of Britain’s top wedding planners – celebrity, socialites and even royalty have benefited from her unique skills at pulling off the perfect wedding. But now she’s answering SOS calls from panicked brides and terrified grooms across the pond. But has she bitten off more than she can chew?
Each episode features one couple whose dream wedding is threatening to become a nightmare. Enter Jane - part wedding planner, part fairy godmother – who can grant each couple three wishes to turn it all around. But with just days to disaster, will three be enough? Will the couples use their wishes wisely? Add in to the mix feuding families, runaway brides, flakey florists, no show officiates and missing cakes and you get the picture – these weddings were never going to run smoothly, but can Jane change all that? You’ll have to tune in to find out!
